The service was great! However, I am really concerned that none of the service representative was wearing mask. That was why I did not stay at the dealer to wait for service to be completed.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated here because they had a special. When I received the vehicle there was a hum coming from the rear end, like a bad wheel bearing. Service department wants to charge $80 to look at it and said “you probably hit a pothole and it made the bearing go bad”.They also recommended I change my brake pads and rotors in 5k miles. Well, I check the pads and they look almost new. Never going back to the dealer.
Very efficient service. Friendly workers. Discovered the free coffee and juice center and was impressed by the cleanliness and the variety of choices for coffee and tea. The restrooms were very clean.Also, they had chairs with little shelves on the arm of the chairs to hold beverage cups, this is very thoughtful for customers and cleaning staff.I really like Freeman Toyota for their multi-ethnic staff.
Gave a $4,000 down payment. They didn’t give me the contract till a week later . By the time I got the contract the good deal that they had mentioned wasn’t the same as the contract. The contract was the worst deal that I have ever received . I tried getting out of it but they told me they would keep my 4,000 dollar down payment . I was forced to take the deal. I promised them never in my life I would buy a car from them again and I haven’t .
Great Service, very friendly staff, able to help when help is hard to find, Freeman Toyota Hurst is the only Toyota dealership I choose to go to. Im very particular and they meet all my expectations! If there is a hitch somewhere, like ordering parts that are not available anywhere, they get the job done no matter what even if you have to wait for parts availability. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly! Great waiting room and love their coffee bar!!
Hit the curve 3 months ago replaced the axel and rotor and some other part that cost 2,700. Three months later the same problem that they couldn’t fix it cause a big problem and now they asking for 6,000 to fix it again and won’t even gives me discount plus they are the one that cause my car a big problem and the factory parts of a car should have warranty’s but they refuse it the fact the parts that I replaced damaged because of them being careless. After my car get fixed I will never ever go to this dealership and their services very disappointed

My only issue is that whoever drives my car the VERY short distance always moves my seats. Since I dont have memory seats .... its frustrating having to find the right comfortable position to get it back to. Yes, a small thing, but Id assume its possible to drive the short distances without having to move the customers seats.
Very bad service .. I went to an oil change and a light that turned on the dash .. and it turns out that they broke a cover of the ring ... and they told me it was already broken ... its a lie .. it never came out. .. they were not responsible ... the first and last time I go to this place ... 0 recommended ..

Purchased a new camry 2021 7months ago, the lies that were told to sell a vehicle from salesman Adam Minkley. #1 I wanted the black wrap on the roof. Didnt have one there so I purchased one without one. But was told that there would be a discount on the sticker price, didnt find out till after all the paperwork was done. #2 the service I call to make an appointment was never fulfilled had to do with the backup camera, so I had it fix myself. #3 the toyota car package was not honored, my tires still had warranty, and the part service people said all they could do is sell a new tire. So I purchased a $298 tire for my vehicle, only cause I wanted the same brand of tire it came with from the factory. I could not find it anywhere else. If I could have I would not have done business there.

Service person was horrible I had put a appointment whole week before of my appointment and they said I was in system tried to tell me I’m be walk in and be 3 hr wait called receptionist lady and was very kind and helped me speed up the process little bit .to be honest I’d come back just not for the service guy I just had this morning but thanks receptionist to reaching out to manager and speeding up my service process :)

I had called Freeman Toyota on Tuesday Sept. 28th, 2021 and made an APPOINTMENT for a state inspection for my 1999 Toyota Camry.I arrived on time. The person I checked in with was very nice, friendly and personable. After 2 hours the service rep. came back to update me. My car had NOT yet been inspected but, would be very soon. An hour after that, my car was ready.I did expect a bit of a wait because I understand, things can happen during an inspection. BUT, the reason I made an APPOINTMENT, (and, appointment was accepted, almost like a verbal agreement), was to AVOID A 3 HOUR WAIT!!! Really? 3 hours? Why, the appointment then?? I could have just brought my can ANYPLACE and been in and out MUCH quicker than 3 hours.I may go back for other service work but, never again for a state inspection.Sorry folks. Thumbs down on taking my car there again for a state inspection, (with or without an appointment). Making an appointment meant nothing.On a positive note. Friendly service people.

I purchased my van through the company that install equipment for an individual to very able to live independently. I recently had an issue with my cars undercarriage cover. It had gone loose and was scraping against my tires. I was able to schedule a quick appointment with Toyota Freeman Service team the night before on line. The next morning, I was running late for that appointment when I found out I had to go in to work within the hour of my appointment. The service people at Toyota Freeman were friendly, helpful and understanding. They were able to fix the problem well within time for me to make it work on time. Thank you Freeman Toyota!
Great first experience with Freeman Toyota. It was time to change the oil and filter of my Toyota, so I cheked what Toyota services are in my area, and I saw Freeman had very good comments.I scheduled an appointment in advance using their website. I took them my car, left it in their hands, waited in the comfortable waiting area for not too long, and they let me know it was done, and that everything they checked in the car was OK. Paid for the service, and picked the car at the parking lot.To my surprise they had washed it (its quite dusty here, the car needed it), quite nice on their end.All in all, a great experience. There are cheaper places for an oil change, but I think the extra cost is worth it: you know they are going to do the job well, and that if you want to sell your car your maintenance operations are going to be registered and will come up in the carfax report.I will come back for future maintenance.

They did a great job and very happy with the service. I loved the fact that my van was washed on the outside. I wish that they vacuum the inside. I was also told the front passenger tire had a air leak in the side wall of the tire. I purchased the tires from Discount Tires so I left the dealership and went to Discount and they could not fine anything wrong with the tire so I am not sure what the story is behind the tire. The Internet sales department was not transparent on pricing. The sales person Craig sent the deal to finance without informing me the vehicle will be marked up $3000 above the sticker price on the window.....this left the finance department to explain it to me and subsequently negotiate the price of the truck...maybe this is a new sales tactic, maybe not, either way the overall experience was was unpleasant because of the internet sales department. However Mason in finance was composed, professional and courteous through the whole process....no surprise to me that the original window sticker which was on the truck just a couple of hours before was no where to be found on or in my brand new truck after I was done in finance.

The only thing I ask is they take care of Big Mikes friend Mrs. Pat Justice with a finders fee because if it wasnt for her my brother and I would not have thought about Freeman Toyota. During this time with inventory being a difficult process, with limited cars being for sale, salesman Gustavo Lara made this entire experience WORTH IT. I highly recommend purchasing cars with him! He was very communicative, honest, and resourceful. He made sure to get anything my mom needed, and made sure she felt safe with her purchase.THE ONLY THING I WOULD RECOMMEND:is for the other salesman that was also trying to sell this same car, to be more professional. Issues between colleagues and coworkers should be kept away from customers. Going to every other salesman around our table, and stating that he was suppose to sell this car instead of Mr. Lara, is very unprofessional. Making customers feel uncomfortable. Five star rating is for Gustavo Lara because even though this had occurred during our experience, he still made sure we left happy and confident with our purchase with Toyota.
I pulled into the service department, was met by a very pleasant service advisor. She checked what I needed to have done for the 18000 mile check up and I left the car with her. She called and text me to let me know when my car was ready to pick up. The receptionist was very pleasant also. She gave my keys to a nice young man who pulled my car into the service center and I drove off in a nice clean car. Thank you!!

The Service Rep was ready and well-informed when I arrived. He gave me an accurate estimate of how long the service would take, and then showed me into the dealership. The waiting area was comfortable, free coffee and water, and a vending area. The wi-fi was fast and reliable. Whats not to like?
I took my 2021 Prius to collision for a scheduled repair. After a number of wrong directions Steve Curry (who is amazing) sent me to Denise Howeth.She took the time to take care of my needs including getting my car to service before going to the body shop and securing a rental car. Desmond Adger in the service department also handled the service of my car. I have worked with Steve for years and even though he has moved to Freeman Honda, he took care of me. Denise remembered me from years ago and was wonderful. Kudos to those three people
Tried to get them to honor a complimentary oil change for my senior moms car, but they wouldnt budge. I understand that it had expired, but shes been HOME for the past year hiding from COVID. Ill take my business elsewhere this fall when we shop for a Toyota truck for my husband.

I recently took my 2021 Highlander to Freeman Toyota off 820 in Hurst. The experience was a pleasant one. Other dealers sit you in a crowded waiting room with outdated magazines. At Freemans, the waiting room has ample space, it is clean and seats are comfortable . Before I realized it, my name was called and and my car had not only been serviced but also washed.
Purchased a vehicle from them at the beginning of July 21, and no more than 2 wks later the vehicle is in the shop. I thought the issues with the truck might have something to do with the repairs they did before the vehicle was sold. I left the vehicle with them to test and they said nothing was wrong. I took the sales rep with me to let him hear the noise that was coming from underneath the vehicle, which I could do on command. The sales rep stated that its a used vehicle, and sold as is so nothing we can do. The salesman suggested that I just have to switch truck in and out of overdrive so the noise doesnt happen. I understand as is, but when a vehicle is sold, its expected to not have issues other than normal wear and tear. My wife traded in her Tahoe the same week, had 2 electrical issues that were $1400 and the smaller dealer took care of the issue in less than 24 hrs, not like Freeman, who basically told me tough luck. Ive spoken to 2 other dealerships trying to possibly trade the vehicle for something else, and they both said Freeman is in the wrong, and its places like Freeman that give us a bad rap. All this has happened before my 1st payment has been made. My vehicle has been in the shop for 5 days now, which will just add an extra expenses. I will never buy any type of vehicle from Freeman Toyota ever again, whether its new or used. A company should honor their sale for a paying customer, now I have $17k debt and a vehicle thats been sitting at a garage for the past week. I
Thieves. They will get you for every dollar they can. They do not honor warranties. I had a head unit on my Tacoma go out.. after the installation of the new radio they informed me that i needed a new speaker that worked perfectly before i took the truck in. Came out with $1,300 bill for a radio and (1) new speaker. Not trustworthy whatsoever.

THERE WAS ABOUT TEN CARS LINED UP TO ENTER THE DRIVE. WITHIN MINUTES I WAS GREETED BY EDWIN, AND HE TOOK DOWN MY INFO. QUOTED ME A PRICE FOR A/C EVAC RECHARGE AND DYE TEST. IT DIDTAKE LONGER THAN I ORIGINALLY PLANNED FOR AND EDWIN TOLD ME 3 HOUR WAIT, WHICH I SAID OK. IT WAS SLIGHTLY OVER 3 HOURS BUT EVERYTHING WAS DONE PROPERLY. DEALERSHIP WAS CLEN AND ALL EMPLOYEES I HAD CONTACT WITH WERE FRIENDLY AND POLITE,. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANY TOYOTA OWNERS.

I will not step foot in Freeman Toyota or do business with them, again.I first dealt with a salesman with the last name Freeman, who committed to ordering tires and running rails as part of the purchased of my Tacoma. In the following 26 days, I received no proactive communition from Mr. Freeman and ended up having to reach out to someone in Parts myself. When I spoke to Parts, the person alluded to me the parts were never even ordered. Im fairly confident this was the case because the parts arrived a matter of days after the gentleman in Parts spoke to me. So Mr. Freeman promised something to make a sale then completely failed to follow up. I would expect someone representing the Freeman name would operate with more integrity but this was not the case. And when I left the dealership the first night, I was promised a free tank of gas if I have him a 5 star review on here!Next came the Service department committing to installing the parts that finally arrived. I explained to them I live 25-30 away from the dealership, could drop it off that morning but would appreciate if it could get done earlier in the afternoon so my day wasnt completely planned around dropping off and picking up my truck. They committed to me that if I could drop it off by 10:00, they could get it done by 16:30. I asked that if they could help getting it done in less than 6.5 hours, it would be appreciated. Remember, 4 tires and bolting on 2 running boards. Before even dropping the truck off, the service manager emailed me, I did confirm with Peter that everything is good to go for tomorrow at 10am. My assumption they would get it done sooner than later was wrong, and that afternoon I was told it would be done an hour or so after the promised time. After expressing my displeasure to the Service manager, I was able to pick it up that night. It was literally dark and dinner plans with my wife were not happening. Why even commit to a promised time of completion knowing it wasnt going to happen? And Id already outlined in detail my experience to the company before I dropped it off.Yesterday was strike three and impetus for this review. I had my first, complementary service scheduled for Saturday, 5/1. I explained to the service writer when I scheduled that I had an appointment, I would drop it off Saturday morning and they would have the day to get it done. The gentleman told me this was fine because it only takes an hour. Upon arrival, the two service bays were pretty stacked, with 4-5 vehicles in each. I parked my truck and walked in to the Service area. I asked one of the folks in the bay if I could check in and drop off my keys. I was then told I would have to get back in my truck and pull it through a bay before I assume going back and parking, again, after checking in. Rather than try to rationalize this concept and almost expecting this to happen after past experiences, I chose to leave. For the last time.
Getting to the dealership for the service of my vehicle, I was immediately given attention with courtsey and respect. I was even alarmed that as I pulled in, the installed electronic device automatically recgonized and posted my name on the dealership screen. It blew my mind!The complete service work was done in less than 60 minutes with my full satisfaction and commendation.
My service manager is Steve Curry. Steve always does his best to work with my crazy schedule. I bring all of our company vehicles here for routine maint and repairs. I arrived early for my last oil change and he took care of it. Very pleased with Freeman and Steve!!
I always take both of my Priuss up there for oil changes and servicing. They always take great care of me. This time, they had me in and out of there within 30 min of my appointment time for an oil change and tire rotation.
The service manager contacted me earlier this year to discuss my expectations of a service advisor. I then met Mallory Williams and since that point, my experiences at Freeman Toyota have been exceptional every time I come into their facility. She is knowledgeable, attentive to details and makes sure that all expectations are met or exceeded by the time the service is done. Im sure that their service technicians are equally great but Mallory is my point of reference. I would highly recommend Freeman Toyota.

My regular service man wasnt there so I had a man name Tim. He listened to my concerns & although the van driver was backed up, he did call for a ride home for me.I picked up my car & at first glance I thought it wasnt mine. It looked like it had been detailed! very nice.Over all, good experience.
Purchased brand new top of a line Highlander (limited edition) with AWD. After 17,000 miles all four tire thread were completely gone. Infact the tire thread was 2/32. The car had full bumper to bumper warranty but salesman first reaction that tires are not part of the warranty. The manager himself agreed that particular tires from Bridgestone are poorly made but Toyota have to purchase from multiple vendor due to some law. Very disappointed that Toyota does not stand behind on the product that they sell. I expected better! The sales manager recommended to call the Toyota headquarter and they dont even bother to do anything.Few months ago I recommended few friends to buy Toyota. One purchase the new Camry and other one purchased Avalon.Based on my experience will never recommend or buy Toyota product.

Got an oil change and state inspection done. Service was okay. Nothing out of the extraordinary. Afterwards got 3 emails asking to provide feedback on their performance. After providing feedback got an email from a 3rd parties company asking for Google reviews. So I hope you guys enjoy my honest review.

NO STAR! Typical car sales back in 90s. Full of Tricks and games and lies. If you want to waste your time it’s a great place for you to go. Otherwise go somewhere else. Those car sales are exactly those to avoid in every articles and YouTube videos. The sad part is they weren’t even more creative with their tricks. Better cars out there also much better car sales.
Service was fine, as always. But Im at a loss as to what to think about Freemans commitment to my safety, etc. when I was greeted by a maskless staff member, assisted by a maskless service advisor (whos name I did not catch, nor did he provide it) that didnt bother to even attempt any social distancing. I was able to sit far, far away from those in the waiting area (showroom). I counted 3 masks in a room of at least 20-25 people coming and going. No masks on cashiers (who were friendly enough and competent).I just dont understand people that live and work in an area that had reported 5000 new COVID cases in a weekend believe they are (vaccinated or not) somehow immune.

Freeman Toyota Service Department is wonderful. We scheduled an appointment for the 15,000 mile service and upon arrival there were already so many cars in the service lanes we thought we would probably be waiting longer than we wanted for the service. But, we only had to wait about 45 minutes for them to complete the service, fill our gas tank and wash the car. Everyone was very friendly and service is top notch.
So I got my first oil change scheduled with Freeman, on the new 2021 4runner, they said it would only take 45mins to an hour to do it, when it really took them about 2 and half hour just for an oil change. When I got my car keys back I went outside and the front upper bumper on my car had two long scratches, it was very sad to see that on that brand new vehicle, I went back inside so I could ask them to fix the problem, and they just did a quick buff on it, but the scratches are still there. it was a very stressful situation. Then on top of all that, about a week later I noticed there was black grease, finger prints on top near the visor, up in the left corner where they put that next, due, date oil change. People that do the maintenance on your vehicle at Freeman, either they dont care about their job, or are just not careful. Be aware!
I had such an amazing experience with this dealership. I saw the car I wanted listed online and called in to confirm availability where I spoke to Craig Murphy. After the phone call Craig went out to the vehicle and recorded a personalized video so I could see it a little better. The process at the dealership from start to finish was smooth and seamless. I would definitely recommend this dealership to purchase a car from and if you can ask for Craig!

I have been a Freeman service customer for about 7 years, so had a favorable impression of the dealership. I watched the inventory on the Freeman website for a while for21 Venzas and saw three. Got a Carpro referral and Jacob called me on a Monday. The next day, the XLE I thought I wanted was sold, so I settled for a Limited. I told them about my givemetheVIN offer for my 2013 V6 Avalon and they matched it. My trade was in good enough condition that I saw it offered on the Freeman site with pictures for sale on Thursday of that same week. I think I will really enjoy the new Venza when I figure out how to use all the features.
Took my vehicle in for a checkup because I had a concern about the Transmission. Received very good service and all that was needed was a software update. Had my truck back the next morning.
My salesman, Don Little, was amazing. He really paid attention to what I wanted in a car and had the one I wanted waiting for me to test drive. I am hearing impaired, but he was very patient with me. Helped me return my rent car as well as well as helped me with the phone call to the Safety service. He made the entire process of buying easy and pleasant.

I know new trucks are in short supply, but Freeman had the exact truck I wanted on the showroom floor. Lexus was the sales person that helped me and she was great to work with, not pushy and very knowledgeable. You could tell everyone at the dealership enjoyed working there.
I have been buying and leasing cars for over 50 years and my deal with Freeman Toyota was undoubtedly the greatest and easiest one I ever made. I made the entire deal over the phone, they told me exactly what my lease payment would be and delivered the car to my home with all the paperwork. It took a total of less than 30 minutes. Great sales team, great customer service and definitely worth the drive out Loop 820 for service. Cudos!!
My husband and I went into Freeman Toyota to purchase a specific car we had already picked out online. We told the salesman straight away that we had pre-approved financing from our credit union, and that is how we will be financing the vehicle. The salesman still ran our credit, after I reiterated that we already have financing set up from our credit union, but they proceeded to run our credit TWICE. They kept coming back with financing and interest rates provided through the dealership, to which we kept responding that we will be financing through our credit union. We waited for about two hours, and we’re finally taken to the financing department to seal the deal. After spending a few minutes with the financing specialist, (three hours in) he showed us all of our paperwork, which was set up to finance through the dealership. When we told him that we already had financing, he had NO IDEA. Obviously he then proceeded to try to convince us to finance through them, which was not going to happen. ESPECIALLY now. So we ended up having to leave to go back to our credit union to work everything out. So not only did they NOT listen to our needs, wasting 3 hours of our time by being sharks and trying manipulate us into financing with them, but they pulled our credit TWICE against our wishes, just to try to make more money. The ONLY reason I’m giving them two stars is because they had the vehicle I wanted at a good price. But we were very disappointed with the integrity of the customer service, and we will not be back.

Great experience! It’s the second time I’ve leased a tundra from here and I will probably be a lifetime customer. Free oil changes and tire rotations for at least 2 years, but 3 for me because I signed up for the VIP status where basically everything is covered for 40$ a month...I went over miles by A LOT! I waited patiently for the end of my lease and due to their current incentives at the time, my rep got me back into another tundra for around the same price. This time we adjusted my mileage so I won’t do that again.Pro tip: reach out to Ken Laird at Freeman Toyota, he’s so nice and helpful, he’s not pushy at all! It’s Refreshing actually to have a sales rep that is as humble and “go with the flow” as him. He will hook it up. Tell him I sent you.
These guys have always been very friendly and helpful when I go in for service. I would recommend you get a reservation if possible. It will save you time. I buy Toyotas for their reliability and I have not had an issue outside of normal service in the 2+ years I have owned my car.
Sales is always respectful and friendly.. For that, I would give 5 stars.For the way the tech left my vehicle... not so much. I understand they are busy but my passenger mirror was left out and their trash in my floorboard. I have always had good service and they left my car in neat condition here in the past. Wondering what happened?

I couldnt ask for more in terms of congenial. helpful friendly service.We disagree however on what is a defect and what is not. But they are helping in arranging for field tech representative visit.I left with a good feeling despite were still working the problem.
I went to this location and had THE WORST experience. Adam was our salesman and between the lowball offer they gave me for my trade ($2000 under the low KBB trade) they were trying to charge us $4k over sticker. I’ve never in my life been pushed out the door of a car dealership. I have amazing credit and lots of equity in my trade. Their loss!! I just bought the exact same car with the Toyota dealership in Burleson and saved $7k. This place is a joke. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! Oh and I got a 1.65% interest rate and Adam said the best they could do was 2.85%. If you don’t want to get ripped off I’d suggest you buy elsewhere. Oh and the Burleson dealership gives military a discount.
