Excellent work done quick. I highly recommend wards for any work that needs done.

It was time for a timing belt and water pump. Wards came recommended by my retired local mechanic. They had the work done early and used quality parts from Napa. The cons to the job are small fasteners were broken and wires were slightly misplaced which I reattached. The radiator hose is rubbing the fan shroud and one month later the radiator needs replacing due to a crack in the top next to the cap. This may be circumstantial as I have 252,000 miles on the original radiator. I have a 24-month warranty on the parts.

Rude rip-off artists.

I called to get a quote on an alignment and was asked the make and model of my car. After giving the information I was quoted a price of $69.99. This was about $20 cheaper than the price at the dealership so I went ahead and made an appointment. At no time was I told of any additional charges. I show up for my appointment and waited for over an hour for the work to be done. No big deal. At no point did I ever leave the waiting room. Again, I was still not told of any additional charges until the work was done and then I was told there was an additional $35 charge for a “code link reset”. I argued that I should have been told of any possibility of additional charges at the time of scheduling or before the work was done as I could have had all this done at the dealership for a much cheaper price and without hidden costs. The guy gave me a whopping $5 off. Just another garage taking advantage of their female customers by adding costs and services without consulting them so they have no choice but to pay. I will NOT be going back.

Came in with an actual emergency and was promptly shrugged off and laughed at. Was told “they were too busy” to even LOOK at my car. Luckily a shop down the road was willing to act fast and help out before engine was damaged. Not a fan.

Stopped by today and was told they only do appointments, would I like to make one. I said yes then it was Wednesday, when I asked for a time it became first come first serve wait outside!!! I have 2 broken bones in my foot from yesterday, thanks but no thanks!!! Ya might want to get tires and service some place else. After I left they kept calling trying to placate, I didnt appreciate that either! Will not be back!! You got your wish, free ? Really???

Doug is the best! We got stuck on the side of the highway and had no idea where we were. We called him to see what he could do and he went above and beyond. He worked on our car first thing in the morning since we didnt get to Hays until 8. He helped us with everything and was a fair and honest mechanic. He knows what he is doing but even more important his personal touch on making sure we were happy made it the best experience. I would highly recommend going here for all your car needs!

Fantastic! I was traveling to Kansas for work when I experienced car trouble and pulled into the closest shop I could find. They were so friendly and helpful and fixed my car in a timely manner. Definitely recommended.

Failed my inspection for windshield wiper blade lol they really try to squeeze every bit out of everyone that comes in. you guys can only get away with ripping people off when they dont have any idea about cars. btw I got my inspection somewhere else, and no state inspection is not the same everywhere, some people are kind enough to help you save some money, and people that work in wards will tell you they are trying to make sure you are safe and recommend every repair in the book to you. learn about car, be smart, dont believe everything shops tell you

This is a great and trustworthy automotive repair shop. Honest owner and employees!

One of the mechanics made rude remarks to me because I asked him to fix a mistake. I then went inside and the guy dave continued the crappy attitude that the first guy gave me. Then when I got upset he tried to gas light me. I would not suggest them and I will never go back. I spent a lot of money and they acted like I was stupid or something.
