Just had the worst experience with a manager Renee. She explained how an exchange on an online order works and directed me to the line. Never offered to do the exchange. I stood in line with my husband and small child for 15 min. A young man walked up to the counter and asked her a question. She immediately opened another register for him. Once I got to the register the cashier informed me that Renee was the only one who could do the exchange. I told her I didnt appreciate the situation and she proceeded to yell at me. I eventually asked her to stop yelling and she then refused service.

Great selection and the manager was extremely nice to us.

Today was literally the first time Ive ever had a bad experience here. I feel like the quality of the clothes has gone down a lot. But the new people who work there are all high school students and theyre stupid and unprofessional. Today I went in to buy an item so I could use my reward and they girl who helped me was super rude didnt know what the hell she was doing. She answered a phone call while checking me out which made her press a button to pay with cash even though I didnt have any cash on me. And she started talking about the phone call with another employee while still checking me out. And she had to restart the whole transaction because she rung me up wrong.
