I absolutely trust no one else but Joe and his incredible team at Ferace’s! It’s nerve wracking to find a mechanic you can really trust, but these guys are the best! They keep me informed and up to speed on what’s going on with my ‘88 Ford Camper Van. They are happy to take calls from me when I’m on the road. They really take their time helping me troubleshoot and always have great solutions. I appreciate that I can bring my van (also my home) by and they do quick but excellent service. I feel really great driving away because I know they do a thorough and thoughtful job every time.

I had my 5th wheel worked on by this mismanaged shop. Co-owner Gasper was presented with proof the shop was negligent, causing significant damage to my tow vehicle and yet he refused to offer a reasonable solution. Gasper was belligerent and just know, that you will have zero recourse for any shoddy work they perform.

They handle everything for out work vehicles.

This was our first experience with Faraces Automotive...we cant say enough about their great service. They had everything done in one day at a reasonable cost! Loved Lola...she was so friendly and helpful...well be back.

Gasper is rude and ignorant. He didnt know what a capture plate was but knew they didnt remove it from my 5th wheel. Well they did and I had proof failing to put it back on caused $900 in damage to my truck. When approached about their negligence he was belligerent and threw me off his property. Do not use this incompetent shop. Totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!
