Getting 2 stars because their sales team is okay. Service department and now I’m stuck with a car that has the same issues it did 6 months ago when it was still under warranty and sat on the lot for 7 weeks with them doing nothing to it. Finally just picked it up and the service team didn’t even bother to make it right. Our sales guy Skylar tried to make it right but couldn’t get it taken care of. Unfortunately i will probably get rid of it and go elsewhere simply because of their pitiful service Dept. This was my second car buying experience there and will definitely be my last due to all the issues I’ve had and have never been attempted to be solved.

My husband and I bought a used F-150 here and Luke was our salesman. He did such a good job that we came back in a month and bought a brand new car as well from him. After my car was damaged in a fender bender accident, I decided to take my car to a dealer because I wanted the work to be done right. Well, it didnt get fixed at all.After I dropped the car off for repair, they called me and said they found 1500 dollars worth of repairs that they could do while they fixed the damages from the accident. I refused.I had just had new brakes put on my car before the accident. None of the things they named off were urgently needed. Just maintenance.They kept my car for 3 weeks and when I finally got it back the brakes squeeled and I had to have them replaced. And if that wasnt bad enough, get this... THEY DIDNT FIX THE DAMAGE!You can see in the picture at the bottom of the bumper there is a jagged edge plastic that was broken in the accident. That plastic piece was not replaced.I called them and they said they didnt have one and they would order one.Well, its been 8 years, must be coming from the moon I guess.Word of adviceGO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I wish we could give negative star ratingsA friend made her first car purchase from Dutch Miller 2 weeks agoShe purchased a used car for the agreed upon $11,000by the time the deal was done the Salesman had tacked so much onto her purchase that she was going to end up paying over $22,000 for this 11K car. When we discussed the purchase with her and saw how badly she had been taken advantage of we returned to the dealer with her the next morning. We had them take all of the added charges off of the purchase, which by the way were not explained to her at all during the closing of the sale, we also had them return her trade in car which they gave her only $500 dollars for but is valued at approximately $3,500. Do not trust this dealership to be honest with you and if the sales manager gets involved walk away from the sale because he is the most dis-honest person we have ever encountered, he did not want to even discuss all of the ways that our friend was taken advantage of and continually changed his position on the offer depending on what question was being asked. The Sales manager is truly a snake in the grass and you are better off buying a car from any other dealer in the area than Dutch Miller....

A guy named Luke Durham was honestly the nicest and most generous person there ! Asked a bunch of times if me and my fiancé and child was comfortable enough, or if there was anything he could get for us like water, and he kept making sure we were ok ! He showed a lot of respect and responsibility, laid back genuine guy ! He got straight to the point and talked to us like we knew each other for years ! And after all of that I got the car that I wanted with the price that fit my budget and he also gave me his info in case I needed something from Dutch and couldn’t get ahold of the other departments and I could just call him for that type of help! My husband and I drove an hour to Huntington to test drive a used car they had listed on Car Gurus. Nick was our sales person . Very polite but seemed new to sales. We were offered a insultingly low amount for our trade in, but we decided we would not use our car as a trade in and just finance the other car. When we were looking at that paperwork provided by Nick, had had the sales price $1000 more than the listing. I told him and he apologized and said he would correct it. He came back with the same price and said he couldnt do any better. We walked away at that point, since they would not honor the price they advertised.

I had heard good things and sent my car here for repairs. Dennis and Jason of the service department told me repeatedly for a week that they were going to look at it this afternoon. At one point, they said that they would look at it and have the repairs done by the end of the day. They then told me it would be 2 months before they would even have time to see what needed repaired on my car. I can understand being busy but not lying to disguise that. If they are this dishonest before even looking at the car, I wont trust them to be honest about anything else. They were rude and patronizing, and their lies wasted my time and money.

Friendly and ready to help. They know me by name, making it personal that i respect and understand they will meet my needs for my Chevy truck. Thank your service department for me.

I came here for the $40 National Test Drive event. You test drive a new vehicle in February and you get a $40 prepaid Visa. I spoke with a guy named Stephen. Young guy, 22, but sharp and courteous. He wasnt aggressive, he asked great questions to help me find what I was looking for (although I already knew what I was looking for), and he was very personable and friendly. He obviously knows his stuff and even seems like somebody I wouldnt mind hanging out with.As far as the facility is concerned, its very clean and looks nice and inviting, but there isnt room for customer parking or at least an obvious place to park.Overall, this is one of the nicer dealerships Ive ever visited and definitely one of the best in the area.

Our cars engine was overheating while we were trying to drive to our hotel in Cincinnati. We stopped by Dutch Millers service department 30 minutes before they closed and Jason was very helpful and said that hed do everything he could to get us back on the road. Despite having many other cars to work on, Cody the mechanic took care of our car and worked overtime to get it fixed and we were able to make it to our hotel that night. Excellent service and care.

Just be warned, if you have your car serviced on Friday they will not let you pick it up on Saturday because they dont staff that department. So while they do have people working on Saturday in Sales, no one will get your keys for you. Pretty ridiculous that they dont warn you about that when you have Friday servicing. This required having to extend our rental for 3 days. I will take the time to drive to a different Chevy dealership in the future.This is in addition to when I was seeking a new car a year ago I spoke to a gentleman there and made it clear what my criteria was. Type, year, and very specific price range. He would not accept that I was firm on these requirements. I ended up saying no thank you and purchased privately meeting my exact requirements. The gentleman called me every few weeks after trying to close on a sale. I was clear each time I found what I was looking for elsewhere but that did not stop the calls.Just seems to be an overall lack of customer focus in what they do. I cant recommend based on my experience.

Although youre not the cheapest service department in town, I always go to you because I have confidence in your technicians and, perhaps more importantly, I trust that youre telling me the truth about my vehicle. I have been a customer of Dutch Miller since 1971 and my first husband did repairs on upholstery for you for years. We recently bought a used Hyundai Santa Fe from you and when we finished signing everything you had closed. We were not told up from that there was only one key or we would have negotiated that in the deal. We were told as we were leaving and if we needed a second keys we could buy it. Well I sure can’t afford $450 fir a key and we really need two. This is not acceptable. I am not very happy with the service we have been given. I love my car but not at all happy with Dutch Miller.

Appalled at the practices of this dealership. I tried to contact a sales manager 6 times over a 2 week period. I was promised a call back 3 different times by 3 different employees and it never happened. My grandfather worked for this company for years and I am truly embarrassed to admit that. I would never recommend this dealership. They do not take customers seriously, poor work ethics and fail at customer service.

When arriving expect to be greeted with a smile. I have only been there twice and Im known by name. From the floors to the ceiling this place is clean and of course all the workers. The waiting room has complimentary water and coffee with a snack machine. Its honestly as nice your own living room. No I do not know anyone there at dutch miller I have never been there until I bought my Hyundai veloster else where, they take great measurements to keep my car like new and running in top condition.

A bunch of crooks, from the finance people to the general manager . And for Cris Miller he has a good talk but when it comes to getting to the facts not there. I know one thing I will not recommend anyone to buy a car from any of their dealerships at all. Having dirty finance people working for you does not mean a lot.

I was just window shopping but all the staff was very friendly and willing to help if I needed them. Once I told the sales people that I was only looking for now, they did not bug me or hassle me like a lot of car salesmen do.

Will never purchase another vehicle at Dutch Miller! Purchased a vehicle in 2014 Starting at 2 years after my purchase I began receiving phone calls trying to get me to trade in my car. Calls started at my place of employment! I called to ask then to stop and was assured they would. It did not. So I had to speak to a manager. Did not receive calls again until recently. They called my place of employment asking for me! Asked for my cell phone number knowing they were calling a hospital and of course my co worker did not provide them with it. I called and asked who the person was that called me and of course it was a sales associate!

I will never buy a car from Dutch Miller. My sales person Stephen Wagoner told me if anything went wrong with my Acura that Dutch Miller would fix it. The only Dutch Miller will do is lie to you.

Reliable service over the last several years. No issues to report. Service writers generally know I want to get done what needs doing. Nice enough waiting room. Complimentary bottled water and WiFi.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Dutch Miller and I must say the experience was great. The gentleman Robert that helped me was very accommodating. I had s specific amount that I was willing to pay for the vehicle and he took the time to make sure I was able to obtain it for the price I wanted. He was a very patient man. Grossly over charged my fiance to replace a starter. Car starts now but shakes like crazy. She called them about it and was told shed have to pay a diagnostic fee for a problem they created. Door locks now open and close on their own, driving or parked. Never going there again.
