Friendly service. Drinks were well made. The line was a little slow moving, even for Starbucks drive thru, but the service at the window made up for it.

Standard Starbucks. Messed up my tea order which I didnt realize until I got back to the hotel. They left out the milk from my Earl Grey tea. My hotel didnt have milk, only half&half, so I was sad. I didnt think the order was that difficult. I guess Ill check them from now on.

Typical Starbucks. Was pretty crowded and loud inside. Theres a nice tree to sit under outside though.

I dont know why people are so bitter about this location, I always get good service here. My drink is always made fast. The barista even reminded me of my points and asked if I wanted to use them. They practice social distancing and all wear masks. I saw hand sanitizer for the customers. The baristas are all nice. Ill always come here when Im in H.B.

Coffee was not hot enough for a cold Sunday morning... also, I was over charged... !!!

To not have your bathroom open during the pandemic so that I can wash my hands before I eat is totally not acceptable. Thanks to you Im sure you have helped to spread covid. Please open your bathroom asap for the safety of others.

Horrible service. The girl who was making drinks obviously doesnt know the menu. I ordered caramel frappuccino and she made me a milk drink. Ive been drinking Starbucks since I was little so I know how it suppose to taste. I wish she would learn the name of the drinks and get some customer service skills.

I walked by 6 different coffee shops on my way here from home, to work on my laptop and drink some coffee. Only none of the power outlets work -- which is a total scam, as they apparently havent worked in a long time (according to the reviews, which I read too late). This place does good business, if they wanted the outlets to work, they would.Is this the end of the world, no. The problem is that an integral part of the Starbucks experience, the ability to sit for a while with your computer, or a book, or to charge your phone while enjoying a $6 drink...is apparently unavailable at THIS Starbucks.I work from home. I didnt need to leave my house today to walk the 1.5 miles to this Starbucks, but I did. And now that Im here, Ive wasted both my time and money. I could have purchased my coffee at any number of other places, or I could have stayed home and made my own.Will I come back? No. Will I think twice about going to another Starbucks in the future, because Im fearful of wasting my time? Yes.Whats the point? The point is that the shortfalls of this company store or franchise, I dont know, will have a lasting impact for me, and my friend -- when it comes to doing business at Starbucks, in general. If we cant get consistency across the brand, then well bring our business somewhere where we can.

Love my coffee and no better place to go than Starbucks. This location right on main street is great. They got my order out to me so fast that I was surprised. I ordered five different drinks for everyone and received my order very fast and it was correct. Would definitely recommend this location.

It’s Starbucks. If you love Starbucks it’s awesome. I love Starbucks. Great location but sadly Main Street is loaded with homeless folks and some crazies that like to sit out front of Starbucks and argue with each other. Lol. Other then that it’s my first stop before heading to work or anywhere. The guys and gals that work at this location are super cool. Now if only they would put a Starbucks in the Pacific mall. That is a location that would do even better. With the hotels and the residents that live across the street aka myself, that would be the busiest and most awesome Starbucks ever especially if they pick an ocean view side of the mall. I can only hope and dream corporate and the mall will make this happen one day. 🙏🏼

Great service

Great location in downtown Huntington Beach. Love grabbing a drink and then heading down to the actual Beach path for a walk. Staff is always helpful and they are also dog friendly by offering water for in a cup.

Good coffee, atmosphere is nice and service is friendly. Great place to get some caffeine. Pastries are usually fresh.

This Starbucks was not warm and welcoming. We didn’t hear a thank you or a goodbye. There was probably 4-5 baristas there and yet we had no connection from any of them. While we were trying to decide we kept getting the side eye from the barista up front. And while we waited for our drinks we had no connection from the barista making our drinks. As a partner I was taken aback at How they seemed not to care about best moments at all. Only reason they get a 2 star is because they made our drinks right.

This one gets busy and has a higher than normal turn over so employees are often new. As long as you make sure they know what you want its good.

Couple of beach bums getting a feul up before heading out to the water to watch the surfers.Bathroom has to be unlocked directly by a barista. Yikes, they must have had lots of issues in the past.

The worst service they ever had. I have stopped almost everyday for a coffee, and it took ten minutes to serve a regular coffee today. The new people need a better training.

This place needs alot of cleaning and the service was super slow and the staff keeps.on making the wrong order.Its time to give your employees some training and teach them what customer service is .Very disappointed

They served me almost 1/2 of my cup with FOAM !! Im angry I paid almost 5.00 to get a lot of foam in a hot coffe.

This place is by far my favorite place on Main Street in Huntington Beach. The staff here are amazing and remarkable Beyond friendly courteous attentive and go above and beyond to make sure that each time Im here regardless if Im a regular or not I have an amazing experience with Starbucks. Not only are they invested in my experience with Starbucks but I feel like theyre invested in my life like theyre a part of my life and when they see myself and my son whos eight who loves them all individually as well they take a special vested interests and knowing and making sure he knows that hes acknowledged and his needs are met as well, I love this place like a 2nd home an their new manager is amazing an has some amazing friendly vibes! We love you guys an appreciate all your hard work an dedication!

From the managers to the staff Always Rude 😡 If you put a $2 in the tip jar for a $10 order they look at like you just insulted them. Each time the coffee is terrible and each time I say Im not ever going to go there again. But I love the breakfast sandwich. Only reason I go back!

A typical, warm, welcoming Starbucks with all the Starbucks coffees, teas and eats.Restroom is impeccably clean (as is the rest of the shop) and a changing station is available for babies and infants.

A good place to hang out. Plenty of eye candy view in this area.

Busy spot. Classic Starbucks vibe. Not a lot of space in shop so its more of an in and out type coffee stop.

Small siting area inside. Outside they have several benches with umbrellas that face the corner of the street. Very nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee and people watch.

Always a pleasure to stop by when Im in Huntington Beach, was able to get reusable cold cups for a great price.

Im a permanent Starbucks customer (2-3 times a day) with prepaid money on my Starbucks account came to this place to work on my laptop, to have a breakfast and coffee, but before that I wanted to go to the restroom, so I wouldnt interrupt my work with putting all my stuff (laptop, charger, etc) back in my bag pack and taking out again later. Also there was a huge line to the order window. Mr. Jared The Boss blocked my way and told me they have no Public Restrooms. Ive tried to explain him that I came first of all to Starbucks, I tried to show him my Starbucks app with prepaid money on my account and to explain that Im going to stay to work and make purchases, but he didnt want to hear anything, interrupted me every time I tried to say anything and finally he threatened me he will kick me out. Fantastic service!!!! Go to Coffee Bean across the street! They are friendly and will give you the pass code for the restroom with your purchase!

This Starbucks is great if you dont want to sit there for a bit. But if you want to go somewhere that has Wi-Fi and coffee, youll need to go somewhere else as their outlets do not work (and havent worked for over a year).

Been coming to this location for a few years. The past 2 times in a row and my coffee tastes burnt and smells burnt.... not happy

NO ELECTRICITY TO CHARGE MY LAPTOP.I travel all over the US. This is the only Starbucks that does not have a place to charge my laptop and phone. I pay ridiculous prices for their garbage drinks in exchange for wifi and a charge. Thats always been the deal. I wont be back.

Went there this morning to meet with some friendsI stayed in line to order a coffeeA lowlife guy in front of me started yelling at me for no reason and it was clearly based on the fact that I’m foreign!No support from the staff and it seemed that he was some kind of related to one of the staff members ( older grey blond guy with a grey beard) I’m contacting their corporate to seek legal action!Worst Shop ever

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to, especially for such a busy area as Main Street. Seating is extremely limited and there is no power for patrons who would like to stay a while with their devices and enjoy coffee. They also recently restricted the restrooms to only be used by the Baristas so say goodbye to refills if you need to go across the street and use the restroom since that would end your visit. This place may as well be a drive thru.

Slow baristas who could careless if your order is made right. They sit and talk to each other instead of trying to listen to the people ordering. Drinks are always made wrong which makes everything take 10x as long. Theres always an extremely long line and limited seating. As a former Starbucks employee this location is such a disappointment.

This Starbucks is as always a Starbucks. Located on an awesome main street in Hunnington and walking distance from the beach. Only draw back at this location is little to no outdoor seating.
