I highly recommend Marina Auto Body. Car issues are never fun to have to invest in and work your life around but Marina Auto Body made the experience better. They are thorough, have great communication, high quality work and were pleasant to do business with.I have a 2014 Toyota Camry. The previous owner of my vehicle was in a collision that damaged the cars frame, radiator & support, and fans. Unfortunately I was unaware of these damages until there was a leak in my radiator. Although it was upsetting to have to inherit these repairs, I am happy that I went with Marina Auto Body to complete them. Fernando was very thorough about explaining all of the necessary repairs and why they needed to be completed. He kept me updated about additional findings, part deliveries and provided photos which gave me a nice visual—since my knowledge of cars is very limited. I appreciated the option to communicate via email too.Also, they cleaned my car! Everything under the hood and my dashboard. I wasn’t expecting this and seeing it just made me feel really happy and grateful for their business.

I was involved in an accident that was not my fault. The other insurance wanted to give me $1,395.00 to fix my bumper. I wasnt interested in the money and requested a body shop near me to fix the car. That is where I was lead to Marina Auto Body. After taking the car apart to replace my bumper, the found a lot more damage behind the bumper and my claim jumped to almost $6,000.00. The other insurance wouldnt cover due to the high cost, therefore, I had to go through my own insurance. My car was in this shop for almost a month, Bill Hubbard was my contact person. He called me a couple times a week to keep me updated on the progress of my car. When the are was finally ready for pick up, I was so very pleased to see the immaculate job that was done to my front end. Its a 2013 Flex and when I got it back it looked brand new. A few weeks ago, we bought our camry hybrid back to Marina Autobody for repair but after Bill Hubbard submitted his supplemental estimate about $12,000 which was about 3 times the estimate that Nat Gen came up with by looking at our uploaded photos. Nat Gen agreed to pay us for the total loss value of the car.We had a major repair on this same car at Marina Autobody five and a half years ago in December 2014 all the repaired parts and the painting job that Marina did for us were still intact. They looked and worked like the original parts and the original paint. In many years being the returned customers we always took our car back completely satisfied.Best of all, Bill and Cindy, in the few times that we had services from Marina AutoBody, always provided us with quick but throughout estimates and effectively dealt with the insurance companies to get our car repaired or taken away for us. My husbands 2016 Toyota truck was rear ended and our insurance company recommended Marina Auto Body as a preferred vendor. We were very pleasantly surprised with the ease of the entire repair process. From having a rental car ready when we brought the truck in - to getting updates on the status of the work, it was all quite seamless. They replaced the right rear panel and it is missing a mud decal in front of the wheel well which Marina is supposed to be ordering. Other than that we are very happy with the job. Cant even tell there was any damage.

This body shop was recommended by my insurance. I brought my lexus GS there for them to fix left front fender and replaced left headlight. But they didnt do it right so I have to be it back for second fix as Im writing this review my car starts in the shop (for 2 weeks)

We have used Marina Auto Body twice in the last 10 years for minor body work on 2 different cars. They are consistently good. The paint work is by far the best. They did an excellent job of blending the metallic paint in with the original factory paint on the door and rear quarter panel. You cannot tell the car had bodywork and repainted areas. We highly recommend them.

The insurance of the party that rear-ended us sent us here for an estimate but told us we do not have to have the work done here and can have it done somewhere of our choice. We came in for the estimate and were very pleased with the kindness and courtesy of the employees and their knowledge. We decided to have the work done here instead of our usual place. We were very pleased with the outcome and will return here when we need these services again.

I discovered Marina auto body as an approved vendor for my progressive auto insurance claim. Needless to say I was thrilled with the results of the paint matching as well as the panel alignment and repair. They were competitivelypriced and I could imagine that they would have other places would have charged double and provided work that was only half as good. If you call, ask for Bill when hes a very knowledgeable and professional associate there and even gave me a tour of all of their facilities which are really modern and clean.the repair took exactly the amount of time that I was promised it would, and they even scheduled me to be picked up by Enterprise rental car without having to wait or do it myself. That is 5 Star service. and I dont want to forget the front office staff, there are a couple of young ladies who were very professional and congenial.

I had my car here after I got rear ended twice in a span of one month. They were very courteous and professional and made sure there was no hassle, which is so important, they followed up with calls about status updates on my car, the end result was great. I chose them again the second time and will do the same in the future.

I got into the worse accident a couple of weeks ago, my tow truck guy said he knew of marina and was going to take me there because it was close by. When I got to marina, I was very shook, all my air bags went off, my car was totaled (found out afterwards) and I’ve been crying for the past hour.When I got in they asked me right away if I was okay, they were telling me it was gonna be okay and I was lucky I wasn’t hurt. They made the process easy and less painful. I was very thankful for Cindi and Matt.Cindi even drove me home, I told her she totally didn’t need to do that, but she wanted to make sure I was okay. Matt even called me the next day to ask how I was feeling and to let me know when he’ll have all the details.I’ve never had an auto shop treat me like that before and it was very refreshing. They were very informative, letting me know after the car was there a few days that the insurance adjuster had not shown up yet so I could call my insurance and find out why they had not been there. Then, after they inspected my car I was told by insurance that my car was a total loss. Even though my car was not going to be fixed there the lady I spoke to on the phone still was able to help me by getting some items I had forgotten in the car and holding them at the reception for actually a couple weeks until I was able to pick them up today.

They have the best customer service. I even received a handwritten Thank You note in the mail for bringing my crushed Toyota Camry in to be serviced. I really appreciated all they did for me and so quickly too!

These guys have outstanding service. They were very professional every time we spoke and they did great work on my 14 Chevy Cruze. I didnt have rental insurance, so they scheduled me at a time so I wouldnt be without my car for longer than I had to be. They finished much faster than I had expected, and the car looks great.

Bill and his technicians at Marina Auto Body did an excellent job fixing my 2016 Toyota RAV4. They removed all scratches and dents from my car, making it look almost brand new. I couldnt believe in my eyes when I got my car back. I extremely happy with their service and highly recommend them!

Pricing is pretty high, which I would not mind at all if their level of customer service matched this. The repair work was alright, but I feel like I should have gone elsewhere. They dont return calls, I had to keep inquiring at various points in my repair. I will not be returning to this business, ever.

This is my second time having to use them on separate occasions. On my first time, they got the windshield wiper controls reversed. But once I brought it to their attention, they promptly corrected the problem in 10 min.On the second instance, the workmanship is like new. Bill also provides excellent customer service. I wasnt able to make it in time for normal business hours during the week once my repair was complete. He made an accommodation to meet me on Saturday morning so i could have my car for the upcoming week.I even referred my dad to this shop when he got rear ended in his car.I hope to not have to use them again. But if the need arises, we will return.

This is a follow-up to the excellent work that was done on my car from 2016. I did have a problem related to that work that was done then and Bill was very helpful in getting that problem resolved. He took the worry out of what we should do since it was almost a year since Marina had worked on my car. He took it and had it looked at and then fixed. He also took it upon himself to help us with some work my husband had done and needed some advice on. I consider this being a company built upon integrity and helping when they can. They do a nice job inside and out leaving our car looking like new and with some air freshener making it even smell crisp. Their general manager Cyndi Osthus kept us update on our case via email since it was a more complicated accident that resulted in extra procedures needing to be done. Marina Auto Body dealt with all the communications needed to have the insurance cover the needed operations and delivered the car looking as new as the day we got it 9 years ago. My repair car was returned to me looking like new, a great job

DO NOT LET YOURSELF BE RIPPED OFF BY MARINA AUTO BODY. Bill Hubbard of Marina Auto Body is calculating and dishonest - he has a reputation for making promises he doesnt keep and stealing from customers. I made the huge mistake of trusting Bill Hubbard and Marina to make a simple repair of my exterior paint. They removed the car doors and caused some damage/didnt replace a door properly. As soon as I rove away from their office (after hours) the console light was coming on indicating a door wa open. Lights flickered and the door open sound occurred. This caused my battery to drain. Bill Hubbard refused to fix the damage caused by Marina. He kept my car for 3 weeks while I got the run around, was avoided and told the car would be fixed and ready for pick up. The car was not fixed and Bill Hubbard tried to claim the damage was not caused by them. He said if I gave them additional business, they would fix the car, but only if I had Marina fix another unrelated issue on the car. Bill was upset that I didnt choose to have my other car serviced by them, after he wrote me an estimate - that took 2 weeks to receive. Bill Hubbard is a criminal with no conscience. He knew he was willfully stealing from a single, unemployed mother that could not afford to be ripped off.
