Barry was so kind and helpful. I drove 30 minutes out for a simple battery issue that the Arlington location would not help me with. It took less than 10 minutes for him to take a look at it and fix the issue. After the terrible customer service at the Arlington location his expertise and kindness was very much appreciated. 5 stars for Barry and the Hurst location.
I called to ask if they had 14 inch steering wheel covers for my car since the past couple places I went to didn’t carry that size. When I asked the lady on the phone she told me she didn’t know. So I asked if you could check for me really quick. And with the attitude of an inconvenienced teenager said “ there is a wall of covers and I’m not going to look through them, you are more than welcome to come and look for yourself.” I said “okay, have a nice day” but before I finished talking she hung up on me. So I went in even though I was talk to like that thinking they were busy and she was frustrated, but when I went there was not a single customer and I counted at least five employees with one on a phone. I guess customers are not valued when they are inconvenienced. Took me less than five minutes to look through the small selection. I’d not waist your time and go to o’reillys across the road instead of this place.
This store of Advance Auto Parts is great! The staff is super helpful, friendly and pretty quick! Normally there are not many costumers in this location and you get help pretty fast! The best thing about Advance Auto Parts is that you always get great deals if you are a member of their discount programs, every time I have bought something I have never paid full price! Sometimes less than half the prices of an already fair prices!!
The staff was awesome. Chris not only check to ensure I got the the correct light bulb, he installed it for me as well.
Hinson at the Hurst location was awesome and had my battery rung up and installed in less than 15 minutes.A stark difference between this and the horrible experience with the store on Denton Highway. They refused to honor the price advertised online for a battery and then refuse to install it. I called their corporate office to file a complaint. The CSR I spoke with was very professional and also did not understand why I had the experience I got from that store.
They always answer my questions and direct me to the correct item,size and give advice on the best way to work on my vehicle.
Lovthis place the people were very helpful gave good advice very knowledgeable about the products I was thinking about purchasing. Plus they have a soda cooler so you can buy a bottle of pop.

This is a great store. They are very well stocked and super helpful. I always come here for any car needs. If what you need isnt on the floor they will help you find it online or in the back of store. Speed Perks is a plus as well.
Very knowledgeable people... Very friendly and fair prices on parts and if they dont have the part in stock they can get it from anywhere in the country within a few days and possibly even get it for you that same day and they even give you a call when its in how convenient is that...
Barry and Angel with Advance Auto Parts are so amazing with their customer service! They were both helpful with product selection and even with installation after I purchased my items. Barry went above and beyond in customer service with his can-do demeanor and positive attitude! I don’t think I have ever had such great service at an auto parts store! First time visit, will definitely be back for all of my auto parts needs.

This store is the best! As a woman, I always prepare myself going into this type of store but...these guys were the friendliest, professional and helpful staff I have come across in a very long time. New to Texas, I had to buy a front license plate bracket for my newly registered car. Perez made sure I had the right one that fit my car. The other guy was just as nice. I did not catch his name as a couple came in to get a new battery. I will be referring all of my new friends and contacts to these guys for sure! Thanks!!!!!! :)

I purchased the wrong battery online. Went in the store to pick it up and hopefully they would have time to install it. Perez is my Hero. He noticed I purchased the wrong battery. He picked out the correct battey needed and installed it in a matter of minutes. While I waited the other staff members asked me if I needed help and also offered help to their teammate Perez. This is an awesome store. They are kind to the customer and to each other!
This is hands down the best service all-around I have ever gotten in an auto parts store- its not the closest to my home (I have to drive past two competitors to get to this establishment) but yesterday was my third time there and i can promise you Ill happily return for all my future needs. Our battery wasnt working and we took it there to get a new one. It turned our that battery was still under warranty and we didnt know so they helped us get all the information sorted out and got us a new battery. The service was very good and pretty fast.

What a crappy place. These guys are so freaking lazy and not helpful at all. I came to get a new car battery replaced and installed, but they said they couldnt because it would take a very long time to get my battery out (they said about at an hour). I told them that its not hard and Im willing to help if thats what they wanted. They said they wouldnt do it because they its too hard...WOW, I cant believe how lazy they were! I ended up going to buy a car battery from another store and went home to replace it myself. It took less than 15 minutes to take the old battery out and put the new one in. These guys are far from helpful and ironically dont know much about cars... I will never come here again. Beware, stay away from this place, its almost as bad as OReilly..
I have a 1972 Chevelle that has steering knuckles off of a difference car due to it having disc brake conversions. I tried getting the proper outer tie rod ends from NAPA, MOOG, Oreillys, AutoZone, and online. I was completely out of options and was told by Adams Service Shop in Euless to go to this location and ask for Tricia. I honestly thought this was going to be just like every other place I tried.. However, Trishia was able to cross match a couple pairs that could possibly work. I just got done putting them on and they worked perfectly!!! Ill never go to another place or person when shopping for parts!!
Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Went to three different Autozones, and all were unable to pull OBD2 codes, yet these guys had no trouble and gave me useful advice to get my vehicle running smoothly again.
TERRIBLE place to get parts! When I walked up to the lady at the counter, I was told, Im off in 15 minutes so youll have to get someone else to help you....then she turned around and walked away from me!! They NEVER stick to their hours of operation. It seems like NONE of the stores do. I had to return a part yesterday. Their hours clearly say 9PM. Pulled up at 8:45....just to do a return....closed. Lights off, no cars in the parkinglot. Clearly the store had been closed for a while. Tried calling today for their hours and was hung up on by the same girl who told me she couldnt help me. I will NEVER shop at an Advance Auto again. I will pay the extra money and go to another store. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!!

I have to give this company a 2/5. The staff at this store should receive a completely different score of 100000/5. They have tried and tried to help with two separate orders I have made online and they have compensated me to the best of their extent but I still ended up being inconvenienced and lost more money. Now going into detail:The first order I made was a set of brake pads for the front end of a 2015 Chevy Cruze LT (front disc rear drum) and a set of locking lug nuts. The pads were in stock at the store and the lug nuts had to be shipped so I sent it to my address hoping it was being sent via USPS and I went and picked up my pads. They seemed to be the right pads but later when I had the front brakes disassembled I found they were actually rear disc brake pads for a 2015 Chevy Cruze LTZ. I went back to the store and they compensated me the $10 difference to get the correct ones and admitted that the website does not show the difference between the ones I received and the ones I needed. All is well with the brakes. Now for the lug nuts which were one the same order. I waited 6 days and saw the package was delivered to my apartment front door step via UPS. Assuming they were stolen I called Advance Auto Parts and had them ship me a new set to the front office of my apartment. Three days later I came home early for lunch and found the package sitting on my doorstep. After specifically asking AAP’s customer service rep over the phone to have it sent to the office of my apartment they still managed to screw that up.Part deux!Yesterday I found the radiator on my truck, 2010 Silverado 1500 LS 4.8L had a fishy smell and a lot of liquid under the hood. I found a crack in the radiator and being plastic, it was non repairable. So obviously freaking out about how much a new part will cost, I went online to see and found a CarQuest radiator for $162! What a deal and 20% off and it was an exact match for my truck! Got to the shop, cooled the engine, removed the hoses and compared the two...the new one was 3-4 inches too short! So I luckily had a work truck, took the new and old parts up to the store and baffled the clerks yet again. Another item that had an exact match for my truck and it wasn’t even close. The clerk was worried about the price difference of the one I needed and which one because there are 3 radiators that we’re supposed to fit my truck and two of them could have been correct when compared to my old one. They were literally the same width but 0.5” different on height. So we got the correct one and the clerk could only offer me 10% off. Which in the end I had to pay $70 more and make two trips to the store.All in all, besides windshield wipers and fluids, I will not be ordering from Advance Auto Parts anymore. You never know what you might get. And yes I’m sure this could have all been avoided if I had just gone to the store but when you’re on a low income paying two rents and car payment with all insurances living the American dream, a 20% off online order discount looks really good. Especially when it’s the wrong part for the price you want the correct one to be.

So rude! This is unfortunately my 2nd time in this location. 1st time I needed antifreeze and did know what to get. They were so unhelpful that I just went across the street to the OReilly. This time I came in because for some reason I got a package delivered here and I showed the employee my UPS slip and he became angry at me that I wasnt home to pick up my package I cant believe the amount of unprofessionalism and disrespect from this establishment. If you dont have customer service or know how to work with people then dont. Pick a different field to work in!!!!
