This is a high traffic Auto Zone. They are well staffed with knowledgeable associates. I frequently visit this particular location because they are usually completely stocked with the items I need. The check out lines are pretty consistent with other Auto Zone locations. Usually a bit congested, but it is an Auto parts store, and people generally need some assistance or answered questions with their purchase. All in all a quality Auto Zone location.
I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Jake H! He changed a brake light for me in the dark, he was very helpful and extremely nice. Jake has fantastic manners and is very respectful. THANK YOU JAKE H!
Came in to get some new windshield wipers. It was my first time replacing them so I was a bit nervous. It was super easy to find the ones my car needed, and Cheryl even helped me install them! She helped save me a lot of time and hassle and had me ready with my new wiper blades in just a few minutes. Amazing customer service!
My break light went out. Came here bought a new one and was told the guy didnt know how to fix it for me so he sold me the light and sent me on my way. I get home look up you tube and it literally is just one screw that u needed a torque wrench to open. So in less than 5 minutes I had taken out old light and put new one in. Cant believe I figured that out in 5 minutes and auto zone r pose to b trained people w some basic knowledge how a car operates and simple repairs like a light bulb!
The manager here is awesome, he helped us with everything we needed. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly.

After the bad experience I had at another AutoZone store. This store made my day and was fast and awesome! Im usually a loyal OReillys customer when it comes to my auto part needs. I have to make it known that from now on I will be going to the AutoZone on Pipeline in Hurst every time I need something for my car. I had a flat tire earlier and I was sitting in my car with the hood up on the side of the highway. A nice lady named Carissa stopped and helped me change my tire. If she wouldnt of stopped and helped me I would of been stuck there for hours until my brother got off work and was able to come help me. I do not know how to change a tire and even if I did I had no tire tool or any tools at all. After Carissa changed my tire she told me that she worked at the AutoZone on Pipeline and would be happy to help me with any of my auto part needs in the future.. I will definitely be coming to AutoZone from now on and asking for Carissa. Its nice to know that there are still good people out there. I mean not only did she stop and help me but she did it after she had just left work. Thank you Carissa
Iβm just wondering why a red shirt from 1510 was just at the gas station on Precinct line and Bedford-euless buying 6 things of vape juice while in a company truck?!? Last time in was in this store an employee was walking around cussing. I told the manager about it to give them the chance to fix it in house. Now this; seems like itβs time for higher level management to handle these red shirts

Today I experienced a true blessing. Iβm a single female that had a battery problem. I knew where to go cause they are the best with parts availability....Daniel was working and I ask for his help!!! This young man took his time to come out and put the battery on for me and both filters that I purchased as well. I didnβt know how I was going to get it done nor had the money to really pay for it. I came in to this location recently with a headlight issue. I had researched online how to replace my expected bulb type, and was prepared to buy it and then replace it. Unfortunately after popping my hood, I found I had a different bulb type. I spoke with the most helpful employee Ive ever encountered in an auto supply place! He ran out to my car with me to confirm which type I had, took me directly to the bulbs, rang me up and then installed the bulb! Hands down the best customer service Ive had, Im super thankful for this great location.
I love this location! I cant wait to be employed here again, but left due to Covid 19, I have 3 kids to get through homeschooling. I went up today with a headlight out. Cheryl helped me change it out, it was one of the difficult ones, and Im so grateful for her help!
Once again wrong parts for car and now I have to make an additional trip back to return items for refund.... A lot of people in the store but a lot of dysfunction as to who is to help the customers that are in the store.... Seems like the commercial was getting more attention ...which are the places that fixe cars outside the store that are ordering parts to be delivered to their location....

Definitely a busy store, but what else would you expect on a Saturday. I was help by the store manager who was extremely helpful and well versed in the current advertisement to save me some money on my projects. You might have to wait for service, but you get the best knowledgeable customer service.

Everyone there is super helpful. Sadie, Cheryl, Manny, and Bradley were all extremely helpful when I had constant issues with my belt tensioner pulley system. I cant thank them all enough for ALL the help they provided. Grateful to have such a hard-working team locally.

They put in my new battery for me. Then a year later they assisted me after i ran down that battery, lol. I had no idea about how to get a charge back in my battery. But it was all explained to me carefully and patiently. They read the battery upon my arrival and instructed me to return for another reading after driving to charge the battery.
I was served by Sadie. Very kind, professional and appreciative. She installed my battery so fast and I was back to work within 15 min. Best serve ever.

Easy to find parts for my Toyota Yaris. Came in around 9:30am and the employees seemed too busy just chatting and did not even approach me to see if I needed help. Walked by a couple reps and they just appeared focused on conversations and reshelving stock. Very clean and organized store, just employees are not very personable.

If I could rate zero stars, I would!! Scam artists work here!! I went to AutoZone today for a diagnostic on our 2007 Chrysler 300. The guy there hooks up the reader to screw under the hood and says i need a new battery. So we go in to check the warranty and I can clearly see on the screen that the warranty is not finished but he says he cant find the info for the warranty so we would have to buy a new battery. I go to OReillys for a second opinion. At OReillys they tell me my battery is in trunk of the car and they werent sure why or what the guy hooked the reader up to in the hood of the car. I was shocked. I am sure I will never return to this AutoZone especially after they told me they would not be able to put the battery in for me because they clearly didnt know where was but just didnt want to say that and instead try to sell me something that I didnt need. I am beyond offended by this treatment that I received and I will hope that they arent doing this type of service two other people who are not car savvy!!

The people are always helpful and will come out to check your vehicle to make sure what your getting is going to work. Theyll even change your battery right there if you drive it there.
Go get your check engine code read & diagnosed here for free. This is the best service available at all Autozones! They print out a sheet with suggested fixes & for people that can do the repair they find the needed part & price.
Dont go here even the manager is rude and doesnt want to get off his lazy ass to come out front and help someone. I was the only person in the store and I was there twenty minutes and he still didnt want to honor my return policy.

Plenty of options, of which this time i was searching for car care options and notices they now carry a sorted line of Chemical Guys products.
Bald headed little guy was rude, checked my batttery said it was good, then a hour later when I came back because they were gonna charge it, he said it was bad. Turns out it was my alternator and my battery was perfectly fine. I ordered an alternator and he said If I drove down to the euless store(14 miles away) they had one there. So i drove over there and it turns out they dont even have it. I had to buy a more expensive one they had at the this store too. Waste of time and a waste of gas. Other guys are cool but that guy needs some help.
