Working with Robby Sergent was great. He answered my questions. Work through pricing on both my purchase and my trade. And held the Atlas for me for a day so I could come and do the paperwork. I needed a quick turnaround and they accommodated that as well. I was in and out in 30 minutes as I’d requested. I’d work with them again next time I’m in market for sure.
Horrible. Took vehicle in for extended warranty issue only to leave with a new issue that didn’t exist prior to going there. New issue not covered will be $565 to “fix”. Did my on research and called another location…..Moses VW didn’t complete the job but wanted to charge me for a “new problem”. They must have bumped their f’n head. Made a bet with my wife on the way home that we’d get a good ole “how’s my service review” They ONLY get the one star because that’s what you HAVE to give to submit a post period. I believe the mechanics should go sit with the senders of these fabulous review emails in the IT department (probably working from home). They may learn how to complete a task. Looking forward to the many more emails to follow…just fix it right the first time.
Brought my Jetta to service . I got greeted very rudely. Told to just lay the key down . Took 3 1/2 hours to get it done . No text when my car was done . Waited forever. I get chronic migraines and was wanted something to eat. Did a good job service my car . No updates on my car . Left my key in the car. What if someone stole it !
Absolutely unacceptably poor service from Tyler the sales rep. He said there was a problem diagnosing my car and I requested he call when a diagnosis was finished. After a little over one week I began trying to call. I left 4 messages. Two voicemails and two text messages asking him to return my call so I could find out what was wrong. In addition to that issue I cannot be given a loaner car under my warranty until a diagnosis is found. I gave up trying to contact him and was sent a text message from the service department that my parts arrived. Furious, now because he couldn’t be bothered to call when a diagnosis was completed, I also went undue time without a car because of his shear laziness.I called and was given a new advisor advisor, Amanda. Wonderful. Polite. Attentive. Got me in a vehicle same day. A tech also called to apologize for the inconvenience which isn’t even his job. So for those two people I raise the dealer to two stars. More than one person warned me about Tyler when I dropped my car off there. I guess he just knows what desk to sit under to keep his job.
I have had my vehicle in for service twice and neither time have they fixed the issue despite being told they had. Each time I’ve had to take my still broken vehicle home, an hour away, because their only option was to reschedule. There doesn’t seem to be anyone who cares about wasting my time nor do they mind their service technicians inability to fix issues the first time around.
Aaron Williamson was not only helpful, but very honest. No games, just simple trying help me get what I wanted. He gave me a great deal on a vehicle I love & I would recommend him & the dealership to all my friends/coworkers!

I have taken my car to Moses every time I need work done on my car. I am used to having very pleasant and informative customer service. I think their car drop off service is a very nice touch! However, my last experience left me feeling a bit disappointed. My car was in the garage for 3 weeks and I was left without a real explanation of why it took so long and also no option for a car loaner. This was very inconvenient for me to go so long, and pay so much for the repair, without any assistance. There was a period of almost 2weeks where I heard nothing about my car. I hate writing this review, as my experience with Amanda and Jordan both have been helpful and informative. I highly recommend the two of them as advisors.
Their techs are very knowledgeable and helpful. The service advisors I cant say much for. I had called numerous times to try and get a quote or an appointment even left several messages. I never could get an advisor on the phone or receive a call back. The techs were helpful.
I just bought the car 8 months ago. It was 2018 Certified Volkswagen New Beetle. Went for oil change today because car was giving message ofNeeding oil change. Was told by Intake worker that it needed brake fluid Flush,2different filters and spark plugs. When I questioned I was told the records of certification were not showing for the mechanic but the service manager magically found them on a computer in his office. These new found records stated all the things listed were done lessThan a year ago and that I didn’t need an oilChange either that they “forgot to reset the computer.” I got 3 stories from 3 different people. I have no idea what kind of shape this used vehicle is in. And I wasted $70 and 2hours of my life. The plus was the clerk who takes your payment and the mechanic who did the oil change were so kind and supportive. Go figure on the rest of this terrible experience!!!

I called to make an appointment and told them I need to be a work at 8am. I was told they could not leave to take anyone before 8. So I said okay. I got there 10 minutes till and they said they just left taking some else to work at the same place they couldn’t take me early. So I had to wait on the driver to return witch was 23 minutes. So by the time he gets me to work am 30 minutes late. And on top of that the guy told me that I could just take my car and make a new appointment

The stars must’ve been aligned perfectly. This was my third vehicle from this dealership and they treated me like I was a return customer. I said jump and they said how high that’s how I was treated. That was the best car buying experience that we have ever had. Our sales lady Heather Bailey, even though she has only been there a couple of months, made us feel very comfortable and at ease with no pressure.Negotiating with Clete, the sales manager, was not one sided. That is how negotiating should be. When it came to financing, You know the part where of your stomach hits the floor, you know this is the very worst part about buying a car, we met Brett the business manager. Brett had his ducks in a row, he already knew the numbers and they didn’t change the whole time we were in there. He knew who we wanted to finance through, had all paperwork ready to go. So if you don’t understand this review I will sum it up for you. It was a great buying experience from A to Z. Would recommend all of these guys to anyone. Thanks for a great experience. Shopped around online, called in and talked to Bryan Warden. When I got there he already had the car cleaned up and up front for me. Very easy to deal with. Couldn’t ask for better service.
HORRIBLE. Go somewhere else. Brought my Jetta in to get the engine light checked, end up being told the whole engine needed to be replaced. I was told that they dont do loaners, and dont refund Ubers, but might refund $35 a day for me to rent a car. Well guess what current rental prices are at least $100 a day. It has been OVER A MONTH that I havent had my car. This dealership is taking their sweet time reordering parts, keeping me in the dark, and demonstrating they dont give a rats *** about my situation. They dont answer messages, rarely pick up calls, dont provide any sort of update about the vehicle, and didnt call me back when they said they would. For the past month Ive been struggling to get to and from work and they cant even be bothered to tell me whats going on with my car. Absolutely infuriating. BY FAR THE MOST ABYSMAL SERVICE IVE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFEUpdate: got my car back after almost 5 weeks and now the AC makes noise. Wonderful.
We visited and purchased a 2021 Jetta today at Moses. We were greeted and helped by Jim Leach. He was no nonsense and probably the most ethical car salesman we have ever encountered. If you are thinking about purchasing at least give him a shout. Everyone that was part of the process was great But this guy is the cream of the crop.
They were absolutely amazing! We had our lug nuts locked and Firestone wants almost 200 dollars. VW came through and gave us some lug nuts and taken the locks off for free. Compared to JD, Firestone, and Walmart... They are worth the drive. Thank you Moses!
Went in for just an oil change. They decided to do an inspection which I already did through them 2 months ago without asking. And decided they needed to change my headlight without asking also. It has a short it’s not out. And I was charged for all of it without being asked about any of it. I just needed an oil change!

The inventory level gives you a great variety of levels. I chose an Atlas Cross Sport SEL RLine but there were other levels to choose from. The process of picking out the unit to buy, obtaining a fair evaluation for my trade in, coming to an agreement on the price and trade, to the expedient financial paper work made the process one of fun and joy. This is just one of several automobiles Ive purchased at this dealership and I keep returning for the brands and the expertise of its people. My long time sales consultant Bryan Warden is truly an asset to this dealership and has the ability to know what your looking for. Also Aaron Withrow in finance is very knowledgeable efficient with all the massive paper work that needs to be done for a deal to be completed. I was charged 86 dollars for an oil change and to have air in my tires. And it took over an hour and a half ... On my receipt it showed i got a mpi complimentary multi point inspection yet i was charged 25.99 for this free service ... parts 53.89 which i believe was an oil filter, oil and air for my tires. This was my second oil change since i just purchased the automobile last year ....

I needed to get a last minute oil change done, so I called the morning of (right at 7:30am) and talked to Mrs. Cooper, she was awesome! She was able to fit me in early, the check in process was easy, secure & safe, social distancing was practiced well! The entire Volkswagen crew was friendly, and the service was done in a timely manner. Once completed she went over everything with me, with the car being brand spanking new, everything was great! I knew I would receive excellent customer service due to previously owning a Buick Verano and I had service done also with Moses! Bought 3 Volkswagens in one year from them as well as my parents bought one from them the same year good sales team. Service is less than desirable, always booked, employees quit so now they are backed up, sit on hold forever, can’t even get an inspection sticker without an appointment. Service engine light on again and it’s still a new car.

On my first visit (Intake Manifold warranty) I was charged 1-hour labor ($110) to put in two ignition coils, which could have been easily been swapped out in less than 60 seconds with NO tools. My Second trip (6 months later) they tell me I have carbon buildup on my intake valves, which is easily seen when you take an Intake Manifold off which they didnt mention on my first trip when i had it replaced. And when I asked them about it they said they couldnt ask the mechanic because he isnt there anymore.... Not a fan of this Dealership but they do have nice facilities and the people seem nice.

Overall service has been poor from the date of purchase. The car was supposed to be detailed prior to picking up. It was not completed. Many attempts to get my car in for service with no satisfaction. I left several messages with the service department to schedule and did not receive call backs until I was able to speak with Mr Rohan. The schedulers forgot to call me to schedule my service when the part arrived.At this time, I would never purchase from Moses again. First impressions go a long way.Oil service on 7/21/20 was prescheduled the week prior. 2 hours for a scheduled oil change is unacceptable to me. Running out/ran out of patience with Moses Auto as a whole.

I went in to get a fuse that was blown and other issues . There was a coin in the left side port to plug my phone in . I told the man who asked what all was going on. Well coin was not removed . Still could not charge my phone. A $2.00 fuse plus labor was $124..03.

Excellent staff. All staff encountered were very knowledgeable as to the technical specifications of all cars on the lot. All employees, similarly, went out of their way to assist us, including the service personnel, who stayed several minutes past the closing time of the service center to assist with a small issue.
Contacted the dealership through the website to look at a certain model of a 2018 Atlas. They contacted me on March 16, 2019 and set me up an appointment to meet with the MOD. Upon arriving we spotted the one we were wanting to look at. Salesman Jim L. met us outside and I told him we had an appointment to meet with the MOD and told him which one we were wanting to look at. He came back and told us the MOD was busy and the key to that model was out meaning someone else was looking at it. He then took us and showed us another model which was a lower package. While looking at it I walked over to look at one that had the same package of the one we were wanting. The salesman then stated Well that one is going to cost you a lot more money. making it sound like to me he didnt think i could afford it. Then we get a trade offer for us, which was well below what any other dealership had offered. I told him they could do better and to see what they could do while I test drive the one we came to look at (which the keys were suddenly back now). After the test drive he told me he got more money for ours. They came up 500 dollars. Still short of what i wanted but not a whole lot. I told him what i needed in order to trade which was 1500 dollars more than they were offering, without even going to talk to the manager he immediately said Oh they wont do that he then said let me see what i can save you on interest (that didnt matter because i was going through my credit union).came back and said the manager was busy and had 2 ahead of me (keep in mind this was an hour AFTER my appointment time.) I told him i wasnt waiting and left. Drove to JOE HOLLAND VOLKSWAGEN in Charleston and got what i needed for my Trade and bought the same kind of Atlas SEL PREMIUM just a different color.

Was quoted a price on phone and then noticed at check in was being charged $30+ more then price quoted. Was given several bogus excuses to why this was and when I said I would just leave if they didn’t give me the price quoted on phone they agreed to adjust price. Bad way to conduct business.

Was the easiest and best car buying experience we have ever had. Michael Deweese was great to work with. We looked at Honda’s and VW and he was very knowledgeable on all makes and models. We ended up going with a VW Atlas but we wanted a color Moses didn’t have. Wasn’t a problem though because Michael located just what we wanted and brought it to the dealership within just a couple days. All steps of the process was easy and everyone was helpful.
