They did a super job repairing a 6 long (and quite deep) scratch on my trucks front left fender. Done on time, at the agreed upon price (which was reasonable). Will use again, 100%.

Picked up my F250 today and I am super satisfied!!! Brought it in with a MAJOR dent on the right front fender that ran across a body line and now it looks like new! Ive been a car nut all my life and know how hard a dent like this is to fix and Doug and Kevin blew me away. Incredible talent. OK, it is darn near a two decade old pickup but it made my day to see my baby looking good. These old Fords have some tough steel in them so Im sure it was way more work than what the bill reflected. Overall the best experience I’ve ever had in this type of business. They were very polite, on time, and were quick to get me into their busy work schedule. If you have any problems and need body work or anything relating to your vehicle to deal with this business I highly recommend them. Doug has been working parking lot dings all the way up to collision repairs on my cars since 2001, I cannot recommend them enough. He is a smaller operation which feels good to do business with as you know you are being treated fairly and you are not just another name/number. Scheduling can be a little tricky as they stay busy and repair work is hard to keep to a defined timeline, but i have always had patience and it ALWAYS pays off! Kudos Doug, keep up the good work!

True professionals! I rarely write a review for anything, but was so impressed with Alabama Dent Repair (Kevin and his team) that I wanted to give them a shout out. I have a relatively new Jeep Gladiator that suffered a small dent (ding) on the left rear quarter panel. Im always particular about where I park and absolutely hate dents/dings on vehicles. Alabama Dent Repair performed a paintless dent repair (PDR) on the damage and the dent/ding has literally disappeared. It exceeded my expectations of what could be done and I couldnt be happier! I contemplated purchasing one of the PDR kits on Amazon and attempting the repair myself... Then I thought better - Let a professional do it right the first time... So glad I did! For the price of a cheap PDR kit on Amazon, Alabama Dent Repair removed the dent/ding better than I ever could have hoped to. I had a little dent on the trunk lid of my car, and took it to Alabama Dent Repair. They were awesome ! I took it down for them to look at, they booked it in on Labor Day morning at 8am, and I cannot believe when I went to pick it up, the dent was gone and perfect !! They are great to deal with, very professional and really good work.. Very impressed.

Good work for good price

I am thrilled with there service. My 5 day old car was hit in the parking lot. I was told by others that it could not be fixed because of the area it was hit. Well not true! Doug did an amazing job for a reasonable price. Highly recommend. I wouldnt go any where else.

Im pretty disappointed w/ this group. I hear they do solid work. I cant verify that though because I couldnt get them to respond or do the work. I drove by there, talked to the owner. He said hed call back that day w/ some options and thoughts. Never called. I reached out two or three times on FB...one response then nothing. I called the office multiple time, left some messages. Nothing. I suppose if you cant get much comms on the front side, makes me a little worried about the comms during the process. Idk...I run a business myself, so this sort of thing is just odd to me. Again, they may do fine work; maybe not. Its possible they only go after the major insurance bucks and dont care about individual customers. Thats also fine...just say that so you dont waste individual peoples time I suppose.

I have a new 2020 Toyota, I was at the Medical Mall Monday standing outside next to my car a SUV parked next to me and swung the door open and dented my car and chipped the paint, carried my car to Alabama Dent Repair this morning my car was repaired while I waited, Doug the owner was the person who fixed my car and touched up the paint, when he finished I had to ask where the dent was before I brought it in, it looked just as it did the day I bought the car, Doug is a friendly and professional person and his staff is also, I highly recommend this business who wants the job done right, it is a one stop shop, if I have any more problems I wont even call anywhere else, Ill go to Alabama Dent Repair, the cost of the repair was half of what I was expecting to pay, they also do a variety of work other than dent repair I just cant say enough about this business.

I brought my vehicle in and was under the impression I would pick it up looking better than it did after my wreck. I understand its not a 40k vehicle but feel like there was a lack of reguard altogether. Their was no prep work on my brush guard and the damage from the wreck wasnt even sanded before paint. Here we are a a week later the new paint is peeling off already. It was repainted and then pulled out and there is white paint from the equipment used, and stands out considering it is black. I stated multiple times when I dropped it off that I was not concerned about the grill and the 3 scratch marks it had but now it is painted black, and looks like a weird replacement, considering all the accents are grey. I have no clue where the black came from unless it was around the time the grill was being painted and they just ran with it. I am kicking myself for not swapping the panel and brush guard myself. You live and learn I guess.
