The store is fairly clean and usually in stock of everything I need. Even the staff there is pretty nice and friendly but the restrooms are always a toss up. One time the floor literally had POOP ON THE FLOOR. And they usually do not smell pleasant. Beware of the bathrooms.

After a year of a pandemic you think Ralphs would have contactless payment options like Google pay, Apple pay...To be fair Im loyal to Albertsons Seacliff and I like Sea Cliff shopping center more options and the options here except for my gym, planet fitness arent the best. I observed the contracted security and I see them hassle customers but never panhandlers or or troublemakers. Ill try to stay out of their way (Ralphs and whoever) they seem to be busy.

Everyone working in this store is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are competitive & they have great weekly specials as well. The digital coupons and fuel reward programs are a nice extra.

My bike was stolen in front of the store and the manager wouldnt let me see who was there, the camera was filming right on top of where my bike was stolen. him don’t let see

The Golden West Ralphs was a showcase store for a long time. Still has all the say good qualities in a medium sized footprint store. Lots of staff and management changes yet still the same gracious and helpful attitude from both the new and old employees. The selections offered are adequate although smaller volume brands may need to be found else where. Meat, sushi, liquor and produce departments are exceptional. Cashiers are fast resulting in very fast and effectient checkouts. Lucky to have this store in the area as its always a pleasure to shop there.

I have only been in this house a couple of times. Did not have a chance before to look around. But Saturday I was amazed at the helpfulness, and how wonderful the deli and the bakery looked. The deli seems to be bigger and have more selections then some of the other else that I have been in. I will definitely go back to this one. You should try it also

Got there 5 minutes before they closed and their doors were already locked. They were unlocking the door to let a customer out. We started to walk up and that customer said a few choice words about the employee who let her out. Not a good way to run a business when customers now change their habits of where to shop and businesses they can trust. Will be taking my business some where else from now on.

The best ralphs I have ever been too. Every employee is super friendly, even amongst each other, they seem like they really enjoy working there. The store is clean, well stocked and overall just has a great environment.

Ralphs is a really awesome grocery market where you can buy all sorts of good stuff. You can buy anything you want in there also tables out front where you can eat your food for example there is one spot one dollars in chips do you have room cheap stuff. I bought a lot of stuff from ralphs in the past and it is the best and cheapest grocery store ever with the best deals! I recommend Ralphs for everyone

Cleanliness and staff are fine, but cmon. Prices are super high. Im standing in the dairy isle right now feeling like I need to warn people. CA grows the majority of the nations food yet we want to mark up prices to the sky. Stater Bros was nice, friendly staff, great selection with organics, and kept more change in my pocket so I can pay for parking down by the pier.

Ralphs covers all my grocery needs. I dont need to go somewhere else. The staffs as always very helpful.

Some deals can be had here if they would just keep everything stocked. They ran of multiple greens that I need and said they wouldnt get it in till Monday. With competitive shops opening up they do have a few things cheaper.

Clean location with good selection of fresh, organic produce. Staff is friendly each time I go. I had an issue with a prescription from my doctor and the female pharmacist was super helpful in getting it resolved and called me personally to let me know what she found. I appreciate that level of service.

I started shopping here when my local Stater Brothers quit carrying some of the items I frequently buy. As far as I can tell price is A wash, some items are more than Stater Brothers others are less in the end again its a wash. What impressed me most about my local Ralphs is the cleanliness of the store, The Selection, and the friendliness of the staff. Another plus is, since Ive started shopping at Ralphs, I have not had an infestation of fruit flies.

I love Ralphs. They always have the best selection of produce and meat (fish included). All other products are competitively priced and way better selection of all other goods.

Get your sushi here! The sushi from this store is my Fast Food. It tastes better than the sushi from other Ralphs in the area.Also, even though it seems like they are frequently changing what products are on which aisles, Ive always found the store in clean conditions and the staff with friendly attitudes.

Used to be better but they updated their selection and took out some of the products I like. Still pretty good overall.

Well one time I got $20 cash back from the self-serve checkout and by the time I got to the car the $20 was gone . I walked back, retraced my steps and never found that $20 bill 💸💲again. somebodys lucky day ..maybe even a cashier or employee..but not so lucky for me...

At Ralphs grocery. Store has always been an awesome experience from the first day they have opened their door I have always been greeted with sincerity and kindness thank you so much for your hospitality.

This Ralphs is fancier than a bunch of other Ralphs, and is home to the Judy from the Ralph signs. She is super nice and always fun to talk to. Food always seems fresh, and the sushi is really good for being market sushi.

This location is well kept, has a very good selection of products, and the produce is always fresh. This location also has a small sushi counter with on hand chefs who are very good at making limited items to go.

Its a Ralphs. My rewards account apparently expired but I used their WiFi to re-sign up and it was active by the time I checked out.

If you’re a bargain shopper, look elsewhere. they post sale prices and will not honor them at the register if they ring up for their original price. colossal waste of time.

Very clean and well stocked. I love this Ralphs deli! All the ladies are incredibly awesome. Makes my day to see them everytime I walk in. They do a fantastic job of preparing the food and keeping everything fresh and delicious. The fried chicken one of my favs! I highly recommend the poached salmon, especially paired with the Tuscan pasta salad. The shrimp also deserves special mention as well as the egg salad! Thank you Ladies of the Deli!

The best Staff ever, i am a cancer patient undergoing aggressive chemotherapy and every time i enter the store and Debbie or Howard are there im greeted by them with such compassion, they uplift me in my fight against Cancer with so very kind words and fighting spirit, these 2 people are Angels here on earth, the rest of the staff are also very kind and helpful in finding products, especially those in the produce section, great place to shop.

Over the past two years Ralphs has been removing items from there shelves that I really love like Ralphs version of the vlassic farmers pickles Ralphs version was a dollar less and tasted way better then the vlassic version. That is just one of many items removed over the last two years and Im starting to get sick of it to the point I may need to start shopping else were

My fave market. Well organized, clean and offers a selection that includes items not found at most markets. I have been a customer since the day it opened.NOW FOR THE COMPLAINT....employees should learn where items are instead of only using the cell app.AND today there is a ground beef RECALL, I bought the 90% lean yesterday. Ralphs is on the list f 5 being effected. I called the market and no one knew, you should be ok well should is not good enough. I was hospitalized with salmonella once and do not want to play russian roulette.

Very disappointed in the service in this place. specifically the melissa cashier who was very spoiled, discourteous and aggressive. We rented the machine to clean the carpet and forgot to charge us the hose, when I asked him to please everything in a single receipt to be able to show my boss to reimburse me the money became a wicked, aggressive witch. I felt badly treated and I asked her to please be a little more Cortez, she turned around and left me alone in the box. what a pity that this has to happen in the super market of my preference which I attend more than 10 years ago. They should be more careful with the customer service staff, because that lady is definitely not trained to deal with clients.

It’s just okay. I moved here from the PNW and this was the place I chose to shop. It’s not terrible but I find that their White wine selections are mediocre. It’s always the same old thing. They offer 30% off but it seems that they mark their wines up considerably to compensate. I recently went to Albertsons and was so excited to try some new wines. BTW I’m speaking mostly whites because we belong to wine clubs in N. Sonoma wherein we get reds. I really think that Ralph’s could do better and have some variety. I think I’m switching to Albertsons.

I give up using the Ralphs app. Too hard to get the Saturday specials in the cart properly. Then its embarrassing to have the cashier override the price of it doesnt work. Also if you have to bring anything back you have to go to the checkout lines which you have to fight to break in line which is totally rude. Am I the only one who has this problem?

Basically got profiled on a visit with my gym bag before a work out by a white blonde short female Mgr. Been in this store 100’s of times multiple times a month to by supplies before and after workouts. The one visit I was very tan and unshaved after a couple of long jet lagged stints in warmer and tropical climates wearing “doing laundry” clothes, I get rudely yelled out with accusatory looks about my bag from a manager I’ve seen on duty with the same bag several times before? What are the odds? How bout have some tact in dealing with customers regardless of color, race, or status?Guess the tiki torches by the front door right after the Nazi marches where there for a reason. Racism and profiling is alive and well at Ralph’s in HB.

Do you store is excellent but the bank which is Wells Fargo that I used to bank at has a lot of issues they make a lot of mistakes and I had a problem with a few of the tellers there that were inappropriate Acts from them and misleading other tellers because they were jealous of me were having a very good job building pools and having a poor out where theyre in their little box all day long I dont Bank there anymore from the problems I had with a couple of the tellers a few of them are very nice but overall the manager of that bank in particular is a prejudice Chinese man Daniel something Im looking into a lawsuit to go against their discriminating circumstances Charles Denny Smith thats me

I have been shopping at Ralphs for 16 years and have noticed they are more concerned with organic, olive bar and raw oats, nuts etc. Their vegetable dept is horrible and many of items that I purchased were out of date and even moldy. I am seriously thinking about going to Albertsons which is the same distance from my house. Its been a disappoint.
