Very satisfied with the work they did on my car. Not too expensive, they worked with me to get it done around my schedule and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Quality Auto does good work for reasonable prices. They fixed a few issues with my vehicle - they made a minor mistake on one repair - I took it back and they fixed it for no charge and were very professional about it.I’ve been to other, more prominent shops in the area who charge way too much and don’t take the time to accurately diagnose automotive problems. That doesn’t seem to be the case with Quality.

Ive been here multiple times with various maintenance repairs needed on different cars. They always go the extra mile to investigate to see exactly what is wrong if you dont know when bringing it in. Theyve always been super fair on price and are very speedy with getting your car back to you. Ill go here for any mechanical repairs every time.

Called everybody in Huntington to get a water-pump installed that I decided I didnt want to do, after I found I had to pull the tire and work under the fender-well with only a bumper jack. EVERYBODY in Huntington gave me every excuse about installing other peoples parts (yeah, they dont get the profit from the mark-up of THEIR parts) and those who would, attempted to rip me off in the process...not at Quality!!The guys charged me the standard 60$ an hour, worked on my van to repair a couple other issues while on the King lift, advised for conditions to look for down the road, and had me on my way. Very happy with this shop and will return in future if needed!

Been there with two different vehicles and different problems. Very inconsiderate and acts like they know everything. Neither vehicle was fixed and will not stand behind their work. Seem knowledgeable must be just lazy!!!!!! Lesson learned !!!!!!

This company quoted me 12 hours and $1200 for replacing My fuel injector. I went down the street to another auto shop and then to another and both shops quoted me $400 and one hour of labor. Do not go here these people are crooks. Also while I was sitting in their lobby a customer came back because they charged him to fix his power steering and it broke as soon as he got home after he left there.

I highly recommend Quality to anyone in need of automotive work. I will put it simply, you can trust them. Every time I have had an issue with one of my high mileage vehicles they always fixed what needed fixed and didnt throw in anything extra, and the prices are reasonable.

Broke down a few days before Thanksgiving and they were able to get our vehicle fixed before Thanksgiving. Good, honest work, and courteous.

The voltage regulator went bad in my car. Thankfully, they had an alternator for my car in stock. Quality Auto was able to replace it in about an hour. A couple of years ago, they replaced the coolant elbow in the same car. Both times the repair costs were reasonable.

Terrible service, terrible follow up, terrible communication. I rarely write reviews for a business, much poor reviews in a public forum. I was forced to go here by virtue of location to where my car broke down, and I will never go back, even if I have to pay extra to tow a car to a different garage.The part they fixed for $400 gave a trouble code five miles off the lot, when I called to ask them what to do, they said I should take it to Advance Auto and have them look up the code. When I reported back to them that the code was directly related to what they fixed, they said they dont have time to check the whole engine, and if I wanted to bring it back I could but would have to pay for time. I asked the guy at Advance and he recommended a $50 part, which I could install myself in 15 minutes, and all was better. The people I dealt with at Quality Auto are rude and cheated me out of money and time.
