Called in to get numbers on a car. Staff is kinda rude and got a run around. Everything takes days to get an answer on. Thats fine, other dealerships take their customers with perfect credit a bit more seriously why I got a Mercedes instead. Whatever with this place!! Super annoying :/

We had leased a Range Rover sport in 2018 from Richard Cohen. We love the car. More importantly we loved the interaction with Richard. He was personable, took his time and explained everything. Answered all our questions. We were extremely happy with him. When my lease came up from BMW because of Richard I wanted to lease from him and he was able to find me a Jaguar crossover which I absolutely loved. I leased the car and so happy. He called me the next day to see how I liked the car. He is very accessible and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a lease from Jaguar Range Rover.

Like any luxury car dealership usually the cars speak for themselves, but the Sales agent can ruin your experience. However in this case, Richard Cohen was EXCEPTIONAL! My particular deal had a ton of moving parts, and it took around a month to complete. Richard was never frustrated. Anytime I had a question or concern he was accessible and responded very quickly. Through it all I never felt any pressure whatsoever. As you guys know that is extremely rare in the car business. I left JLR of Huntington feeling great about the deal I got, and was very impressed with the entire dealership experience. Leased a vehicle that was previously a loaner from here, just to discover at first service that it needed $950 + labor break repair. Booked online appointments twice at the service department, and both times the loaners never came back and they had none available for me . Had to wait 1.5 hours each time when I didnt plan for it.Why not just say that we dont provide loaners??

The words, fantastic experience dont fully describe our interaction with Huntington Land Rover and Richard Cohen. He made the process painless and pressure free. Growing up in the UK my wife had always wanted a Land Rover product and after a few BMWs she was ready for a change. We had a long relationship with our BMW dealer and going somewhere new is always a little daunting. Richard made us feel right at home and we couldnt be happier with the Evoque and the treatment we received. Highly recommend the dealership and Richard especially.

We scheduled an appointment to test drive a vehicle and arrived promptly. We received a text from our rep that he was finishing up with another customer. We were then left waiting over 45 minutes with no one to assist us. When we asked to speak to a manager a gentleman ran back and forth relaying the message instead of the manager coming out to speak to us directly. We asked for some else, anyone else, to show us the vehicle - that did not happen. There were reps at their desks on their phones, not assisting anyone. When we texted the rep who was supposed to meet with us, Richard Cohen, they were left unanswered. So we wasted our time and left after nearly an hour waiting and no one seemed to care. Will definitely not be back. Not even worth the one star review, expected more from a luxury car dealer.

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Jaguar XE First Edition from the Huntington dealership. I traveled from out of state and had a bit of a unique situation, but the dealership worked with me every step of the way. Kevin Sharkey was my Sales Guide and was extremely helpful during the entire process. He was very attentive to all of my questions and very timely in his responses during the times we communicated remotely. I would definitely consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership again and I recommend not only the dealership, but also Kevin as a Sales Guide.

Great JLR dealership with outstanding service after the sale. Emailed the service manager Melanie with an issue. I couldnt believe she replied at 10PM at night...most places would be saying that could wait until tomorrow! Next day she had the service tech answering and taking care of my update questions. Top notch customer service communications from the staff. My go to place for anything that my Jaguar F Pace needs. I dont think I told you that I love my Jaguar F Pace! So far 2 round trips from Long Island to Key West...like riding on a cloud but has that lightning speed and acceleration when needed!!

Horrible customer service. A few months after I got my XJ Supercharged 5L I decide to take advantage of Jaguars Encore program. They will show you how to work all the bells and whistles. I was advised to call my dealer, Huntington. I was connected with my salesman. Apparently, hes the one to demonstrate. He said he would call me back and left me feeling as though he was doing me a favor. After several weeks, he did not call. I called and left him a voicemail. Three to four weeks later I called and left a voicemail for the General Manager. It has now been at least three to four weeks and surprisingly, no call back.I basically like the car in spite of the quirky electronics. If I go for another Jag I certainly will not deal with the same salesman. On the other hand, I may go back to Mercedes where I was always treated well.

I had considered buying the 2 seater Jaguar and also considered Porsche, BMW, Bentley, and GT mustang. Used to mustangs but wanted to upgrade to another kind of sports car - better performance and style. Went in twice to dealership and not once did anyone ask to help me. I am a woman of African-American descent - then in my late forties, I dress in a relaxed far from snobby fashion and the staff and customers all seemed surprised I was there. I think they thought I couldnt afford the car perhaps and some customers seemed even insulted I was there (how dare someone who has no money come in a luxury car dealership!). The nice receptionist seemed uncomfortable and embarrassed herself when she learned no one had asked to assist me after she let the sales people know I needed attention. The receptionist gave me a card after I decided to leave and wanted a card of someone - anyone - who can help, I left a message for salesman who never responded. Porsche of Huntington was great and very attentive but I didnt like the lease (needed a more commuter friendly deal) - they had great follow-up! BMW was great also. I never made it to Bentley after talking to a friend who has one and I decided it wasnt so practical for me and wanted a more sporty look. But my final point is that the dealerships all took me as a serious customer except Jaguar. In the end I decided to go with a Shelby GT350 mustang which was a big leap from my two mustang V6s I had been driving for 20 years, and I absolutely love it! I could afford the car but saved by bad service and got one I prefer. Cant judge a book by the cover - lost out on a good sale Jaguar!

This is a great Jaguar dealer. Im on my fourth Jag from them, and from sales to service, its really top notch. Sales is responsive (i dealt with Kevin) and makes sure you are familiar with and satisfied with your vehicle. Service is great also- its easy to get a loaner and everything is completed when promised. When a repair took a bit longer than expected they let me keep an XJ loaner for a few days until my car was ready. It helps when you are selling quality automobiles, but the personal experience means a lot and Jaguar Huntington delivers.Im still continuing to get great service from Jaguar Huntington. Kevin Sharkey is the best! He made it easy to return my leased F-Pace, with a minimum of hassle. I highly recommend Jaguar Huntington and Kevin.

On my first visit to the showroom he immediately suggested we take a test drive. This does not often happen when purchasing a new car. They use an outside company for all their listings and scheduling so there is no communication whatsoever about if a car is available or not. Even sales dont even know if the car is available. We saw a car listed and I contacted their sales team, they said no inquiries on the car. 3 days later I called in the AM asked if the car was still available, they said YES, they even scheduled me a time to come look at the car! I drove 2 1/2 hours to come see the car and I get there only to be told the car sold 2 days ago! 8 days later the car is still listed on their website as available! I then asked why is this car still listed as available, they gave me the excuse an outside company handles it So WHAT EXACTLY DOES ANYONE DO AT THAT DEALERSHIP??? horrible business. thanks for 5 hours of wasted time.

I just recently took delivery of a 2011 Jaguar XF S/C. I have to say this dealership was very good throughout the whole process. I live over 3 hours away from this dealership and when I first called to inquire about the vehicle, they were honest about all information I requested. I negotiated the price over the phone, and submitted a deposit . I made an appointment to go test drive the vehicle a few days later, and everything went smoothly. There were no hidden dealership fees on top of the negotiated price.The vehicle was originally advertised as a certified pre-owned vehicle which meant it came with an additional year of warranty. However, when I got to the dealership, they told me it could not be certified because the vehicle had never been owned or titled and therefore did not qualify. However, to make up for the loss of the certification, they included a 6yr/100k mile extended warranty that started the day I picked up the vehicle.I highly recommend this dealership and ask for John Kipp when calling about any vehicle. He is a great person to work with. When I picked up my vehicle, he spent over an hour going over everything about the car and if he didnt know the answer to any my questions, he made sure to find out.

LeGala a service advisor has no clue about extended warranties and their coverages,nor does he know how to put a claim in.I brought my experience to the service manager Chuck Malone who really did not solve this matter and i continued to the GM .Is seems that i will conclude this problem to Smal l Claims Court.A very poor group of individuals working at Huntington jaguar.

I literally called every Jaguar dealership in the NY State area (i live in NJ) over the course of 4-5 weeks to ensure i got the best deal and the right car i was looking for, almost a dozen Jaguar dealerships i contacted in total. A car dealership is only as good as the sales management and sales reps ultimately - some other dealerships really resorting to all the low-class salesy underhanded bait-and-switch tactics in the book just to get you to come into their office and try and turn on the high pressure hard-close to get you to sign - which i had no patience forI ended up calling into the Huntington dealership randomly, since i have family right in the neighboring town of Dix Hills i was visiting Long Island that weekend anyway- and spoke with Richard Cohen. After i told him what i was looking for, and all the research i did and where i was at - he wasted NO time at all and went to work on getting together and finding a great match for exactly what was i was looking - no games, no drama. He was a straight-shooter, very professional - and worked diligently in getting me exactly the deal i needed to get in order to move forward on a car!All of this Richard C was able to accomplish in just 2-3 hours and came to Long Island NY to sign and drive the car from there. A very nice guy, genuine, and made the transaction smooth and painless. I would HIGHLY recommend the Huntington dealership, especially if you are in NJ or Conn - it is worth the trip or reaching out to them (specifically ask for Richard Cohen!) and hell take care of you. I spoke with the manager (i believe his name was Eric) and he was professional and courteous as well5 stars to these guys!

I have a 2009 XF with less than 30,000 miles. Last summer, I noticed that my dash was buckling. I brought it up and was told by the service manager, at that time, that Jaguar would contact me. TIme went by and I was out of New York for months, leaving my car in my garage. Upon my return, I called Jaguar to ask the status of my inquiry. There was NO record and now, I was out of warranty. The new service manager, Chuck Malone, took pictures and reached out to Jaguar. He called me to tell me that the dash will be replaced and the car is scheduled for next week. Chucks professionalism and assistance are the reason why I would recommend Jaguar Huntington.

Long time jag driver from Jag Huntington.. Latest car, 2014 XJL has been an enjoyable experience but on recent trip lost info from Traffic Monitor (TMC) on navigation.. brought it in for service.. Initial attempts to correct problem by software resets were unsuccessful .. service was in contact with JAG and advised to replace a module. the overall experience took several days in shop but it worked and I now have full use of the Traffic monitor,,as before.. Fortunately, a loaner was provided as usual and I never was off the road.. Service personell kept me updated and aware of progress.. Staff, including Bob Heller, my service writer on this occasion, are always pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Thus, I remain a loyal Jaguar enthusiast...

Do NOT shop here! They practice fraudulent sales techniques and do not disclose all information about pre-owned vehicles. I purchased a 2010 Jaguar XFR from this dealership back in 2010, it was a pre-owned model with roughly 6,000 miles on it. The car has been fine and although i had many issues with their service department i have been happy with the car. I recently went to sell the car and found out that it was in an accident before i bought it! This was never revealed to me when i purchased the car, no CarFax or anything was shown to me. THEY DID NOT DISCLOSE THIS ACCIDENT TO ME AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. I was obviously shocked but worse than that this made me look like a liar because i didnt disclose this info to the party that was buying it. Needless to say the sale price of the car took a huge nose dive, i could have sold it for over $25,000 and now i am getting offers in the teens.I went to Jaguar the first time and met with their manager Mya. He assured me that they would pull the file and see if their was a CarFax in the file. I had already told him there wasnt but i understood that he needed to do his due diligence. He repeated several times that if they didnt find a CarFax that they would make it right. After this meeting I felt like something may get done, but then one week went by, two weeks, i couldnt get Mya on the phone. I went back a second time and he told me that it was the end of the month and that they were closing their books blah blah, just stalling me some more hoping i would quit. This went on for a bit longer and i finally got fed up and brought my father with me to the dealership again.This time Mya wasnt in so i talked to the General sales manager Will. He gave me more of the pull the file and we will make this right talk, but he was more of a straight shooter and i thought he would help handle the situation. He took the time that same day to send me an email with comps of similar cars to mine showing me the price he thought i should get, i appreciated this but it didnt help me settle the issue i was having. There also werent any comps exactly like my car since it has very low mileage and is in average shape. After this email i called him one more time when i was at CarMax to sell the car, they were offering me $17,500. I was so fed up i was going to take it but i decided not to, when i called Will he said to take it, hoping that would end my incessant calling. I have been calling Will for over two weeks now and have not received a call back. I think he believes that he made it right by sending me that email, but really all make it right is is cryptic corporate talk that doesnt give you any resolution.In closing i would NEVER shop here again as they were not forthcoming about the accident the car had and ripped me off on my original purchase and now i am getting hit on the other side trying to sell the car. The salesmen Eric Doxey who sold me the car is still there, but they have never once put him on the phone with me or allowed me to talk to him. You would think they would understand what they did and unless offer to buy the car from me for the value it would have been worth had it not been in an accident. They have low balled me on offers and have brushed me aside since i have no recourse. Well this is my recourse, hopefully i can help someone else not get duped by this dealership and their employees and the questionable sales techniques they use.If Jaguar Huntington cares to make this right please give me a call, i know you have my number, Ive left you both about 30 unreturned messages. Recently, I had the pleasure of doing business with Jaguar Huntington. I had purchased a 2013 XJ from a dealer in Florida, and was very dissatisfied with the way I was treated when I finally took possession of the vehicle. In fact, I had problems with both front wheels. Because I lost confidence with the dealer in Florida, I decided to bring the car to Jaguar Huntington for some simple maintenance. My wife and I were planning a trip to Maine and really needed the car serviced in a hurry. I found out I had taken the car to the right place. In fact, Ill go so far as to say that the folks at Jaguar Huntington were probably the most professional and courteous people Ive ever dealt with when it came to auto repairs. I cant speak more highly of Miah Bradbury who is the General Manager of Jaguar Huntington. He is the consummate professional in my opinion, and was willing to help us by guaranteeing the car would be ready in time for us to leave for Maine. Kudos to Terry (Service Coordinator), Heather Schmitt (Service Advisor), and Cynthia Idavoy (Service Advisor) who collectively took care of all the paperwork including the loaner car arrangements. What a fabulous team Jaguar Huntington has. These ladies are all class acts .Keep doing what youre doing, Miah Bradbury. I rate this dealership five stars..Thank you for everything.

Today, I had an experience at Jaguar with Brian at Service, he was incompetent misinformed and combative. I am certain he has no idea what the word service means. Its too bad for Jaguar, they make such a good vehicle and sabotage their clients with the worst service I have ever experienced. I picked up my Jaguar Saturday morning and expressed my extreme displeasure with the repairs made. I paid you full payment at my visit. I then commented of my displease with the service department.Monday morning at 9 am I received a call from you, manager of the service department, expressing your concern and asking me to remove my post. It is now end of day Wednesday at 6pm and have yet to hear from you.I am hoping this post will bring me closer to a resolution of what has been 7 years of poor service.Scott Suprina

Worst experience ever with a dealership. Waiting almost 3 weeks for a vehicle and never got it. Do yourself a favor go to Jaguar of Rockville Center. Could not believe the difference in the way I was treated. They had a car forr the next day. Unfortunately, I went the BMW 6. I just copy lease another Jaguar out of principle. By the way if your looking at Range Rovers that start at 150000 and up youll get the presidential treatment.

I tried to get in touch with Huntington service for two weeks. It is impossible I emailed I called at least 5 times. I called the manager no answer. I didnt know what to do if I had a broken key fob. I ended up going to South Hampton so much farther for me. I will never deal with them again. I bought two cars in 2016. Never again.
