I went to the Saint Albans location initially and was kind of disappointed. Within 24 hours Jason Bailey from the Huntington location contacted me and was ready and willing to help me out. Upon visiting the Huntington location Jason greeted me and I drove off the lot that same day after a couple of hours. We had a recall on our vehicle and had called since February and they kept saying the part wasn’t in I called on April 27 and they said they checked with the parts department and they had the part but it had someone else’s name on it. So they put the part on the car. The service department workers were nice and extremely helpful. So we finally have the part installed and the brakes are working properly now.
Our salesman Steve was great to work with us. We just came to look at our options but Steve worked hard for us and answered all of our questions. We left in a 2020 Nissan Murano.

I have to go 45mins to an 1hr. away from my home to get great service in Huntington . Cause the guys in St. Albans couldnt fine with wrong with it after been in and out of service department 6+ times. Not only St. Albans have bad services they gave me bk my truck with oil light was on and didnt even tell me. So for now on will be going bk to Huntington for service. They listen to me when I tell them whats wrong with my truck. They found it within the first few hours of having it and wasnt looking for a code they drove it and found it like I ask them to do.

Be careful! This Nissan dealer/service would overcharge you. I did not do my homework before taking my car to this place and they charged me over $1200 for something that should been no more than $500-600 ( this is the estimated cost provided by another verified Nissan dealership for the 60000 mile service interval that I received for).

We have driven Nissans since 2006. They are well made vehicles. We recently brought our 2006 Nissan Xterra to Moses for service. The car was leaking a substance and we suspected it was a gasket leak. Moses replaced several gaskets and told us the car was ready for pick up. The car was picked up and within 5 miles was over heating and smoke was coming out of the engine.We had to have the car towed back to Moses at our expense, they then told us that the engine had a crack.My question is why did no one test drive the car after the gaskets were replaced? I would be very hesitant to ever use this dealer again for anything other than rountine oil changes.I would also be hesitant to purchase another Nissan vehicle after this experience. Service is key .

I originally was not getting return phone calls from voice mail messages that I had left, but Aaron got on top of things. I had been frustrated with a 2017 Nissan Murano Platinum that I had purchased where the cruise control would suddenly shut off. I brought my vehicle in and Aaron ordered the necessary part and repaired it within two days. Thank goodness it is working properly now as I drive long distances - sometimes three to four hours at a time.I do appreciate his hard work. Its got to be difficult chasing down issues with these newer vehicles with the computer sensors etc. Electrical is no fun! Thank you, Caroline

I signed up for the 40,000 mile service $169.00, I only received an oil change, I had someone take my car up because of the distance I am away...so now you have lost money and I did not get the service I clearly requested and the person in the bay was given the print out of it.
