Great grocery store! very fresh food and excellent quality! there is delicious cuisine. You can also eat inside the store! the staff is helpful! recommend!

I just have to say as a retired employee from whole foods i know their policy in prepared foods and i know we were required to wear gloves anytime we handled food. So to all that read reviews before shopping at whole foods rest assured they have the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation.i am not getting paid to say this .we would change our gloves continually through out the shift so we didnt cross contaminate. I cant speak to whether an employee sweats .i would guess since they havent gone to robots and the employees are still human i am sure they sweat . but i would bet dollars to donuts no one wipes sweat off with their non gloved fingers. I feel so bad for what the employee had to go through.i been there and i wish people would be more kind to people yes the employees are people!

Much of the nice things about Whole Foods are being removed, like the full service cheese and cold cut station; to be replaced with prepackaged. Pity. I will not be back to this location.

First lets start with the food, absolutely amazing fresh and delicious. I love to get the fruit here for me and my kids, and everything has gotten more reasonably priced :-) the only person that helped me today was Matt, awesome awesome awesome guy! Love coming here when I do, staff always makes me feel welcome and are very friendly :-)

Disappointed to find a very overwhelmed worker in the deli, we visited the store to simply pick up either your single breakfast pizza slices or order a cheese pizza, grab some salad and snack bars and get on the road. The visit was at 9:00 am. Francisca was overwhelmed even sweating. She let my son know there would be no pizza for at least another hour. He walked over to the bakery where I was being helped by Taylor( who by the way was awesome and friendly) Deciding on something else to eat I walked back to the counter (for salad) to find her (Francisca) sweating and packaging some items. We stood at the counter for a few minutes before she made eye contact and asked “do you need something”. I asked which of the tuna was her favorite. Said answered “I don’t eat tuna” and wiped off her sweaty forehead with her fingers. Breathing hard. Afraid she might exhale and possibly have her saliva expelled onto my food I asked if she wouldn’t mind wearing the mask she had on she declined “no, I’m vaccinated.” I decided to walk away, I didn’t even want to bother asking her to wash her hands before serving the food as well. It maybe she needs some help behind the counter with her. Or she was having a bad day. Either way I had to walk away from her. Another gal in the deli tagging or changing price tags walked by twice no greeting or an excuse me as she passed with her push cart. The cashier however and the bagger thankfully were kind and friendly.

Very pricey and the checkers up front are pretty lazy and unfriendly.Maybe put the shields back up again so the employees can feel safe enough to lift a finger.

Friendly staff, grand selection of healthy foods, very clean and organized well. Would be helpful if Whole Foods accepted the Women, Infants, Children program (WIC).

The cake station girl is slow, confused, cant find pick up orders for customer, had other customers wait for 20 mins unnecessarily, argued and yelled at customer. Never come back to this whole foods for cakes.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a Whole Foods. The woman by the register was SO rude and annoying. I couldn’t ring one thing up without her directly next to me, and then she’d do the same with other customers. Very annoying when grocery shopping is not something any of us really want to do to begin with. I’d take her off the payroll.

Food is good. Associates regularly don’t listen when you specify quarter or half pound; occasionally you’ll even be overcharged if you don’t verify the product and its tag. Staff needs to be retrained or replaced.

Great selection of produce and products. The staff is real nice and helpful. Sometimes I have difficulty finding items that Im looking because of how things are organized. An amazing selection of cheese. Love coming here

I usually like getting ready-made food at Whole Foods. Today was very disappointing. The pizza was cold and tasteless and the sushi was inedible and to add to everything, not one clerk was friendly. No more Whole Foods for me.

Absolutely love their bar food, yes they have a bar with beer, wine and good food. I usually get the Beyond Meat burger there, its the bomb. Plus the place is always clean and the service is exceptional.

I visit this Whole Foods quite frequently. The one that irks me about it is how dirty the public dining tables are.

Ive been a customer at this store from the beginning. The customer service at the Huntington Beach location had been exceptional. Today I was hoping to get something from the juice bar but unfortunately they close at 3pm. What annoyed me was it was not that I arrived at 3:03. It was the response from the young person who said quite curt WERE CLOSED! All I said was Hi. I did not nor does anyone else deserve this kind of greeting. Would it have killed him to say Im sorry but were closed.

I usually buy my cakes here. Time and time again it doesnt matter whos working at the cake counter, I ask for Happy Birthday be written on my cakes. I always get an exclamation point after. Why? When I ask a particular occasion written on a cake why do they tamales it upon themselves to do what I dont ask for?

Got a very Expensive Duck For Xmas dinner. And Fresh Oysters For Holiday dressing. Employees helpful and friendly. Super clean store and super expensive as always.

This market that i use to love has started airing TV commercials promoting the animal cruelty industries; Dairy, Cheese, Egg, Meat! As a vegan for ethical reasons I looked at Whole Foods as my go to place for anything vegan and felt they had a somewhat vegan philosophy but that has been shattered. You would think Jeff Bezos who has more money than any other person on earth, literally, could afford to forgo the animal products. He is so worried about sales that he has to start promoting animal cruelty but airing commercials for 2 of the cruelest of all the industries meat and dairy.He really has no idea the power of vegans, if he was to make the store vegan, then every vegan would shop there and there are many and our numbers are growing day by day.

Getting in & out real quick for an Amazon locker delivery. Place was semi crowded.Got packages fairly quick & left.

Only three stars because the guy I bought pizza slices from at food bar did not want to heat them up. He said they were hot enough. They weren’t hot at all not even close! Disappointing! Can’t get good service anywhere anymore. If I wanted cold pizza I’d have bought it at noon and ate it for dinner. Lol their new ice cream is great just a little overpriced for 4 small little ice pops.

If youre into eating healthy you always find what you need at whole foods. Sometimes depending on what youre looking for the items can be kind of pricey but if its something you need pretty much they will have it. my suggestion to anybody is if youre looking for a certain common milk youre better off going to Walmart or food for less than buying it. because if you buy that same product at whole foods its going to be a lot more expensive. Anyways other than that they have a good variety of different types of foods depending on what youre looking for. but you got to remember youre going to pay a little hefty price.

The selection is great, and the employees are very helpful, however things are still pretty expensive there, so its probably closer to 4.3 stars out of 5.

I went to Whole Foods because I was sure that the food that I would get there for a picnic on the beach would be fresh. Turns out the raspberries I bought for my toddler were not.

Our TTLAs was made by a heavy set older lady with short hair and sleeve tattos. Wish I could remember her name because I wouldnt need the description. She was rude. I attributed it being the last two hours before closing. Not only did she refuse to make eye contact and delayed taking our order to avoid working but she completely made our sandwiches wrong. She used pure garlic instead of garlic aioli. Why would the store chose her to represent that section? Im just happy I dont live here. INever thought I would run into this kind of attitude at a whole foods. This is the kind of service you get at a sodexho cafeteria or Subway. Thats her in the blue shirt with the tattoo on the back of her neck.

Slowly this whole foods has continued to go downhill. I’m not sure if it’s because of amazon or something else but this location consistently is out of basic organic vegetables/items such as broccoli or garlic. Garlic?!?!! Really? It’s become consistently frustrating. I used to always shop here because they were the best supplier of organic and clean groceries/household products but ever since the takeover I’ve noticed it changing. Less outside high quality brands and more 365. Less organic vegetables available. Luckily for me there is a great CA chain (Mother’s) that has stayed committed to the cause of high quality food and bountiful organic produce. I couldn’t give just one star because the cashiers that work here are always so nice. I am grateful for them.

Went there to get products that I was given vouchers to try and review. Found all but one of the products and purchased some nectarines. After I checked out I realized total was more than it should of been. Pulled out vouchers and realized I was right. Then they readjusted my total and apologized. I told them I totally understand it can be confusing and I try to come in when there are as few people so I dont hold up the line(s). They thanked me and said it was neat that I was able to be a product tester.

All of the cashiers there are really friendly and helpful. The pizzas are good and I enjoy all of the buffet options they have. Im out of state and just visiting its just more convenient for me to grab a slice of pizza and head back to the hotel room rather then eating some where else. Especially after a long day. I do want to thank the cashiers for being so nice to me. you have made my trip so much better and it will be something I will not forget. If Im back this way I will stop in again

I was weary of lack of sugar, salt, and other tasteful Ingredients in this Whole Food half the size supermarket. I was shopping and had planned on being quick, so in my hast I didnt spend time on the selection of gourmet fresh prepared sushi, steaks as well sliced cut meats., Nutritious value extended toward the overall friendly environment. A+ atmosphere for the healthy on the go in the bag gives my thumbs ☝ 🛍 done for typical Supermarket overstock paradigms. 3 1/2 🌟s.

Because of the pandemic and the fact that I am an ICU nurse who works directly with patients that have COVID-19, I tried to use the grocery pickup option through my Amazon Prime account. This is supposed to be safer than going into the grocery store and more efficient/convenient for the customer. Even though I checked in through the app and gave the employee my photo ID, I was given the wrong order. This is not immediately obvious since it is given in closed paper bags.When I got home I had 5 missed calls because they realized they had given me someone elses order. I had already got home and opened the bags. They expected me to bring all of those items back after I had brought them into my own home so they could give it to the other customer. I do keep everything clean but I would hate to be that person who got their food that had already been handled by another person. This is not even mentioning the fact I had to repack everything and drive back to the grocery store. There is no point in offering pickup services for convenience and safety if this is how it is done by this store.

Dont know why anyone would shop here regularly. Most overpriced store I have ever seen. Most of the products are available elsewhere for way less $$$. Unless you need something specific (that only Wholefoods seems to carry), save your money.

Very expensive the prices are really up there I understand you get good quality what you pay for but this is a little much I think other than that people really nice fresh produce that good-looking cuts of meat.

Nice store, but be really careful. The lady ahead of us at the checkstand had to call them out twice for overcharging. When we got home, we discovered the deli clerk had overpriced the mortadella we bought by $5.00 a pound.

I think While Foods is a good store, but I dont have the income/budget to shop there. I just cant afford what doing a whole shop. I go in once in a while (maybe 3 times a year). The employees are usually nice and friendly.

I love that they have one of the only outdoor patios in the area for dining. Foods always smell and taste so fresh, and they are taking social distancing very seriously.

This wholefoods was soo crowded when I went, you could barely shop and get around other people. I am surprised they would let that many shoppers in during a covid spike.

I shopped here a couple of weeks ago and I love how they are taking extra precautions during this difficult time. They even put up shields at the registers for safety purposes. The employees were very helpful, nice and professional with their job. Thank you Whole Foods Market for all your efforts!

One of my favorite C&C ice creams ever, has the best ratio of ice cream to ingredients mixes. Employees are super awesome!

Love going here for the hot food bar! They have anything and everything under the sun. The pizza is usually pretty good. For some reason the Brea location has the best pizza out of every Whole Foods I have ever been to. Soups, sandwiches, any salad you would ever want to create. Just a tip though. Make sure that it is not too heavy for your salad becomes a $20 meal. Definitely very good and very healthy but can get very expensive if you’re Not careful!

Drove an hour to Whole Foods. Very pleased with stores hours 7am. Everything seems fresh and fully stocked. The items that I purchased was reasonable prices🤑🤑. Wasnt crowded so, check out was quick. Customer services was okay, staffs seemed to be focus on more on their duties then customer interaction. Walked every aisle to view products, prices, and selection. Happy to see variety of product brands throughout the store. Whole Foods is the only place that sells Beyond burgers. This vegan burgers are very favorable and tasty. Also, theres an sitting eatery that have different selection of foods. Little pricey but good quality of prepared​ foods.

Matt in the bar area was awesome and really friendly. Plus they have a beer called sweet baby Jesus. Seriously, what more could you ask for

I love this place but it can be very pricey. I love the fresh veggie and hot food bar and grill. They also have a wonderful bakery that makes an assortment of different breads and baked goods, cant go wrong here if your bored with restaurant food. Here you can make up your own meal with what ever you desire.

Baggers smash groceries.Wrote a long detailed review, I hit back on my browser and lost it.Long story short, the baggers here smash my avocados and oranges. On three separate occasions my fruit have been smashed, its not hard to bag grociers, Ill gladly do it myself, I dont mind. Just dont smash my food. Its happened three times in a row. I feel like its done on purpose, it has to be done on purpose, nobody can be so stupid the way my food is bagged.

They have a great juice bar as soon as you walk in to your left. I had the doctors orders this morning and it was so good. I think it was $7.95 for a 16 ounce in Im not mistaken.I havent ventured into the salad br area yet but Ive been tempted. They have a pretty good variety of hot and cold foods.

I really like so many things about whole foods so where to begin!!The juice bar is amazing and has a wide variety. They have a pretty good hot table and salad bar that you pay by the lb. I sometimes get myself in trouble around their bakery because well I love sweets! What girl doesnt.Whole foods is not just an upscale grocer its a very well put together store.

Did not leave disappointed! Found goodies for my hospital bag i cant find at home.Came back a month later. HOLY COW! you must try the burgers and fries! My husband and i had the bison meltdown burger and it did just that. It tasted awesome! I wish there was a whole foods closer to me because thats where i would be getting my burgers hands down. The fries were also well done and generous in portion, more than enough for me to share. *and to add to this i had their strawberry shortcake. Ive never been able to eat store cake but this was a marvelously delicious treat. It didnt leave a bad taste in my mouth or give me that sugar high from synthetics.
