Only reason leaving 1 star is because you cant leave a negative 10! Went to buy a truck 5 employees out in front of dealership joking and cutting up. Which is great. But not when they stop joking and cutting up to tell you they are busy and cant help you. That is fine we purchased 2 brand new trucks elsewhere!

I recently purchased a 2012 F-150 the sales process and delivery was exceptional. The problem began when I discovered a leak in the moon roof. The team at Woody Anderson stood behind the vehicle and promised to make it right. I brought it back in and the problem was corrected or so I thought. I discovered the leak was still there. This in itself has me questioning the quality control. I brought it back in on a Friday, by Monday afternoon no word so I called and my service advisor said that they were waiting for it to dry out. In three days, it should have dried out unless it was left outside in the rain. Since the first time I brought it in I had it back the next day. I called again on Wednesday and was unable to ahold of my service advisor. The person I soke with said she need to check the status and I would get a call from the Service Manager. After a few hours and call I called my salesperson and he checked on it and told me they are working on it, and my service advisor would call me with an update. After a few more hours, I called back again and was told I would have a new service advisor and that they needed a specialist from Leak Pro to come in to find the problem because they could not. So it took over a week to find and fix the problem, which isn’t the worst, the worst is having to call the service department time and again to get an update on my truck which seemed to change with each person I spoke with. Woody Anderson Sales Department was exceptional and could definitely purchase from them again. The service department on the other hand cannot seem to figure out customer service, fault isolation and Quality Control. I will definitely be looking for a new Ford dealer for all my vehicle service needs.

Our entire car-buying experience was great from start to finish. We first spoke with Jake who had tons of knowledge about the Mustangs. Once we decided to buy, Phillip helped us find the perfect car and even surprised us by exceeding our expectations. The finance process was a breeze with Kristin. And no pressure to buy anything extra from anyone. Once we were asked about something and declined, that was the end of the discussion. We have NEVER had a car-buying experience this easy and pleasant and look forward to a long relationship with Woody Anderson Ford!

Wow. First—great place! Now the story: Three years ago I bought an F150 with four-wheel-drive from an auction dealer in Montgomery. Took the truck to Woody Anderson to get it checked out. They found that the left front wheel was locked into four-wheel-drive. Cost me about $1000 to repair the damage. Not Woody Anderson’s fault at all. Fast forward. During three years I continue to have problems with that wheel. It is very difficult to diagnose. Woody Anderson worked on it three more times and honored the parts warranty from the first attempt to fix it. I finally got tired of the problem and was going to sell the truck, but as of September 2021 there are almost no trucks for sale due to the chip shortage so I took the truck back to Woody Anderson again and left it there. I told them to drive the truck until their mechanic or a manager could hear the noise for themselves. I authorize them to take my truck to lunch every day until they heard the grinding noise. After two weeks they finally heard the noise, went in and did a detailed check of the IWE. They ended up replacing the IWEs for free. Finally, my truck runs perfectly. Thank you, Woody Anderson, for patiently and persistently seeking to find and fix this stubborn problem! The truck is now ready for deer season!!

Purchase a used 2018 Explorer. Great deal but the day after purchase the battery went dead on my way to vacation at a rest area in Florida. Fortunately I have AAA and they showed up with a new battery. The AAA tech stated that if the battery had been tested it would have showed up bad. The engine bay had acid all over from when the Woody Anderson tech cleaned the battery terminals. The AAA tech told me that is a tell tale sign of a bad battery. I was reimbursed and they cleaned up the engine bay but no apology for my family being stranded in mid 90s temp at a rest area. This is the 6th vehicle I have purchased from Woody Anderson and will be my last.

Thanks again Stacy!Made an appointment for an oil change because we were told on a previous day that we went by there that they don’t take walk ins! I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time to be told that I am looking at around a 3 hour wait for my oil change because they had several walk ins get there before me!!! So what good does it do to make an appointment?? So apparently they do take walk ins, I guess it just depends on the day or who you talk to!! I can promise I will not be back! This place is a joke!! And the service records are under the name Larry Colburn!

Sales group was outstanding, service not so much.After purchasing a new truck in March 2 months later the engine failed and we had it towed in for repair.(they tried to get me to pay for tow? really?)The service manager is very rude and unhelpful.The truck was there six weeks with no contact from dealer, I would have to call them for updates, and they would seem put out to have to talk to me. After 2 months we finally got it back.Buy here but take elsewhere if possible for serviceUpdated review. After seeing the review, Wood Anderson Ford reached out to us and they have made things right. Absolutely deserving of a five star rating. Our sales associate Brian W was top notch, personable, not pushy and you can tell he has no interest in sales tactics, he just wants to get you in what you want.He was helpful, thoughtful, and a joy to work with. Financing was a breeze, and they were very cognizant of our time constraints. Overall, I am continually pleased by this dealerships service.A second shoutout to the service department (and Tim!). My wife’s expedition has had several problems (and we still love it), and the department has been so great to us during those troubles. They are communicative, understanding, and flexible. They go above and beyond to make sure things are made right, and they do it all with a smile and with no lying, no tactics. I can’t say thank you to them enough.Overall, I’m thrilled to be a part of the Ford family and will come to Woody Anderson for many years to come, they’ve won me over.

Terrible service!!! I made an offer on a car for $1000 less, I had my own financing, and they refused to talk to me about it! Said they are a one price dealership!!! They have had this car for almost two months! I have never seen a dealership that would not discuss price with you! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!Update: Woody Anderson Ford worked with me to get the the price I needed for financing. They were very nice and made things right. I am now the proud owner of a Lincoln MKX!!! I have recently been introduced to Woody Anderson Fords mobil unit and have been greatly pleased with this service. They come to the house and perform the checks and changes to the oil and filters, tire rotation, and air and cabin filters. The team was Say and Andre. They were very professional in the conduct of the service. They are the same team thad performed the service on my F150 yesterday (30 June 2021), and I called for them to return and do the service on my Ford Explorer. Professionalism, attention to detail, efficiency were positive attributes of the team. I commend them for their efforts and information. They appear to enjoy providing this service and it shows. If I could leave zero stars I would. My vehicle has been at Woody Anderson for over 2 months. I go to pick it up and they charge us 128 dollars. Take our money and while waiting on our car they abandon us in the service drive locking the doors. The kept insisting we go outside to wait so they could lock us out. Finally two employees come in to tell us Our car had to be jumped but won’t move. Stacey was very helpful and even though we took all our frustrations out on her she tried to do the right thing. We went around to the vehicle and a piece was missing off the door that was never mentioned at all. All they cared about was taking our money and going home. She calls the service manager named John and told him. He was in the car wash but when we went back around to talk to him he was gone. We wanted to talk to somebody so we go in the showroom and speak toBrian. Him and Stacey listened and tried to help. They followed through with what they said they would do the next day. The next day we received a call from Tim and Jamie. They just tried to appease us with a refund and tow. Tim was the service advisor and is a service manager such a shame. All I can say is what kind of place has management that just takes your money and abandons you with a messed up car. The service here is a joke! I do appreciate all the time and patience shown by Brian and Stacey but service management is pitiful. No need to contact us again everybody family, friends, whoever I can tell will not be back to be treated in such a way.

Update 4/16/2021. After talking to the service manager, he got me all taken care of. Apparently I was just talking to the wrong people. I got my car back today, and everything seems fine. They even detailed it for me, and had it sitting in the garage ready to goBought a NEW 2020 mustang GT on March 3, 2021. 3 weeks later the check engine came on, then went off. I took the car to them, to have them check the code. It was determined that a misfire had occurred. I was told it would be at least a month before a tech could look at it! When I asked what I should do until then, I was told to baby it, and hope for the best. I ended up talking to a manager, and they gave me a loaner car. They have had my car 2 weeks, with very little communication, and my service advisor, Brad, hasn’t answered me the 2 times I’ve text him. Getting frustrated. The car barely had 1000 miles on it.

Tldr: If you value honesty and straightforwardness, I would not recommend Woody Anderson Ford.I was quoted $412 for a set of four tires including labor, parts, disposal, and tax. I confirmed with the person I was working with that that was what Id be paying. Of course, my total was more, and I brought it up to the service advisor who gave me the quote. They told me that by tax, they (obviously) meant the tire tax, which was $4. But even that wasnt actually included because the tires were $352 and labor was $60, which equals $412.Another thing was that I had 11,000 FordPass points, which according to an email I received, I could redeem for The Works oil change. I scoured Fords website, but of course they have no info available, so I looked for fine print saying that locations may vary but didnt see anything. I even called Woody Anderson, and all they could tell me was the cashier could redeem the points during checkout. Turns out that 11,000 points equals $55. The Works pretax is $68.75. I feel like I got swindled.

I bought a new Ford in November at a location in Nashville and I’ve already had 2 oil changes at that location. I told them my tire pressure was low but they couldn’t figure it out. I took it to Woody Anderson and they fixed the issue along with some other issues that wasn’t pointed out at the dealership in Nashville. I’ll gladly make the drive just to do business with them!!! They serviced both of my fords and they go above and beyond for each and every customer! They are honest and won’t try to nickel and dime you out of services you don’t need!!!

Ill begin with the praise of completing my warranty recall work within a week of drop-off. I did schedule this work nearly three months in advance, but with multiple recalls being handled, Im content with the time it took.I left a review soon after my work was complete regarding an over-the-top labor charge for an engine air filter, but not even 24 hours later, Stacey, my service rep, called me to rectify the issue. I went to this dealer (from whom I’ve purchased 2 trucks) yesterday because I wanted to trade my F-250 in on an F-150. I got a very reasonable offer for my truck but was basically laughed at when I said I wanted them to sell me a new one. The “salesman” said something to the extent of “we won’t get any F-150s for 4 months. Didn’t even offer to help me locate one or make any attempt to earn my business. Basically they wanted to buy my current truck and not sell me a new one.I know COVID has wrecked the supply chain, but that’s no excuse to treat customers like that. This “salesman” didn’t even offer to let me order a truck.I think I’ll give my business to another of the local, smaller Ford dealers.

Mike was absolutely the best salesperson I have ever dealt with! I was buying a used truck from out of state (which is complicated on its own) and its a very rare, hard to find truck that had a lot of people interested in it, some of whom were local. He helped me through every step of the process, including sending me underbody pictures of the truck before I even put a deposit down to hold it. He helped me get with the right financing people and had everything all sorted out for me before I flew in. He even brought the truck to pick me up at the airport! When I got to the dealership, he had all the paperwork all organized and ready to be signed. It took very little time to get on the road. I would highly recommend working with Mike in sales and Greg in finance to get a used vehicle!

Went to look for a used car for my wife. Ben Wander was extremely helpful. He helped us look up the car we initially came in to buy (it already sold) so he walked the lot with us and answered all the questions we had. We ended up buying an Explorer Sport, which we both love so far. Without him, we wouldn’t have even been looking at that model, but it ended up having everything we needed. Dual sunroof, folding 3rd row, heated and cooled seats plus tons of other options. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Will come back to Woody Anderson Food next time we need a car and will look forward to working with Ben again.

I brought my car in for service two months ago for two issues. They fixed one but not the other (malfunctioning backup camera). So I scheduled another appointment for today for the camera repair. My car is under warranty, so I should have access to 3 days of rental car service at no cost, which is what I received last time. They were out of rental cars today. However, Ford customer service confirmed that each dealership should have an agreement with local rental services to secure you a rental there if they are out (e.g. Enterprise).When I asked the Ford rental department about that, they said that I would have to pay for the rental and that my warranty doesnt cover rental service (even though they gave me a rental less than two months ago and told me that my warranty covers 3 days of rental service any time I need to bring the car in through the warranty period). Since I couldnt leave my car there, I wasted an hour at the dealership this morning on an issue that should have already been fixed. Ill be scheduling the repair with another Ford dealership instead.

I had a really bad experience buying an Explorer two years ago from this dealership. I swore I would never deal with them again. My daughter is needing a new F150 to drive to college this upcoming fall. I stopped in to simply look at selection and options, with intent on buying elsewhere. I was greeted on the lot, while looking, by Stanley I (can’t spell last name). I told him what I was planning on doing, and he simply made a request to earn our business back. He is an incredibly courteous and professional sales rep, and one Ford should be proud of. it took me almost a month to get everything put together. Most reps would call you three times a week, and bother you, but he simply called one time to ask if he could provide any more information. Bottom line, we bought a new truck from him Saturday. He is now the only one that I’ll deal with in all of Ford. We have bought 12 new Ford vehicles across seven different states. He is one of the best I have ever worked with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Brian Williams, office next door, is my new #2. Took my car into the shop on April 12th to replace the dash that was still under warranty. After 3 failed attempts at putting my dash in, breaking the windshield during one of the dash attempts, I finally got my truck back on June 11th. When I got my truck back it several of the plastic pieces are damaged and the outlets in the backseat dont work. I talked to Mr. Jamie East who had me come in so Tim Roark could take pictures and order the parts.. On June 16th I took the truck down for Mr. Roark to take pictures. He told me he would contact me when they were in. After waiting 6 weeks with no contact, I called him and he said he would look into it and call me back. Two week later and still no contact, I have now emailed Mr. East and still dont have a response. I have never been in a service department that has shown such little care for the customer or fixing issues. This has been going on for almost 4 months and I am still trying to get this resolved

Took my new truck in for servicing, for an oil change and tire rotation, service manager said it would take about hour and a half, so I waited around, it took about an hour and 15 minutes so that was good, they were supposed to wash the vehicle, they did a pretty good job but left bug guts on the front. Other than that everything what’s good, I’ll go back.

I wouldnt recommend this shop for any body work. I had work done there a few years ago after an accident but it wasnt well done. The first issue was on the tailgate with the paint coming off on both sides. No longer living in Alabama, I took to a local Ford fortunately they were able to work with Woody Anderson to get it corrected at no cost to me. It was a painful process though. However now I have a second issue, wheel well rust. The first shop I quoted it with said it looked like it was rusting from the inside out and asked if there was any replacement/work done on it. So I reached out to Woody Anderson. After working with them for months, them giving terrible return calls, and them pawning me off on their paint rep they buy paint from, Woody Anderson told me they wont make guarantees on rust and that it is my problem to deal with because it is happening in a place that rust commonly occurs.Update: After talking with Holly and getting a follow up call from the body shop, they are still taking 0 responsibility for the rust issue because it could have been done by rocks or other debris. Would avoid this dealership at all costs.

1/13/21 - I have not had good service experiences, pulling of information is required and even that is challenging.1/15/21 - I was contacted by the dealership shortly after the 1/13 post was created and we talked through the concerns. I will update this post when service is complete and adjust the rating up or down accordingly.1/23/21 - Since 1/15, I have been contacted each day by the service department to provide me with an update and I was able to get my vehicle back yesterday after 2-weeks. 1-week of this delay was waiting on Ford (not the dealership) to approve the warranty work.4/15/21 - No complaints about the sales group but the service department is going through challenges faced by many businesses in the new COVID environment.The only response I can receive about my uneven tire wear on the passenger side tires (a few months ago) is that perhaps I make many left turns or that I park on a hill???? I should note that tire alignments have been checked and are good. The service manager, Kevin, will not return my e-mail or voice messages (4/2 discovered a change in personnel with this position) so I copied the general manager, Bobby White. I have started the campaign on social media & general internet with the next steps being calls to corporate.I noticed a trend of low ratings as of the past 6-months, specifically related to the service department. This is indicative of a shift in management personnel or management style. The comments throughout have basic communication skills being overlooked.4/16/21 - I did receive a call from Bobby White and we are progressing dialog & diagnostics for resolution. Will continue to update and change rating as appropriate.4/21/21 - Bobby White & Woody Anderson Ford rectified the tire issue to my liking today and I owe Mr. White a shoutout for going the extra mile to do so. Having an understanding now for the changes that have occurred at WAF, I am optimistic they are on the road to recovery.

Took my motorcoach in for a required recall repair, and after they opened, reported to service Dept. Was told they did not have the parts, that they were on backorder and not sure when the parts would come in. There were 3 other coaches on the lot waiting for the same repairs. I was upset but after they explained the situation in a very professional way, I understood it was just another crisis caused by the pandemic. Supply line is down. I have an appointment for later this month, and they are giving me updates as too when the parts will arrive..Long story short, they handled an ugly situation very professionally.

Worst service experience we have ever had. They did not put email address in properly for Ford Pass and Carfax. A three hour wait with others coming in after getting done first. Told my wife they do not do appointments. Suggested a maint service we just had done at the dealer we normally visit. I was a manager at Sears autocenters for years, so I have experience in how this is supposed to work.

My parents used to rant and rave about Woody Anderson and it was the only place that they would buy cars but not anymore! The service at Woody has been far less than even sub-par! And dont even get me started with the Service Manager Linzy Fuller....this guy acts like he cant even smile or have a human interaction with people. My moms car has been back to this dealership far more times than it ever should be. The only way that we got half way decent service the last time her car was brought in was because Mrs. Anderson just so happened to be there and made sure that we had a loaner car to be able to leave her car for service and repair and that everything was being handled. Outside of that one visit, every other one has been completely painful and dreadful! There is only one service advisor who seems to have a heart (and I cant think of his name right now), but every other one seems to act like they do not want to be bothered and annoyed when you need help. I would advise anyone who is in the market for a new (or used) Ford, stay far, far away from Woody Anderson!

A joke of a service department.My vehicle (2017 Expedition) was towed in March 3rd, dead as a can be. The service department said at earliest, they would be able to run diagnostics would be 14 days..due to the level of recalls they were dealing with. Unfortunately, since I live in Virginia- that meant I’d have to fly back home, and fly back here to retrieve the vehicle. 3 weeks later after several phone calls and not knowing the status of the vehicle- they tell me it’ll be ready in a few days and that had something to do with the valve induction system...curious as that has nothing to do with electrical, or explain why my running boards wouldn’t deploy or why I couldn’t remotely lock/unlock the vehicle. Oh but no sir, we’ve tested the battery/electrical and everything seems fine.Fast forward to today, March 29th- nearly a month later. I’ve flown my whole family down to spend Spring Break around the area just so we can drive it back. Arrive at the dealership, pay for the repair- and low and behold, the Expedition is still dead in the lot. These guys even tried jumping the vehicle, bringing it around and said “oh it was just sitting for awhile, should be good now once you drive it around”. Nope. Wife turned it off, then tried to start again- won’t start- and none of the electrical works. Now we’re sitting here wondering if ANY of the 1k repair we paid for WAS EVEN NECESSARY, since the damn thing still won’t start.Bottom line- this service department is a disorganized mess and seriously lacks any communication skills.m, not to mention downright shady practices. Avoid at all costs.

Went in to buy a truck March 26th that we had already test drove earlier in the week. Worked with Brian Williams and what a stand up guy he was! We were trying to get out of there by a certain time because of needing to be somewhere and he was running all over the place trying to get us taken care of! Let me tell you about the GEM, sitting in plain sight, that I just found!WOODY ANDERSON FORD!!My family and I (6 members total) are new to the area. We are a Ford family, having 3 between us. We were looking for a home for our trucks; somewhere that we can confidently take them for regular maintenance, repairs, and a place to purchase from, as we are looking to upgrade within the next year or so. We are people of great integrity and honesty and we require that reciprocated from whomever we patronize/do business with. Hear me when I tell you that Tim Roark EXCEEDED our best hopes and greatest expectations! He proved, not just in word, but in deed, that true, trustworthy, efficient, upstanding and FAIR customer servicing and satisfaction still exists. He DEMONSTRATED the professionalism and QUALITY of service that many businesses boast commercially, but fail to deliver. Tim delivered! He and his courteous team made us feel welcome, told us that theyd take care of us, and proceeded to do just that. I was able to leave my truck (my baby😍) in their care, WITH TRUST, which was rewarded with getting her back repaired correctly and stronger than ever! Guys, the amount of stress relief that came with getting my repairs done in such a timely manner cannot be measured in money. UPDATE 05/30/2021 (five star): John Dollar did everything he said he would and more. Very happy with the results. Car is fixed!! It should not have taken 2 months - Brad Howard would get a negative star if possible. Terrible customer service. Five stars goes to John who honestly went out of his way to take care of the problem. Much appreciated!!UPDATE 05/26/2021 (three star): John Dollar contacted me today. Took the car back in and went over the issue and previous repairs in detail. John assured us that the problem will be investigated and the car will be fixed. He was very apologetic for our experience and very reassuring. Will update with progress.05/25/2021 (one star): My son took his car in March 22 due to shaking/vibrating when coming from a complete stop. Brad Howard - service advisor - said they’d get it looked at in a day or so. Prior to taking it to Woody Anderson we had another mechanic look at it and they said it was a drive train issue and should be under warranty. That’s the ONLY reason we went to Woody. Ford said the axle; excessive movement. 2 weeks and $1400 later we get the car back. Oh, by the way the car only has 17k miles on it.Problem was not fixed. Second time I went with my son. He’s young and I don’t want him being taken advantage of. I asked if they even bothered to drive the car? Brad Howard says “it says they did”. Second trip one of the “mechanics” test drives with my son. It was decided that it was the other axle. No charge this time (gee thanks -Did I mention the drive train? Of course I did but what do I know? It feels like in the old days driving a stick and taking off in second gear. That shake til it kicks in).Guess what? Still not fixed. Called immediately and was asked to bring it back AGAIN. Since my son and I have jobs and this was getting ridiculous I asked for a loaner. They didn’t have one available and I was given Mary Wimb’s name and number to call. She doesn’t return calls. So after a few days I call Brad Howard and he tells me he’ll take care of it. That was April 14 or 15. Haven’t heard from him since. My son and I have left several messages with people and on voice mail. Sent an email yesterday to Brad Howard and Tim Roark who is listed as a manager. Crickets. Sent another email today to both service managers. Crickets.What I can tell anyone reading this is that they will clearly take advantage of younger people. They will NOT fix your car. They will also not return your calls or answer emails. Didn’t even try to find the real source of the problem. If a live person answers the phone Brad is always conveniently with another customer or doesn’t answer a page. I’ve waited for 30 minutes on hold on more than one occasion.I bet if my son wanted to buy a new car they’d roll out the red carpet!

Brian Williams my sales consultant and his manager Mr. Wood, were outstanding at making the process simple. I feel I have made a great decision and look forward to a long term relationship. Ok, for one I have never owned a Ford product nor has anyone in my family history. We went a test drove all major brands and ended up with ford f-150. The reason we bought the vehicle from here was the atmosphere, customer service, non pressure sales, the time they spent with us to make sure we understand the vehicle and the financing.The sales person Dylan Means was by far a fantastic person to deal with and made us feel like we where the only customer and most important, he covered everything we needed and if he didnt know he was honest and said I dont know but will get you an answer, which he did. No pressure sales.Aaron Looney, I apologize if missed spelled was our financial expert, he also did a great job and worked hard to get us the best deal he could. It was quicker then expected and much smoother then past purchases from other dealerships. Great place with great people.Great job everyone.

So I called around 3:30 to ask when would my car be ready the lady said that she would call me back which she never did. So I call this morning with the same question in a different lady says the same thing. I have to work tonight I really need my car. NEVER again will I take my car up here. Very nice experience. I thought that I had a torque converter go out which in many cases means a transmission ($5000). We were on a trip and stranded at another ford dealership, who by the way was very apathetic, and could not even look at it for 2 weeks. We called Woody Anderson Ford, and spoke to Tim. He was very nice and helpful! They came and picked up the truck immediately, called me back with good news that it was a coil pack bad, which was 900( which did include spark plugs and a fuel system service) rather than $5000. The truck was repaired the next day and ready for pickup on our return through Huntsville. I will return to Woody Anderson Ford. I felt than they could have really taken advantage of our situation, but were very honest, friendly, helpful, and prompt. I highly recommend them! Tim was great!!!!

I just read a review from another mustang owner and thought I would also write a review of what my experience is with this service department. The car has 33k miles on it and is completely covered under the warranty Ford provides.This review will be updated as my experience continues with the service department.1/22/21As I am doing some maintenance on my mustang I noticed the drivers side strut was leaking. I called immediately and talked to someone in the service department. They scheduled an appointment for me and also said I will have a loaner vehicle to drive during my time without my car. The appointment was scheduled for 2/2/21.2/2/21I bring in my car, and immediately was told there were no loaner vehicles available because the person I scheduled my appointment with didnt also reserve a loaner for me. Chris Erikson is my service advisor. He said that he will get someone to look at my vehicle the day I dropped it off or the day after.2/4/21Its been two days, I have received no communication from the service department. I decide to call and determine what is going on. I call and Chris tells me no one has looked at my vehicle. He said its like herding cats back there, referring to the service department. He assured me he would have someone look at it that same day and give me a call with the diagnosis of the vehicle.2/5/21 approx. 3:00pmIts the next day and still no word from the service department on my vehicle. I call once again and talk to Chris. He informs me that the car has been looked at and the parts havent been ordered yet for some reason. He said they should be ordered by the end of their workday and if theyre in stock they will be in on Monday 2/8/21.2/8/21I finally get a call from them for once. Chris tells me that the parts are on backorder until at the latest 3/4/21. He tells me that I can come get the car since it is not unsafe to drive (with a strut that is leaking). The entire time my car has been in the shop I have been leaving my wife at home with no access to transportation which is obviously less than ideal. So I am basically forced to go get the car so my wife can get back and forth from work.Two weeks go by with no word from Chris or anyone at Woody Anderson. Now today is 2/22/21 and I call to check and see if they have the parts in yet because Chris said they could be in early. Chris says the parts are in but the Transmission guy (why would they get a transmission guy to do suspension work is beyond me) is out for another week so there is no telling when I would get my car back if I dropped it off today.So my experience with Woody Anderson is that so far. Their people are nice, but man they do not have any organizational skills at all. They never remember to give you a call, they come up with excuse after excuse.. Take your car somewhere else if you need warranty work done in a reasonable time. Their slogan is Home of the Five Star Experience.2/22/21The operations manager has reached out to me and has expedited the process along it seems. I am dropping my car with them this evening and will see how things go tomorrow. Star change is from how the manager has handled things so far.2/23/21The management was able to sort the issue out for me and get my car repaired. The management team handled my concerns well and went the extra mile to make sure my issue was taken care of. They were nice and courteous to me and understood where my frustration came from. I would leave 3.5 stars if google would let me. The reason for this change is that they eventually did resolve the issue, but it required me to write this review to get the issue sorted. So for this google will get 4 stars.Ive attached a photo of the leaking strut as a demonstration of how easily it should have been to see the issue. Its as easy as taking the wheel off an looking.
