Crystal was friendly and called me when my car was ready for pick-up which I appreciated. My car was hit and there was a dent and the paint also came off. I was amazed on the stunning work they did. In all honesty I want sure what to expect but they definitely did an exceptional job. My car looks brand new and they even washed it. I highly recommend them.

Other than waiting for the part, everything was fast and professional. I felt good throughout the process. The burgundy color matching was really good. Its as good as new. Highly recommend.

Took car for repair and they did not used new parts, bubbles in the parts where car was painted, not detail oriented. Car was supposedly ready and it was not what expected. Had to leave car for another couple days and even then it was still not perfect; I mean, Id youre paying your deductible and the insurance is paying for the rest, you expect the job to be done right!! Not mediocre done! And customer service at the front desk leaves a lot to wish for! The woman at the front desk does not even make eye contact, does not even acknowledge you, they have a coffee machine and everything but they dont even have cups!But any how, the most disappointing part and obviously the most important is the car detail, for which I do not recommend this place unless you really cant care less about your car. The guys that she in charge of giving the car after fixed where nice and friendly, thats the only reason this review has 2 stars... oh, supposedly they do give you a life time warranty, have got to see about that.

They are very professional. They did the repairs in under the time that was estimated. The car looks great. This is the second car that GT Collision Center has repaired. They work really well with Geico.

They were great. My car was hit in a parking lot, needed a brand new bumper and trim piece. Got a quote for my vehicle on a Friday, called to have the necessary parts ordered Monday, dropped the car off Tuesday and had it back in my garage at home on Wednesday. Flawless paint work on the replacement parts as if they were factory.

Always a great experience. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Morgan. I brought my car in for body repair and they always gave me updates while my car was being fixed, which was nice. They were still very accommodating even after I picked up my car and brought it back to their shop the next day because I thought the valve stem of one of the tires was damaged during body repair. They addressed the issue on the same day, and assured me that nothing was damaged and that my car was safe to drive. Overall good service!

They were very efficient. Since the insurance handled things I cant say of they were reasonably priced...

Im very pleased with the quality of the customer service and body work at GT Collision. The staff are friendly and helpful which made it an easy experience from start to finish. The fact that Im able to drop off my rental and pick up my car in less the 30 mins since I was at lunch.But beside all this The owner Garret waive almost $300 off my bill since my insurance agent did not informed me of the extra charges from my repairs after my deductible was taking care of,who does that now in days if anything is the opposite.Im super grateful and would recommend GT Collision to everyone.My car looked beautiful and was ready to drive away clean and ready.

I was directed to this shop for repairs by a GEICO agent after one of their customers made an unsignaled lane change directly into me. Everything about my experience with GT Collision Center was absolutely top-notch! They did a great job on the repairs in a pretty timely fashion, and the customer service could not possibly have been any better. I dealt primarily with Morgan, and he really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend this shop.

Very disappointing. On the surface this looks like the best body shop you will ever go to. Every clean waiting area. Your expect hear service upon enteringThey were supposed to take care of my pick up that had been broken into and vandalized. I told them how urgent it was to get this done asap. Morgan said he would do his best to get it done by Friday. By the labor day weekend. Not only was it not done by then, the locksmith apparently wasnt called until the last minute though they knew a week prior that it would need to be scheduled. Thats how long the truck was there. The parts to do it quickly were already there. So I waited another four days! The car was supposed to be washed and detailed. The door handle replaced as well as the steering column ignition. So 2 out of 4 is ok I guess. The inside detailing was spot on but they forgot glove box. The outside was a general wash with the chrome unfinished. The door handle that was supposed to be chrome was black. I was already behind schedule and had to leave the state. I couldnt believe thats what I got after they had the truck 9 days!So warning to all. Try somewhere else.

My wifes 2013 Audi was splashed by a chemical that literally damaged the paint down to the metal. Geico works hand and hand with GT and for the sake of convenience we left the car with them and crossed our fingers. These folks at GT did a spectacular job repainting the 3/4 of the car that had paint damage. It took a little longer than they forecast but that was secondary in light of the quality paint job we received. We would NOT HESITATE to use GT Collision again or to refer them to anyone in need of auto body services. Garrett has been very patient with my wife and when it comes to her car shes worse than one of the Bros with her meticulous attention to detail.

They are amazing. I highly recommend them. They are enthusiasts that enjoy what they do and it shows.

Good service for the price

I dont recommend this place. I was referred to them by my insurance company. They are very sloppy and careless about their work. my car was left super dusty inside literally, my older car model was cleaner than the my newer car. They never updated me after the time passed with my vehicle in the shop. Communication was an issue with them. Besides everything else. I was never rushing them it was the fact they never communicated me anything after telling me it was only going to take three weeks. I never heard from them until i called them. The worst part, after they gave me the car is that i kept going back to have them fix the car properly as i kept finding items done in a sloppy way. Even up to this day the car still has defects of their repairs done. The owner Garrett is not responding to my messages neither ask anyone to call me about this issues. Im not the kind of person that like to badmouth anyone or their business, but this is not acceptable practice. In addition that they receive a lot business from insurances who trust them to fix the accordingly to their price.

Morgan went above and beyond for me. Great customer service and I couldnt recommend them more!

My first fender bender ugh. Was sent to GT for inspection and estimate because it’s a Geico preferred collision center.Knew it’d be a good place from the get-go to have 2 of the mechanics admire my (albeit dinged up) 2006 M3... oh yes it’s a beaut! And because the owner, Garrett, came himself to explain how they would go about doing repairs.Brownie points for clean and relatively well appointed waiting area (especially for a mechanic!) complete with chilled water bottles and a Keurig.Excellent experience w the in-house Geico rep, Genoveva, who was prompt and thorough and answered all my car anatomy questions.Would have been 5 stars except the front desk person was very disinterested and didn’t seem to understand the flow of the center.Decided to go w them for repairs vs a certified bmw center, will update review after I get my lil car back!
