I went here to make a return and the customer service desk was so rude. She told me even if I had a receipt that there was nothing that I could do about returning AirPods. She said that I was four days over and I should have kept my receipt and read the policy. I asked her if I could get a store credit because my bank statement show I made the purchase here. She said no. So I asked her if what she was saying is that I was stuck with 200$ AirPods that I couldn’t do anything with? She said yes! I have never experienced such poor customer service and I work customer service. I knew better than going here to purchase anything since the first time I went they were very rude about me not wearing a mask since I’m fully vaccinated and have my booster. There is nothing that will make me return to this store. They are over priced and clearly hate their job by the way the staff acts to customer.

I saw at LEAST 10 employees waking around twiddling their thumbs yet there is ONE open lane and they except for us to check ourselves out. That would be fine if they at least had Both self check outs open but they don’t even have that they only have one if them open for the entire store at this point I’ll just go to Walmart or Kroger

I’ve always had a wonderful experience shopping here, however I placed an order for a cake recently for my sons gfs birthday, and the women who works in the bakery has poor customer service skills. I called at 1:45 pm on 10/15/21 to check on the order since nobody called me to ask any questions (based off what I wrote down on the ticket). When I asked her questions she was short, not enthusiastic to answer my questions and couldn’t tell me the price. She was quick to get off the phone and I overheard her speaking about my questions to another employee in the background while the phone was on. This will likely be my last time ordering a cake from Target.

The employees provided really good customer service during my most recent visit. There’s never any problem getting assistance whenever you request it. The store is well-maintained and the staff ensures that your shopping experience is pleasant.

I want to first give a shout-out to Marcus! He saw me circling the store and jumped in head first to ask if I needed assistance. It was refreshing to have someone who WANTED to help and didnt shy away or run from it. Im NOT the one to even ask for assist me, utilizing the help of maps of the store or even just circling as I did, but I was running short on time. Please make sure to tell Marcus hello or have a great day if you see him.Also, the ladies at customer service were friendly. I overheard their conversations with a difficult customer and they handled the situation like professionals.The overall store appearance was clean and kempt. As I was circling the store in pursuit of my find, I noticed employees within their departments willingly assisting customers. I got a very good vibe from being inside those store, and I appreciate their hard work!THANK YOU!

Love this store! Been a regular shopper here for many years. The employees here are all very nice and friendly. If you cant find something they go out of their way to help you find it. The recent remodeling makes the store isles a bit wider and better use of space. The Starbucks inside makes a great addition!

Whoever hires their Starbucks employees needs to rethink their decision on hiring them. I’ve been there multiple times in one month only one near my job. Always rude. Always complaining. Same 2 girls. RUDE.

I was out of so many things due to the upcoming snow storm so I used the Target app to order groceries and pick up outside of the store. It was a great experience. They had almost everything in stock, which was surprising, and the app worked perfectly. The employee was walking to the pick up spot literally as I was pulling in. Their delivery service is always spot on. I have 2 or 3 people that usually shop for me from Shipt. When they could not come recently, they literally picked a friend they work with to help me and told them to take good care of me. This is old-fashioned customer service and doesnt cost a thing.

I wish they had more in electronics and a bigger gaming section, but otherwise love Target.

First time at this location and we are really impressed! Clean and organized store, the staff are all very helpful. Our cashier, Tabu, was super friendly and helpful. Will be back for grocery shopping and everything else!P. S. Found a lot of organic/pasture raised products which is always a plus.

I came to the store to buy a Warhammer action figure, there were plenty of them. When I made it to the register with the toy it wasn’t scanning. The cashier called the Toy team lead but she was lazy enough to come and fix the problem so she preferred to tell the cashier thru the phone-thingy to not sell it. Nice! Zero in customer service.

I visited this Super target on Precinct rd in Richland hills on Saturday afternoon, June 5, 2021. I would like to thank one of the employees in the electronics department by the name of Clayton. Clayton went above and beyond to help me locate a battery for my keyfob, and even helped me replace my old one (as I had no idea how to do it). Rather than tell me he didnt know how to replace it, He took time to research through youtube to locate instructions and replaced it for me. Thank you Clayton for the excellent Customer service spirit. It is customer experiences such as these that bring customers back to your store. Thank you again.

So I usually go here to look for action figures for my son. I went today and seen that the wrestlemania actions figures went from 19.99 to 13.99 so I grabbed one took It up to self checkout on the right side of the store. I let the lady know these are ringing up as the wwe Royal rumble and not the wrestlemania like it says its supposed to be 13.99 now not 19.99. so she radios someone and asks and says I have a WRESTLEMANIA actions figure here and he says its supposed to be 13.99 now the person responds that we dont have anymore of those clearly they do considering I AM HOLDING ONTO A WRESTLEMANIA ACTION FIGURE each one from the set was there AND THERE ARE NO OTHER WRESTLEMANIA FIGURES OTHER THAN THOSE and there were MULTIPLE there. the product was ringing up as another product this seems to be false advertising on top of an incorrect barcode within the system and she literally said a WRESTLEMANIA figure and its ringing up as Royal rumble. How this makes sense to them is beyond me. I guarantee that I wont be the last customer to notice this fault. It just seemed like they already had the answer for it without even looking nor paying attention to the actual item and issue at hand .

79 bucks for a 3 in 1 toaster oven

Two stars today. When you have lines... OPEN some registers! I saw several employees moseying around that could have been used in checkout. One star for the rude lady in front of me that had a cart full and also her Mom getting in line in front of me with a separate order! I ALWAYS let people in front of me when they have a handful and I have a cart full!

Whomever controls the inventory in their stock room does not appear to train their employees. Just drove an hour to pick up an item that was apparently out of stock. The excuse I was given was”yeah, my inventory has been off”. Well, why don’t you correct your inventory and stop being lazy. Employee was kinda rude about it too. Would not recommend this Target to anyone who relies on the app or the website.

Not every target is the same..luckily this one is great and is in my area. The customer service is always great despite the fact target system acts weird when using the app to pay. They always try to find a way to solve it. Also I appreciate their attention to details to protect their employees and customers from covid. Every department in this store is amazing, i bought baby stuff, clothes, gifts, appliances, decorations from them. Their curbside pick up is so easy. Wish they add grocery pick up one day.

Target is always clean, organized, stocked and has friendly staff. I can always count on my Target to have what Im looking for and them splurge on myself from time to time!

For the most part, we found everything we needed and easily enough. The store layout isnt my favorite but I think with time I might learn the layout better.

I havent experienced customer service like this in 20 years every Target employee I encountered was beyond helpful. The Manager should be very proud of his employees they are fantastic. #1. I will bypass the big W to shop at this store from now on. Well done.

This Target is my new favorite. They have done an outstanding job recently with restocking hard to find essential items. They are also the most organized store I’ve been by sanitizing carts, having employees help customers find what they are looking for, and ensuring that we maintain that important 6 foot distance from each other. So i have generally trusted Target for their quality. But i would like to say with the interaction i had with this target that i continue to have even more trust in their quality customer support. I always feel like this target is a flagship practically. I always find what im looking for in this target. There is always a huge variety of items and clothing. And apparently targets can have different prices on the same item -this store is the place to check. I had purchased a 15 containers at 1 target and came to this target and noticed the .85 cent difference on the same item. I checked my receipt and noticed the difference. I then went to customer service to get this addressed. I was so impressed with the standard of pristine customer care. You always hear the saying, you should get the same experience with any other employee. But you rarely see it. But i was pleased to see it 3 times in a row. The woman said, take care of her. Their customer care did everything in their power to help me with my price problem. They also were extremely professional while handling the situation. That is what i appreciate the most from target- they understand you and they really do take care of you.

The electronics sections and the whole store are always clean and very well organized. There is plenty of help walking around or at the counter to help you out with items that are locked away or not at reach.Amazing service.The Starbucks however will not reprint a receipt. That store needs to be shown some customer service skills.

They took the self checkout that used to be spread out! Now only has 4 self checkouts one not working! Only 1 live person register open! If they really cared about people’s health, why crammed all in a little spot. This was huge before! Smh

Its been in our neighborhood for a very long time.Since theyve out in the self checkout there are fewer check out lanes with a cashier.Also, it would be great to have all the groceries available for curbside pickup, like at most other grocery stores.

Loved the environment! Everything was well organized and service/employees were friendly and helpful. 4 out of 5 stars because the area where you get your carts has a strange smell (which is at the front of the store). Not sure if it’s the carpet or the carts?? not so appetizing when you’re about to use the cart for your groceries.

A lady named Kelly offered us a store credit card and at first I said no thank you but then my boyfriend decided to re-up on his. She was patient a very sweet. She ended up having to suspend our checkout and go back and forth between self checkout and a regular register because the computer was acting up. But she is a totally sweetheart! And also the girls who work at Starbucks are always so nice 🤗 I love this target!!!!

I love shopping on line and picking up in store or even better doing a drive up when I have my little one with me. I rarely meet a rude or unprofessional employee at this location. And in fact once when loading our stuff into the car an was forgotten on the bottom of the cart. I realize when I got home and I called the store. The employee immediately had someone go out and check the carts and the item was found and put on hold for us. I couldn’t believe it. Additionally, I’ve never had a issue returning things. There are always employees asking if they can help you find things. And the store is always clean and easy to navigate. The 4 over 5 stars comes from the fact that I’ve had price discrepancies too many times. I always have to watch really carefully how things ring up and remember how much i saw it for on the shelf or on the sale circular.

Today, I went to the Hurst Target to look for strollers and was assisted by such a friendly employee who did his best to help me with my stroller selecting and figuring out how to open and adjust the stroller I liked. After that, I was at self checkout and Kathy offered to sign me up for the debit or credit card which I had never been offered until today. I didn’t have my complete info, but I will definitely sign up for a debit card to save on my purchases. I had a great experience and it might be payday, idk, but it was exceptional, especially when you’re doing a major and important purchase. Kudos to Hurst’s Target employees!

Love Target always have what I need...

Friendliness, helpfulness of staff and workers, and cleanliness keep me returning to this particular Target. The salespeople are helpful and are always looking to see if I need help even when I dont realize I do. Im even willing to get out of my car to use the CVS inside this Target because the service is EXCELLENT, too.

The employees are amazing. Super friendly and super nice. They are helpful and never judge. I usually use an electric cart and they are super caring. I usually go to the pharmacy when I go here, have been for a couple years and even though I dont live close to them I will still go to this target because there are so amazing. The pharmacy staff is super helpful and very caring to each and every person. Everyone who steps through the front doors to work here is just wonderful. When one of the electric carts dont work they do everything they can to help you out. 99% of the time every time I go, multiple times a month there is always carts for disabled people to use.

This location has the best selection and offers. and i like how friendly the employees are.

Everything I was shopping for was in the store except one item. Sales associate, Josh, pleasantly & professionally ordered for me. Out of all the Targets, this one is by far my favorite (though I really love them all). It is well organized, I know exactly where I need to go and find things. All the service staff is welcoming and friendly. I will just go here with my best friend to roam and hang out while we shop in every aisle.

Just wanted to send kudos to Dillon stocking in the Halloween area. We are looking for a costume for our son, he went out of his way stop what he was doing. He checked inventory at his store then he checked in the surrounding stores. He found our costume, called the store, confirmed they do have it and advise that it will be waiting in the front when we are ready to go pick up. Just glad to see customer service still exists.

Employees made browsing almost unpleasant by asking if they could help my son and I every two seconds. We didn’t feel welcome to just look, so we made our purchases and left after about the ninth “can I help you find anything?” Some shoppers want to do just that - shop. It doesn’t mean we’re too stupid to figure out what we want to buy.

I didnt get the cashiers name but she was super friendly and happily willing to help even when I made a mistake. Her willingness to help was awesome. Even when a customer came to her register after she had turned off her register light. She smiled and offered to help. Two thumbs up!! Thank you!!

An associate that works in the pharmacy/grooming area was very helpful today and two weeks ago. Also, my cashier today was helpful and friendly. In fact all Target employees will assist you and ask if they can help you locate an item. The Redcard perks and value make Target Hurst a great place to shop.

I have been shopping at Target forever(like most people), but I will definitely not be grocery shopping there anymore. They charged my sister for 22 bell peppers when she had 2 (that was $28 too much!), 2 watermelons (she had 1), and my tomato sauce(target brand) was moldy when I opened it! Target is great for anything BUT groceries, but I highly recommend checking your receipt very carefully after checking out!

I love the employees here. Theyre always friendly and helpful. Customer Service is always willing to help right a wrong, with hardly any questions asked. The store is easy to navigate and always in as good of shape as any large retail store can be. Parking is never hard.

My wife placed an online order. Arrive to the store 10-15min later and we were told to wait 1 hour to pick it up. She suggested to go and find it ourselves, bring the product to the front so it would be easier since it seemed employees were busy but they declined our offer. For quick purchases, NEVER use the online target app. You will save time and a headache.

Clean store and good selection

I have always enjoyed shopping at Target. Their latest update remodel though I believe is one of the best. It seems more organized brighter and easier to find things. One of the best features of Target is their Target app. Not only can you scan to find items and coupons on their Cartwheel app very easily it also will give you the location in the store of where that item is if you need it at that particular Target location or any Target that you are in. Customer service is always been a plus at Target and I really enjoyed their gift card sales that they have. I find it one of the better places to buy my household items a great deals. The organic section has also greatly improved which is a huge plus for me.
