I was on vacation with my family in Huntington, West Virginia. When it was time for us to begin the drive back home, we found that the oil and coolant levels were low. Since this was a rental car, I was unfamiliar with the proper products that the vehicle required. I pulled into Todd Judy Ford, and I was greeted by the Fixed Operations Director. I explained the situation, and the Director immediately told me that they would be happy to check out the vehicle so my family could safely travel back to our home, which was fourteen hours away. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Upon checking out, the on-duty Service Specialist continued with the excellent service that the Director established. In the end, the staff performed checks on all fluid levels, and topped off any that were low. This team categorized this visit as a complimentary service check, and I never received a bill.I have never received this type of service at a car dealer in my home state, as well as the empathy that the service team showed me on this day. I am grateful for the entire Todd Judy experience. Thank you!

Keith is great, but he doesnt always say yes.... I wanted a free car an he definitely said no....but we had a great experience down there and their garage fixed my boyfriends truck with a better price than anyone around. Nice people and a very welcoming atmosphere...would definitely go back.

Mark took care of me. I had to order some seafood that are very hard to find. He done his best when I called in but unfortunately came up with the wrong numbers. However some more research & I thought I had a working number & they got my parts on the way. Today I went in to pick them up & they were what I was looking for. This guy went through so much trouble & was so helpful along with being pleasant & happy to help me over $5 worth of parts. I dont know enough about this place over all to give a opinion but this guy is a asset!

Had a wonderful experience here. Treated very well, not taken advantage of as sometimes women are when dealing with car repairs. Cooper explained everything thoroughly and even welcomed me to call again or come by if I have further issues or problems. Update: Baylee is hands down the best. Very patient and understanding. She really listens to you and helps problem solve.

I have had a vehicle in service that I bought there less than 3 months before I took it in for 7 weeks and was told by the service manager that since it was an extended warranty repair and I wasnt actually giving him any money he could care less about me even though it was him that waited 6 weeks to even contact the warranty people. I strongly recommend not doing any business with them.

Went down there to have them order a catalyst converter under warranty and they replaced the battery. Get home after a 11/2 drive back home to find a tool they left under the hood. Good thing it didnt fall down on the engine or the radiator. Go back down a week later for them to replace the catalytic converter and they cracked my windshield. Had to send some to my house to install a new windsheild. Had window tinted strip on the old windshield and they refuse to replace that strip. Like it was your mechanics that busted my windshield why should I have to pay for the tiny strip. Just poor service from careless mechanics.

My wife and I went in to Todd Judy and was treated so good we both bought vehicles the same day!! I bought a truck and my wife a car. They stayed with us until 11pm that night (unheard of at most dealerships) to finalize everything and seem glad to do it. They were very helpful and just a great experience all around!! Probably won’t NEED another vehicle for a while but will definitely be coming back to trade when I feel the need to “upgrade” !! These guys are the best!! Go in and ask for J.L.

I called the dealership on Thursday to do a credit app over the phone on a Toyota Tacoma because I’m 3 hours away. Salesman called back and said I was approved and what my payments was going to be. He told me to drive up on Saturday to do paperwork and get the truck. When I got there he said the truck wouldn’t start this morning and the payments was 180.00 more than what they told me. They told me they would deliver the truck Monday. Monday came he called me and said it would be Tuesday and on Tuesday he called and I’d have to come back in to get the truck. So I told them to keep it so they decided to go ahead and deliver it on Wednesday and when they got here with the truck there wasn’t a temporary tag with it. The called and said they would over night the tag and That was on Wednesday and this is Friday and still no tag. Very bad experience! I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone

CROOKS!!! Bought a car from TODD JUDY FORD HUNTINGTON and in 6 months I’ve had to replace the starter, shocks, brakes, oil filter, air filter, bulbs and the tires even quit holding air! About $1500 I’ve had to put in it! I’d almost guarantee they sold me the car the same day they got it and never raised the hood! CROOKS! I contacted them and they brushed me off. I contacted Todd Judy himself and he pawned me off on some customer service flunky who sweet talked me a day or two then ignored me after that. DON’T BUY A CAR FROM TODD JUDY FORD THEY’RE CROOKS!! They should reimburse me on what I’ve had to spend just to make it drivable!! I’m calling you out Todd Judy! DO SOMETHING!! 😡

Very professional staff, and they drove me home while they fixed a recall for the airbags, and pick me back up when they were done. The Driver was very nice and it was very pleasant experience.The drivers name was Joe Dillon, He went above and beyond to make me and my friend feel very comfortable and was very smooth ride home.

On my first appointment, I was informed I was given wrong information from the gentleman that spoke to me on the phone. I was very upset and asked to speak to a manager to get the issue resolved. The manager told me to go ahead and make a second appointment and all would be taken care of. Upon arrival, I was given an amount due. I said this couldnt be right b/c your manager Chris Adkins said he fixed the issue and if there was a problem to directly call him. The employee called Chris, and while speaking to Chris he proceeded to tell me that he never said he would fix the issue and that he had no recalection of saying anything of the sort. I told him I would not argue with him and that I wanted my car fixed the way I brought it in and returned to me b/c I was refusing their service. He said, Im not arguing either and then hung up on me. The next day, my husband and I went to the manager above Chris and instead of trying to fix our problem he tried to sell us a new car! We were already furious and it did not help that he was trying to solve the problem by having us spend even more money! It took two days to get our car back and even when they put the car back the way it was, they never called to let us know it was finished. Eight hours after going to pick our car up on our own, they called us and we answered they hung up on us. Todd Judy Turnpike Ford has lost our business permanently b/c we were treated so poorly.

We have bought 4 cars from them. It really appears that all they care about is sells. If you use the website to setup an appointment to have your car serviced, they will call you and try and sell you the exact same car and never give you an appointment. Also, what service department isnt open on Saturdays for standard oil changes and what not? There really is no reason to go there. I have always been a fan of ford trucks but the Dodge Ram is looking pretty tempting now that I am in the market again.

Bought a Jeep 3 weeks ago was initialed thrilled, within a week find an oil leak and a coolant leak. Corrected it after about a week, helped me out with a loan car and all but still you know the service department saw the leak while they still had it. They are very scattered with business and can hardly get a direct answer. I had to pay 280 dollars for four new rotors and I haven’t even had it a month. Not to mention I had an “appointment” at 9 am and didn’t get my vehicle till 3:30, for ROTORS. Also when they drove it after they must’ve mashed the brakes as hard as possible cause everything in my Jeep was up against the backs of the seats. Very very dissatisfied.

I dont want to give them a one star rating. We bought a used car there. Put the Car Title in Wrong Persons Name, Tried numerous times to get the title fixed in Owners name. Never would fix the problem. Had to take car back numerous times to have several different things fixed on car. Had a Hard time getting the repairs done. Took back to Todd Judy Ford numerous times to get the same repair fixed. Has caused Us to be Stressed Out Completely. Affected our Health Issues. Wouldnt Ever Go there to Purchase Any Vehicle New or used. Never Could Get all the Issues Resolved. Asked to speak to the Owner. He wouldnt even talk with the owner to get all the Issues Resolved.

Big shout out to Todd Judy Ford for the WORTHLESS customer service. After finding out that my drivers side front caliper was sticking, I contacted them about having my truck serviced. Originally they werent going to replace it under my Ford extended warranty. After several unanswered voicemails, I stopped in person to speak directly with the service manager who eventually decided to cover it. After my service was completed, the passenger side caliper began to stick just like the drivers side. After a mechanic and service writer verified what I thought, I scheduled another appointment to have the other caliper replaced. At 2:00 P.M on the day of my other service, I got a phone call saying they couldnt replace the caliper because the service writer never ordered the part. Due to that, I had to find a ride home and and back to the dealership on the following Saturday. I completed a survey from Ford and thats when the lies began. Jonathan Brown said that he would like to make my situation better and offered to reimburse me for pads and rotors I had just purchased due to the defective/warranty caliper. Overall I left countless messages and received basically 1 phone call back saying they would mail me a reimbursement check, which was a bold faced lie. They never did anything for me except take my money.In response to the Dealerships response:The only work I did was change the pads and rotorsthat were ruined due to the defective caliper. The warranty is a Ford Warranty, purchased from YOU at the time of the original purchase! Dont lie to the people and tell them it was at no cost to me, because I paid my warranty deductible twice! I have made many attempts to contact you and your general manager and cant seem to buy a call back, even though my name and number was left with each voicemail.

Tyler Sly is doing a great job of running the service center at Turnpike Ford! He gave me an accurate and detailed idea of the diagnostic process for my F150, then an accurate and detailed estimate for repair, and a close timeframe for when it would be finished. It only took a little longer because they had to order a new seat belt buckle, and they thought it would take longer to come in, and they didnt schedule the installation for this time. BUT, it came in more quickly than they expected, and they went ahead and installed it before they let the truck leave. This put me about three hours over on the car I had rented from Enterprise, and I thought I would get charged for an extra day, but Tyler called them, and they forgave the extra hours and didnt charge me for them! The price was very reasonable for the work, and they have a same as cash payment plan. And, no, Im not connected to Ford in any way except as a customer! LOL Anyone who knows me, knows I rarely put ANYTHING online, but I am VERY IMPRESSED with Turnpike Ford Service. They are doing everything right!

Had my F-350 repaired here. Was told 1400.00 to repair leaking seals, ok . That wasn’t the problem, the high pressure oil pump is bad, ok now what will my cost be? 2400.00. Ok go ahead. Meanwhile the service manager refuses to call me back and keep me posted on what’s going on. I send my daughter in to pick it up and it’s over 4K now, no one told me this increase. When I asked what about 2400.00 that I agreed on, he says that was for the second job, I said I asked for total cost of my truck, I didn’t know they talk one job at a time. It’s not like I picked it up and brought it back. He made it sound like total but gives it to you in PCs . I am in the middle of a move from Superior wi to Fay NC so my daughter and two grands kids where stuck so I had to pay the over inflated cost. If I lived in that area we would be going to court.

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance at 8 am .I dropped the car off and asked how long .I was told about 3 hours. I called at noon and they hadnt even touched it. What is the point of making an appointment if they dont honor it? My wife is without a car at this time and all this for a recall repair. The service manager told me to come pick it up and take it some where else. How unprofessional! Why not try to get it on the rack ASAP! Im very dissapointed in the service I received, and with the level of professionalism from the staff.

Horrible experience. Had my car 3.5 weeks for minor body work and got my car back and multiple spots where there is dirt under the paint. Never again would I take my car there. Poor quality paint job. Rear view mirror also vibrates and moves unlike it did before I dropped it off.

Please excuse me for posting such a long review, but I had a very long drawn out experience in getting my car repaired. It had been out of my possession since 10/16/18. Just got it back 1/4/19. To be fair, at first I had sought out another company to repair my car. I did not get my car towed to Ford until mid November. Upon calling to set this up on a Friday, I made an appointment for the following Wednesday and told that would be fine. Upon calling that Wednesday to ensure that the plan was still set because my car was in tow, I was told the appointment was made for the next Wednesday instead. Everything was fine, as the male on the phone said he would work things around to still get my car in on the day I had planned and coordinated to do so. Weeks go by with phone calls by both my boyfriend and me to check on the progress/diagnosis so to day of the car with repeated assurances to call back the same day (which, never happened and we had to keep calling back in). Finally, Ford determined the car would need a new engine. We were promised quotes of new and used engines, but only received the new engine quote. I had to figure out how I was going to pay the estimated quote but finally called and told Ford to move along with finishing the car. It’s finished on a Saturday when I was out of town, so I call on Thursday when back to ask the exact amount owed so I knew how much to take out of the bank. I also asked if there was a holding fee for picking up the car a few days after it was finished. I was told no and that I was paying enough as it was. I show up with that exact quoted amount from the phone call and am told that was not the correct amount. I was asked if I spoke to a male or female and then the issue was taken into the next office with an open door where I overheard the workers speaking negatively about me - as if I was trying not to pay the actual amount. The worker comes back to tell me that the woman on the phone said she had said “Plus tax” after giving me the total. I find it strange, as I asked for the exact amount and if there was any other fee, that the worker wouldn’t tell me the total plus tax instead of possibly allowing me to add up an incorrect total but alas, they apologized and the woman who had spoken on the phone said she had read from the wrong tab on their computer. We asked if we could pay the amount told to us and come in to pay the rest on my following pay day. Even though we did not ask for a discount, we were told that too many discounts were already applied to just take the car that day. I made it clear that the final total was fine and even understandable, but to repeat, I had a long experience trying to get my car back. Whatever, it was fine, as my boyfriend was able to pay the tax and we were given the key. He asked about a written warranty included with the receipt and the worker said Ford’s policy was 3 years, unlimited mileage but it was not written within our receipt. She wrote it on the paperwork and we finally left the shop. We get in the car, and though it’s a new engine, the check engine light was on. We park the car and go in to check if this was something to trouble over and was assured that it was due to past damage done to the car. I just wonder why we were not asked about fixing that as well. In summary, I’m very glad Ford was able to fix my car and there was some give to the trouble we experienced, but I feel the office’s customer service and organization is not up to par. Their response to each question asked during the time waiting for the car to be finished and picking up the car either changed from person to person or made it seem like I was attempting not to pay the amount owed for the car.

Body shop review. Was involved in a wreck and my insurance company had their body shop as their preferred shop. From initial estimate to completion the price doubled. They had the truck for 11 weeks. When I picked the truck up, it was obvious letting them attempt the repair was a colossal mistake. I took the truck to another body shop and was told it was the worst repair job they had seen in their 20 year career. In addition to the cosmetic issues that I found, the new body shop found that my engine was touching the firewall. Do not let them work on your vehicle.
