I went to the collision center to have my Nissan Altima repaired after an accident. First let me say everyone down at the collision center was so friendly and helpful. Tim explained everything to me about the estimate and what it would take to repair my car. He made sure I understood everything. He also called to inform me when my vehicle would be ready. When I went to pick my car up I was pleasantly surprised by how nice my car looked. The paint match was absolutely perfect. I believe they also detailed my car because it was much cleaner than when I dropped it off. I would definitely recommend this place and I would also recommend Tim he is the collision estimator. Trust me you won’t be disappointed with their service. I know I’m not.

On April 20, I was in a car accident that nearly totaled my car! Since my car was not totaled out, I decided to let Landers McLarty Chevrolet Collision Center do the extensive work to my vehicle. The communication between the collision center and myself has been beyond unsatisfactory. I will say that I am completely understanding in knowing that my car did have a great amount of damage, but my frustration is the poor communication. I have spoken to Jeff on numerous occasions to ask for a status of my vehicle. For instance, I called Jeff on Monday asking about status. He stated he would call me today to let me know if the part that was needed came in and if my vehicle would be ready by Thursday (tomorrow). It is currently Wednesday at approximately 4:00pm, and I have not heard of any update as it relates to my vehicle (they close at 5:30). He often states “I tried to reach out to you” but he never leaves a voice message or anything, and I never seem to have a “missed call.” This is the same type of NON verbal communication I have been getting since my car has been with Landers McLarty Chevrolet Collision Center. All I ask that if you say you are going to call me with an update, DO SO! They give you a call back day, and you won’t hear from them until YOU reach out! A little more effective communication helps in my situation, as I have been without my vehicle for over 2 months! I would like to plan accordingly, as I do work EVERYDAY! Planning accordingly is effective if the communication is effective, which in this case, it is not. I am a very dissatisfied customer! I am now getting ready to call Jeff, AGAIN, because he has not reached out to me, as he stated he would.

The people here were friendly and knowledgeable. They made my entire experience pleasant. They also gave an honest and intelligent quote regarding my vehicle after my accident and didn’t make me feel stupid when I had questions. I’d definitely recommend this location for anyone needing body work on their vehicle.

RUN, RUN FAST....THE WORST BODY REPAIR SHOP IN THE WORLD. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT QUALIFIED TO FIX ANYTHING....PROMISED ME 3 WEEKS TO FIX MY MERCEDES, 11 WEEKS LATER, I JUST FOUND OUT THE THE MORONS DESTROYED THE BODY HARNESS..AND NOW IT WILL TAKE 2-3 MONTHS MORE TO FIX IT......

Our car had damage from a wreck and was taken to Landers McLarty on Feb 28, 2017. They delayed the completion several times blaming parts availability. We were notified on April 17, 2017 that the car was finally ready. Picked the car up and they barely cleaned the inside of the car. Drinks were spilled during the wreck and after almost 2 months of waiting for the car to be fixed, we now have to detail the car ourselves??? I think they vacuumed the floor boards and that is all. We use hands free calling extensively and the Bluetooth is also not working.

They did an outstanding job in repairing my vehicle! Excellent service by the staff at the Collision Center!

I’m a very dissatisfied customer ! They’ve been fixing my car for months and telling me it will be ready everyday for almost two weeks !!! Then repeatedly changing the date the car will be ready . It is very frustrating and annoying . I do not recommend bringing your cars here !
