No sense making an appointment with these people. Not only will they fail to verify it, youll have 5 others in front of you which average 30 minutes to an hour each person. I would like to have given their shop a chance to earn my work but apparently they are covered up and cant handle any more...

We asked to have the previous repaint sanded off so there wouldnt be multiple paint jobs on it. Also had many minor dings and dents from 30 years of usage and one small damaged spot on the front by the hood ornament. Also did a color change so door jambs, around the trunk and hood openings were also painted. The work looks really nice and the car looks great for the first time in years. It is not perfect, but you have to look really close to see any defects. It took a little longer than was expected, but I told them I was not in a rush, so all was well.

My vehicle was painted at the end of July as a Carvana warranty claim. When I picked up the vehicle, one badge was missing and I was told it was on backorder and I would get a call when it arrived in a week. This never happened. I noticed several inclusions in the paint and I was told that they dont paint vehicles in a controlled environment and allow some random number of inclusions per panel. I was not notified of this initially, and if I was I would not have had the vehicle painted here at all. Why is it the customers problem that your facilities arent correct for paint? After it being painted I noticed there was a large chip between the hood and fender on the side that was painted. Also, there is overspray on the front bumper and fender on the other side of the vehicle. Additionally, there is overspray on the B Pillar and on three different windows and the windshield. I have tried calling and get redirected to a call center with a promise of a return phone call that never happens. I finally was redirected to MAACO corporate customer service on Thursday 26 August with the promise of a return call within 48 hours. This never happened either, big surprise there. I followed up again today and the call center says all they can do is submit another note with yet another promise for a call back. Im doubting ll ever get this call. At this point I just want my vehicle paint corrected and badge installed. I regret ever having it painted in the first place and should have just lived with the scratches that were repaired.

I had some warranty work that had to be done, as I originally had work done in Houston TX. When I contacted them they were basically able to get me up and running quickly. They were eager to please and did not make things complicated. Dave, and his staff were professional, courteous and very helpful. Everyone was very polite and I would rate them a 10, with 10 being the highest and best level of service. I would recommend them. They do high quality work.

Due to previous issues with an employee my car was not fixed correctly by Maaco. When I contacted Maaco they informed me the person who I had dealt with before was no longer there. Laura and Dave were amazing in getting me in. Because of the issues I had before they added service that aren’t normally free and even washed and vacuumed my vehicle out for me. No company is perfect but I appreciate a company that recognizes their mistakes and goes out of the way to fix them. Thank you for getting my car fixed and going the extra mile.

The cat repairs were made without any problems. I have taken my 750 BMW to Maaco and many other vehicles. They have always done a fantastic job. If you need auto body work on your car, I strongly recommend them.

Google maps listing shows this place is open but in fact it is not. After driving all the way there I find a sign on the door saying closed to the public except by appointment. I called the number and no answer so of course I left. I wonder how many other people are wasting their time doing the same thing I’m doing.

I had several issues with my vehicle after painting so I addressed those issues with management/owner of Maaco. After explaining the issues and inspecting my vehicle with management they agreed those issues were covered under my warranty so the repairs were done without any cost to me. Overall I think the paint job could have been better because there were areas on my vehicle that obviously needed more work such as buffing out the imperfections in the finish.

Decent price, they told me about 5 days on the paint job. It took 10 days. When I went to pick up my jeep it wouldnt run. The jeep was running great when I dropped it off. I was told that my battery was bad which was a lie. I had another place recharge and test my battery it performed as it should. The owner of Maaco in Huntsville Dave called me today he was extremely rude. He told me that he needed to make his payroll. He told me that it cost him money to have my battery tested and that I showed no appreciation. He then hung up on me. Customer service has been TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I expected a little better treatment. If there was an option for zero stars that would be a more accurate review. I would NOT take my vehicle there again nor recommend Maaco to anyone else!!!!!!

I went to Maaco to get my Honda CRV painted. It is a 2000 and the Alabama sun beat it up over the years. When I picked it up, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the paint job. I recently went to Maaco to get an estimate on my sedan for my rear door and a slight touch up on my bumper. While the cost of the paint job was reasonable, I found the customer care/service very poor. When I went to drop the car, I asked how long would it take for the job, and they said that the car will be done in two days. However, I waited to get a call from them at the time they stated the car would be completed by and I had received no calls the whole time I was waiting with regards to the status of the car. Hence, I called and inquired if they finished the paint job on the car or not, and they said no and said they would get the car in by the next morning. Once again, I waited until the next morning to go pick up the car, and still received no calls from Maaco about the update on the car. After waiting for an hour or so, I called again and asked if the car was ready yet, and they said no we are still working on it and will get the car to you by 1 PM. I waited until 1 PM hoping they will call and let me know when the car is ready and still received no call. Hence, I called again to check on the car and they said they still were not finished and that they will finish the car by 3 PM. By now I had called Maaco atleast five times with regards to the status of the car, and they have taken a day more than they stated to complete the job. I understand that these type of jobs typically take a long time, and that precision and perfection is very important. However, when providing a deadline, I expect it to be followed through. What was more disappointing was that no body from Maaco called and gave us a status update or even let us know that the job is taking longer than expected. I expected that I would at-least receive a call as a courtesy stating that it is taking extra time, but instead I had to call every time to check on the car. Moreover, they constantly kept extending the deadline, causing me to postpone and eventually cancel all my appointments. I am very disappointed about the customer service at Maaco.UPDATE: When I finally got the car, they did not even clean the car or detail it! When they called to let me know that the car is ready, they did not even bother to tell me that the car had not been cleaned yet. I had to go back and wait for another twenty minutes at Maaco to get my car cleaned. While the actual paint job was alright (some of the spots were not done perfectly, but overall it was a 4/5 paint job) and the actual paint crew were very nice and understanding, the office people were extremely inefficient in communicating to me about how long it would take for the car to be painted perfectly. Moreover, they were very rude, constantly arguing with me, and blaming it on me for the bad service I received. When we asked them why they did not clean the car, they kept saying well you were in a hurry, so we did not clean it. However, I had already missed all our appointments, hence we were just constantly checking up on the car. I clearly told them that I want the car to be done really well, and I will pay after I see the car only. In fact, I was told that every time I called I would be getting an update on the car around the time they claimed it was supposed to be done, but they never even bothered to give an update. Moreover, when I called the office person one of the five times, the person hung up on me before we were even finished with our conversation. Overall, I say that the paint job was satisfactory and the pain crew was very cordial, but the customer service and the office people were extremely rude and inefficient.

My plastic bumper was pushed in and I stopped by to see if they could nut pop it out. The office guy told me that I had to have a whole new bumper and that would be over $200. I heard they could just pop it out. He had to get his guy to ask. Over and over he told me I needed a new bumper and I said I really didnt care that much how it looked. The work guy was very nice and told me he could try bumping it out but wasnt sure how it would look. I went into the office to wait and hour and it took ten minutes to fix. The work guy told me they should have charged me for 1/2 hour but the mean guy in the office said he had to charge at least an hour. I think he was mad I didnt get a new bumper when it looks perfect. They do good work but bad customer service and I still feel like I got taken. Thanks

I took my car for a simple scratch, and it took 3 times for something simple that was made worse. I finally gave up and shared with others that YOU are at your own risk! BE CAUTIOUS! Cheap price quotes can be deceiving. PLEASE do your homework and go to a repair shop with a GOOD reputation, or you will be sorry!!!

Had my car repainted there, quoted time was never met and worst of all they didnt even call me. After it was painted they called for me to come and get it and there was still places that needed paint and there was trash all over the car. This happened 3 times before I could take the car home, where is your quality? A year later the paint has worn off the roof in places. Total waste of time and money.

My brother got in an accident and ended up loosening his front fender and vending the metal frame parts that hold the fender on so it took Mako a little longer to receive the part in hammer out the damage but they took care of him with excellent service and he has not complained about the repair at all afterwards the benefit for him was the fact that he had a friend that work there are so thats why he took his business to them and recommend them to other people that have unfortunate accidents.

I had Maaco do a total paint job on my F150. I wasnt expecting a whole lot for the cheap price they charged, but was satisfied with the paint job. The truck looks great, though there is some overspray, and a run in one place, but as I said, it was a very cheap paint job.The only real complaint I had was they broke the mounting bracket on my drivers side headlight. They blamed it an another bodyshop that had done some work for me. I cant PROVE that it was them, but I suspect it was.I would have given them 4 stars if not for the headlight.
