Very unfriendly female cashier today, but had great help from all the guys working. When I went to check out I asked if I could use my military dependent card for a discount and this girl calls a supervisor over and loudly says “she’s not even in the military” ... extremely unprofessional and rude.

Really poor selection of shoes, my opinion. Every store is netting now and still charging 110 for trash material shoes

Went by today to look for some nmds and Mathew and Eric, justyn did an awesome job helping me out justyn was very sweet and was making sure everyone was entering and exiting in a safe matter! Mathew was really helpful getting me different sizes in different style shoes, he also was very helpful. Finally eric complemented me on my nails as well as helped me make an online order and made sure my experience was awesome 👌 thanks boys ! 😉 Erics name was put on my receipt but I would really love for all the boys to get recognition!

Everyone here was very nice, polite, and extremely helpful, considering the holiday rush. Mark, assisted me with exchanging and reordering a pair of shoes I had purchased the day before. He was such a great help, and more than willing to assist me.

Every time I come to this storeI am greeted. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products in the store. This is the only shoe store I shop in at Northeast Mall. Keep up the great work!!!!!!!!!!!

I hate this stores customer service when it comes down to paying for the actual product itself . First of all they usually only have 1 register open when there is 4or 5 people waiting in line, and you clearly see other employees not doing anything but standing around near the 2 register .Second they will only open the second register when its convenient to them or if they will get commission for the sale. Lastly even if they do have the 2nd register open if that person is not going to get the commission you have to wait. Champs has some great shoes and athletic gear, but I rather go to Disk sporting good where you can just walk up to any register and any employee can help you. I have been to this store 3 times and all 3 times this has happened .

Poor customer service. Every time I visit this store the staff is Rude . Customer Service is not like it use to be. It’s okay God over looks everything. How ever you treat people will come back to you . Trust and Believe that .

Horrible customer service. We walked in because we saw a shirt from the window we wanted. No one greeted us. We finally found the shirt on our own, it was on a counter poorly folded with trash all over it. We walked to the counter and waited while the associates talked about going somewhere to get a drink. Finally some girl came over and stood behind the register... She continued to talk to other associates about he thing a beverage from the corner store. She didnt begin to login to the computer/register or even acknowledge us. We waited a little...finally I had to ask her if she could check us out and then they could discuss what beverage they would buy once we were done. She didnt say anything but finally pulled up the register. Rude little girl. And horrible customer experience. We will never go back to this Champs again and I warn you to be prepared to deal with unprofessional sales staff. Nasty little creatures.
