The store is small but well maintained.

Only place open at midnight when you get the urge for a midnight snack. Guy at the front was surprisingly upbeat despite working til 1am.

Great customer service from Donté. He made me want to come back shopping though I didnt find what I was looking for. Lol.

Horrible experience. I drove 20 minutes to get the inspection sticker and they closed early. I called before I drove there and no one answer the phone.

Monday night, 3/29/21 at 7pm. No carts outside. Bought a cart load of stuff so needed help checking out. Only 1 cashier. Stood in that line 20 minutes while the manager helped with a food/wic order wondering why the scanner would not comply with food card. Finally ready to go and my cart was locked as I exited the door. Offloaded into another cart and made it to the car. What a nightmare.

The Fox says Yet another reset slowed my roll... Now the bread aisle is on the opposite end of the store from the bakery. Still worth it though 4 the outstanding savings.

This place is great open til 1am has mostly everything in stock great professional customer service

New mgr can not keep the store open to 1am,no checkers available, if there going to keep closing early, they need to post the new hrs on the door and web.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I had a recent issue and the managers were so kind and amazing with handling my problem. No complaints 👌

Always dirty; meat and fish area smells horrendous at all times; they always try to pawn off expired items for sale in the dairy and meats isle; no controls over people entering without masks; just bad management - it’s gross- Tired of coming back giving these guys a chance to get better - going to Walmart neighborhood market instead

ANTIANO an employee at Kroger. Found an envelope containing my 95 year old mothersweekly allowance . He turned it in to customer service and refused a reward for finding if.Save an elderly lady a lot of grief.GOOD MAN!

I’ve been going here for years, the croissants are not soft they are hard and they shouldn’t have Bryan as the first face people see. He isn’t customer friendly, he constantly talks to coworkers about how management gives him free product, and if he’s interrupted to help a customer he rolls his eyes and sighs. I’ve been coming for years because of the friendly service things have gone downhill since he’s been the first face we see.

Everytime I go to the Seafood, I literally wait for more than 5 minutes for someone to show up, and sometimes nobody shows up,

Check expiration dates. They dont care that peoples pets sit in the grocery basket. Also, they were still selling gift cards that the business was no longer using the 3rd party vendor. Thank you Lazy Dog for honoring anyway. Good for picking up last minute things while cooking dinner items.

This kroger has really gone down hill and is not COVID19 safe! nothing to clean carts with and trash every where in the store no one was at the meat dep and noone was following cdc guide lines ! stay away ! its straight hood over there now !

There’s no sign of any sanitizing for carts, registers, or touchscreens. Don’t shop here unless you’re begging for coronavirus.

Service is nice, and they make every attempt to get you what you are looking for.

Pros: Same staff so its like I know them personally. Good prices. Good coupons. Good parking sports.Cons: Need more cashiers. They rearranged the store and it makes no sense placing the bread way to the right versus left far from the cheese and eggs etc.

The employees try so hard to keep it nice but the ghetto white people are in there all the time not wearing a mask, wearing it halfway down, just being self centered all over the store.(Im white too)

They opened a lane for us since we had quiet a few groceries and I was dreading doing a self checkout. Very friendly check out person and manager on duty. It was my first visit to this Kroger with the Mrs where she shops regularly after moving in the area. Great job Kroger. Will be back.

I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes in line and I love their produce. Quick and easy shopping. I love using my fuel points. I have been able to save .60 on gas a gallon just because I shop at Kroger!!

Love this store. The employees are so very polite & helpful. They go out of their way to help you. This Krogers is located at 708 E.Pipeline. I love how clean & everything is in there. I know where everything is. Beautiful store. Kroger is the only grocery store we shop.

I hate to give this store one star because the manager Amanda was very helpful and curious but I am disappointed to say that the manager Ed was extremely rude, kept cutting me off and was down right patronizing. We are in the middle of a pandemic and if this is how Krogers stores are operating I will never shop there again. Beyond disgusted by this mans behavior and attitude.

Would give no stars if was possible, was in this store tonight 8/9/20 and was chased through the store by an employee telling me that i had to get out of the store because i wasnt wearing a mask, when I went to grab ice cream out of the freezer the employee slammed my arm in the door, a mask poses a health risk to me

This Kroger isn’t enforcing the legally mandated mask policies. Multiple people being checked out and served without masks and people crammed into self service without masks. If you’re at risk, stay away.

Friendly and good service this time. It varies depending on staff and time of day. The store has been completely revamped inside and isles have moved but it was clean and organized.

Its the first time Ive been to Hurst store and I was kinda surprised that this store doesnt look as good as the others!I brought fresh seafood and noticed that the case didnt compare to the other Krogers stores Ive been to. Thanks Kroger for repeatedly jamming aisles so its impossible to maintain ANY social distancing whatsoever. There should be special tracing for all of your customers as they are at greater risk just by entering your store.AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON THEIR DILAPIDATED PARKING LOT!In contrast, Albertsons on Aiport freeway has clear aisles, a safe and functional entrance, and a super wide area on the registers. Pay the extra few bucks.....it might save your life!

Quaint, little Kroger. Staff members were polite and helpful! They staff members pointed me in the exact location of whatever I was needing to find, and that alone was a BIG PLUS! Seemed well managed and very organized. For an older and smaller Kroger it appeared to have everything the big size Krogers do. No self check out lines of course, but checkers were fast, so the lines went rather quick I must say. Good Job!!

Ive been going to this Kroger for a couple years now. The staff is awesome. Whether I need a rain check or something high on a shelf, the people are kind and always ready to help! The prices and specials are well worth the time of getting a Kroger card. Thank you to the Hurst Kroger!

Even though I live one minute away from this store, I chose to go out of my way and shop elsewhere. This is one of the trashiest stores! During my last visit (early on a weekday so business was slow), the parking lot was very overrun with trash and trash was overflowing from the garbage cans flanking the store entry. I walked in to see the manager shooting the breeze with two young male employees, when they should have been cleaning up this mess! Have a little pride, would ya! Do your job, manager! Just because your store is visited by some less than savory characters and is not in the best of neighborhoods, doesnt mean you have an excuse to be lazy and run a filthy store! Some of the employees are very nice and helpful, while others are not. Some seem downright bothered when you ask them for something, but that is their job! If you want to win more business, try cleaning up the parking lot and entry way! Power wash the sidewalk every once in a while! And please quit turning a blind eye to all the lazy a-holes who park in the fire lane rather than walk a few yards from the lot.

Businesses tend to focus on the bottom line, rightfully so, but getting so involved in systems and procedures, speedof service and aesthetics, they often overlook the MOST IMPORTANT factor in the equation.......PEOPLE!... treating guests not as a dollar bill but as your guests.

Not much options for deli food other than rotisserie chicken and some dried up ribs. Location good, but a lot of wild kids running in the store you can nlame the parents for allowing it. Felt crowded too.

I needed polenta and had no idea where to look. I asked the first employee I saw. He didnt know what I was talking about, so he called it in. 3 staff helped me for 5 minutes until we found it. They had recently rearranged much of the store.They took it as a challenge, and I was blown away at the quality customer service.

This Kroger is always clean, well-stocked, and the employees go out of their way to help. Almost every time I go in, the dairy staff ask how Im doing and if I need help finding anything. That kind of service keeps me going back. That, and the prices for the quality doesnt hurt! 😉

Kroger is a clean, mid priced, friendly store. The personel are helpful and pleasant. The assortments are more than the big box stores. The meat department is helpful. I really like Kroger stores.

We just moved from GA, where Kroger was my go-to grocery store. We had a good experience in the store, but the cashier said I needed to call corporate for our senior discount. Corp. said they werent accepting any more seniors in to the discount program! So I guess Kroger cant be my go-to store anymore! They really dont care much for loyalty...or seniors.

It was a short visit but it was a good visit I had to rent a Rug Doctor and the lady behind the customer service counter very helpful very very helpful and had my machine ready for me cuz I had to go through the store and get a couple extra things and was very helpful in helping me find those she was very professional very orderly very neat and she also gave gave me a new Kroger card so I can get a discount which was very cool so anyhow Ill go back there we shop at Kroger quite often but it was good good time

Do not use this kroger for money orders, I recently had to try to refund some money orders I purchased from them as my apartments do not accept them. So the first time I went back to get my money back I was told I would have to wait 48 hours so the money order would be in their system to be verified, ok, an inconvenience but sure thing. Came back after 3 days to get my refund as instructed well now the excuse is sorry it was denied, we use a 3rd party company for money orders and they denied. Of course they or the 3rd party company wont tell you why they just give you a website and phone number to call to dispute it. If this is what they do to people that need to return a money order then they need to be warned in advance because every other money order Ive ever gotten anywhere else I had no problem refunding it if I had to. This is dishonest to me and frankly for kroger to be using this company is extremely irresponsible. Heres some free advice Kroger-use a more transparent and efficient company for this so you dont have your customers waiting forever and making multiple trips to your store just to be told no. Incredibly shady and dishonest

They never have more than 1 checkout line open. I drive 10 more minutes to the Kroger in Bedford because it’s so much nicer

The pharmacist are ALWAYS POLITE, and dont make people feel guilty about taking meds. Many many pharmacies make you feel like youre a second class citizen, if depending on what type of meds. Not Kroger! SO REFRESHINGLY KIND AND CARING. I recommend Kroger to my friends and family. Thank you, Ginger Countryman.

Why do you have all these registers and have 1 cashier with alot people in line at self checkout? I have a elderly friend who said she hates going there because she cant get help! Bad customer service!They also never have what we need! Things not on shelf!Then, you have people laying on the ground outside the store.This Kroger has gone down hill!

While there staff is trying there hardest. There is a manager there by the name of Mathew who seams to have no ability to do the job. Ive seen him bully other staff under him and schedule people when they have other jobs and threaten to fire them if they dont show up. The guys barley been there a few weeks and you can see it ware on other employees. I personally would never premote a person like him. And have suggested the staff talk to there Union. On top of that how he runs his crew is turning the store sloppy.... Id rather deal with any other store now after 20 years shopping.

I keep having bad experiences with this Kroger and Im just about ready to drive further and avoid it. Every time I have shopped there, the shelves are full of outdated dairy products. Tonight I opened a yogurt I bought there with a sell-by date five days in the future, and its moldy! I had to go to customer service on my last trip because I was overcharged and there was no warmth or apology. The produce is often very worn looking. They need some improvement.

Do they carry Paytons chorizo? Have not been able to find it. Found my chorizo at HEB in Burleson..so now I shop there.

I enjoyed shopping at Krogers, its a easy choice because I always shopped at KingSuppers in Colorado Springs.

I love that all the self-check stations were still open at night compared to walmart that has just one or two checkout stations open late a night with no self-checks which causes delays.

Okay for picking up a few items but frequently crowded and chaotic. Not a peaceful shopping experience. Prefer the Tom Thumb on Grapevine Highway or the Kroger Signature on Harwood for a better selection and a more enjoyable experience.

NEVER enough staff! Management needs to overhaul scheduling setup. 4 pm, March 1,2019 and there are 2 checkers, 1 person manning the service desk, 12 people waiting in line @service desk,and no one else around. Think ahead folks, 1st of the month & people pay bills, get money orders etc. Ya need more employees!

This is a nice store. I used to work at Krogers and eventually became a manager. Kroger has always had an excellent quality of meat and you can can I get the best prices on milk and dairy products as Kroger owns the largest dairies in the world. Staff at this store seem Pleasant. I could not find the tostada shells I wanted though. It seems they carry a few less things now than they used to. I expect us to the competition from Walmart and Target which have hurt them. I miss having a meat department with a full staff. They now do most of their meat cutting centrally like Walmart. They used to do this years ago but change it in order to be more customer-friendly. These days they cant afford to continue doing it I would guess. Its a quick in and out.

I shop here because its close to my house and they always send me great coupons based on my common purchases but I dont like this store because the line for the registers is usually pretty long.
