DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! If you take your vehicle here expect it to be given to you in worse shape than you gave it to them. Dropped off my car and they ruined it by leaving it in the rain without the top on! They TOLD me to leave the convertible top off and theyd garage keep it. Awful customers service. Ruined the electronics in my car by leaving it in the rain and said it was my problem. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Make the smart choice.

Brought my jeep there a few weeks back. Told me to take off the top and theyd garage store it. Came back three weeks later when they said it wouldnt run. Turns out they left it in the rain for three weeks you could tell by the cup holders and floor full of water. They ruined the battery by flipping random switches and ruined the electronics by leaving it in the rain. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Initially I felt pretty good about the service, however the lack of professionalism changed that. To begin with, I was a little put out when we had to remove some of the tape left on the car when picking it up. One would think that would be caught before it went out the door. There was also an issue of a small blemish that I noticed the day after having it painted.I will have to accept responsibility for not insisting on going over the car with the business owner when I picked the car up. I guess I expected a certain level of quality, professionalism....and bigger time frame to contact them if any there were any problems. (More than 2 weeks) When my son took the car in to show the owner the blemish I had discovered, the owner was unable to identify what it was, and made little effort assist in resolving the situation other than suggesting he (my son) try to buff it out.I later called and tried to explain that I had noticed it the day after we picked up the car, which he didnt seem to believe. I explained that we also had to remove tape that had been left on the car, indicating that maybe he should consider that this blemish may have been missed when they were clearing the car to be released if they failed to remove this tape below the headlights.I accept that I should have been more diligent in my follow through with the blemish I had found. I will not recommend Peach Auto Painting due to the lack of desire to assist a customer with such a small issue in addition to not standing behind their work.6/24/18Thank you for your response. Ive gone to peach three separate times so far with parts, or entire cars, and they are incredibly cordial and strait to the point every time. Each time I go they give an estimate, ask for a drop off time, and the results of their work are always sublime. I cannot recommend them enough. Ive gone to them with completely chewed up spoilers, sun-damaged roofs, and just today I picked up a bumper for my rx8 R3 that was chewed up like hell. Not only did they turn around and have it back to me in three days, but the bumper is silky smooth and painted to perfection. Not to mention their prices are fair.Ive gone here several times before, and I have every intention of going back again for the next few things I need painted.

I had my sons 2006 Tacoma truck painted at Peach Auto. Teague Smith was very helpful and professional through out the whole process. His company did an excellent job and the truck looks like a brand new one. They were very professional and the work was done in a very timely manner. Peach Auto had been very highly recommended by several of our customers as well as individuals. Thanks, Teague and your staff for a wonderful job!!!! My co-workers gathered around the truck and admired the great work that was done.

I was very pleased with the work. It took a little longer then expected but there was also more to be replaced then we knew in the beginning. When we got it back it was perfect! The paint perfectly matched the car. The manager was on top of following up with us and keeping us informed of the status through the entire process!! I am updating my review from the previous one. I received a call from Teague, he was reaching and wanted to correct the previous incident, mind you this was almost 4 years to the day. Teague offered to replace the correct side view mirror, going above and beyond to find the correct one, installing and painting it. To me, that meant a lot after all this time and I appreciated him wanting to make it right. The job is done and I am satisfied. Thanks Teague, at Peach Auto for this great business ethnics.

Very satisfactory experience getting body and paint damage repaired for the mid-section of a 2006 Lexus 330. Turning into a bent sign post damaged the drivers side door and the surround under the door. Peach provided lowest of three bids by far. They took a little longer than I would have liked but they were up front about the amount of time they might need. Conscientious service made the experience as palatable as possible. I recommend Peach to my family and friends when ever auto-body repair is needed.

Not a good job, but you get what you pay for. With a little effort the job would have gained more stars. Management not helpful.

I took my Audi to get an estimate for a dent on a fender and paint a few spots. I was quoted saying over 1500 for a new fender etc. Needless to say I took the dent out myself for 30$ and found another local shop who did the job flawlessly for less than half the price. Do not go to peach because they will pretend your stupid and charge insane amounts.

Went here after having my first accidenf ever and the guy told me it would be $1100 to fix the little damage that was on my car door, after leaving and driving across town I found a place where the lady took one look at my car and went inside her shop, came back out with a rag and wiped the paint transfer away. Now I know it was dumb on my part but I’ve never been in this situation before but I’m glad I found an honest person to help me!! This place was a rip off!! If I could give them no stars I would

Wow. I had issues here several years ago with a car I brought in. The color was awesome but there were a lot of deficiencies on the quality of how they painted my car. But anyways if anything keeps you from bringing your car here it should be the replies to their bad reviews on here. They cant seem to take responsibility for anything that they have done and it makes them sound extra unprofessional. Customers like to hear when you own up to your mistakes. Not how wrong they were to leave a review that you dont like. Fix their issues and you will get a higher rating. Smh

They are very unprofessional. Rude they are never open. They can’t tell you a time frame the car will be ready after having it a month. They get smart with you and hang up the phone. I will never use them again or referee them to anyone. I can’t even rate them the rate they need which is a zero😱😱😱😱NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD SUCH BAD SERVICE!!!!! I would never go back to them again my car was painted white and I have black rims my rims was completely white it took 2 days to clean them.l have over spay every where for it not being taped correctly on my engine .I have dents I paid to be taken out when I got home they was still in the car I am highly disappointed

I had my brand new van for less than two weeks when I had an accident. We were pressed for time because we were refinancing it with our credit union and Peach Auto Painting took excellent care of my van. They got me in immediately and only had my van for a few days! When they were done you could not tell that my van had ever been in an accident! Also, they went above and beyond as my van had a new sealant protection film that they had never seen, by contacting the manufacturer and getting the film and learning how to put it on so I didnt have to return to the dealership! Absolutely wonderful experience! I was given real expectation and time lines from the beginning! Great job!

Bad attitude, did not act like he appreciate our business. Actual work was fine. Left car in a mess.But we will never bo back.

The paint job was better than expected for the $1000 range to paint a pickup truck. My only complaint is, why not pull the mud flaps, snap on bumper pads or nerf bars? Had I known, I wouldve removed everything that they taped around. Your paint guy wouldve had an easier job and I wouldve been more pleased with the finished product. It had to have taken more time to tape around those little things than it would to remove them before paint. I would use Peach again. But Id remove lights, grill, mud-flaps and nerf bars before having it painted.

Car took a little longer than I thought but owner fixed all problems and was very honest and fair prices. Would recommend.

So just got our van back... Terrible job guys not only did you manage to overspray every thing but you tried to spray paint the tires black to hide the red paint that was oversprayed on them. And not to mention the over spray in side the vehicle I dont get it. Will not be returning with another one to bad could had a lot of buissess with us.

Brought car in for a front to back, inside and outside paint job. The car once belonged to my father, now deceased, and I wanted to make his car look as good as possible.The old silver paint, pristine in the garage, but once exposed to Alabama summer sun and heat, soon began to peel. The sales person, Teague, said they could do the complete paint job, promised it would look as good as if factory done.Instead of the projected week, the car took nearly two work weeks to have ready. I should have known something was up when I arrived to pick two weeks later, Teague simply handed me the keys and said the car was somewhere around back.No offer to inspect the job. Given where the car was parked, the glare was too great for me to see what had NOT been done. When I got home and took a closer look at the work, I noticed the interior work on the drivers side was done sloppily: lots of bubbles and smears. The paint outside was already showing the cars original silver paint along edge of the door and around the windshield wiper spigots. I took pictures of these problem areas and attached them within the body of an email and promptly sent them to Teague.There was no answer to my emails.I drove over. When I mentioned these problem areas he promised to fix it, and said he honestly had a hard time seeing what my attached pictures were, but penciled me in for an appointment two weeks later. When I brought the car in again, he said I should be ready by the middle of the week... although they were working short-handed. We went over the car and I pointed out where there were clots of paint on the front and rear of the car as if someone had tried to clear a clogged paint gun. He said, what do you expect, it is enamel paint. Its not as if we were doing a front to back restoration with factory paint. I said that is not the way he represented the job while giving his sales pitch. In fact I remembered him clearly stating the car would be sanded down before painting and the reason why it took so long was that there had been a lot of wet-sanding to do!My contention is, even if they hadnt sanded it down, the warranty on the paint job was good for two years, and these elementary painting errors should not have occurred.I called today (Thursday) and discovered nothing had been done. Teague apologized and said I could always pick the car up and bring it back the following Monday and pencil in another appointment. So much for the fabled Peach Auto Painting warranty.So it looks as though I get to pay the cab company another 13 bucks. Which brings the total cab fare thus far to almost 50 bucksWell, the car was painted again. And they still skipped fixing two of the places that were pointed out.Thanks Peach Auto!

Back job.. they said i can get my car in 4 days, they use alot of my car mileage, i just had my car now for 11 days!!.. what the hell? u think Im stupid i just had my change oil before i left my car to your shop! I wouldnt recommend.. and plus stealing all coins in my car...! which i always have to use to buy my water in the gym.. what ridiculous!
