Best body shop in Hunstville, quick, friendly and very informative on qork and updates of work being performed. Greg seems unapproachable but thats the whole charm of it. Did extensive bodywork on my truck in the picture and price was more than fair!

Had my beautiful truck in there for self inflicted damage. My paint is not an easy one to match. Work was done on time and you cannot tell it was ever damaged. They went the extra mile and fixed a smaller bumper ding that was not part of repair. They had it washed and vacuumed when I picked it up.

Greg was very professional and prompt had my car ready in two days. Extremely satisfied with the work that was performed. The best price in town for my damage, my car looks amazing. I would definitely recommend customers to this place of business. Im sold Greg has my business.

I went to get a rate quote, was told all bays were full. Which is fine I was a walk in however, the office person took zero initiative to solicit my business. General attitude was get lostI would have guessed if they wanted my business they would have taken my information or offered to schedule an appointment. Neither occurred.I will never bother going back.

The insurance company wanted me to get a couple quotes. One popular place in town wanted over $4,000 to do the repair which I thought was ridiculous because there was not that much damage to my car. I decided to go back to this shop because they had done work for me in the past. The price they quoted was reasonable without all the fluff the other shop added. This is the 2nd time I used this shop. Each time the work far exceeded my expectations!!!!!!! This is the only shop I will use if the need ever arise again. Great job guys!!!!!

The reception wasnt pleasant at all but the gentleman Greg who repaired my car was polite, explained clearly what needed to be repaired, fixed it, no other issues with my I appreciate a mechanic that doesnt take advantage when it comes to doing repairs so thank you very much for that!

Had a fender bender in my brand new car. quoted me 350. 250 for bumper repair. 100 to close the gap. completed it in 1 day!!! repaired my bumper. made it look brand new and even repainted the whole bumper. i highly reccomend this place!

Customer service stinks. I called to see about getting a quote on repainting my car. She was not helpful with when I could come in, how the process worked or anything. I just let her know I would go somewhere else since her customer service stunk.

Work that I saw while waiting on the manager looked good but I think the guy was too excited about his new tool from the snap on truck to show me any interest in wanting my business.His guy told him I had a question and I could barely get him to slow down from walking by, much less talk about spraying a hood. How hard is a ballpark on spraying a hood? Even ask if it would be 2 grand and he wouldnt say a word.Compared to the style of cars inside I have an idea why but Ill keep that to myself. As a business owner, whether I can help someone or not you at least give an option to assist. I can only imagine what would happen if you werent happy with his work.

Had part of my bumper pop off and just needed it to get looked at real quick, and they went ahead and fixed it right then and there for me! Amazing service, and would definitely recommend and go back!
