The owner and workers are awesome they really are waiting with a welcoming atmosphere . Upon arrival I was quickly greeted and checked out with no wait time on delivery $$$ I spend about 1,500 which is we’ll spend time. . The delivery crew members are quick at assembling bed frames and mattresses getting rid of all trash thank you. Today is July17,2021. I’m going to be awarded with a memory foam mattress and bedframe. About 3 years ago I bought a wonderful full over full bunk bed from this store. While it has held up very well and is very sturdy, we had a mishap this week that had the support beam under the top bunk break. I went back to the store to see if we could buy a new one, and they were very helpful and took the replacement peice right off the floor model me so I wouldnt have to wait for the new piece. We looked around while they got it, and they have an amazing selection of bunk and loft beds, as well as other furniture. The staff was friendly and helpful and we saw a few pieces we will be going back for!

After experiencing mattress buying hell with false advertising everywhere I stopped. Something told me to just try 1 more place so I stopped by. I purchased 2 bunk beds and was in need of 4 mattress. Immediately I was greeted by great staff and got a great deal! By far the best experience I have ever had I will definitely be back!

The store is crooks. When I purchased a mattress, they said I can return it as long as I left it in the plastic. One day later they would not except the return when it did not fit intended purpose.

The owner himself and his staff members are extremely understand when it comes to taking care of business. Not to mention that they do compare prices. I love this store! Aweful customer service. He seemed very helpful in person but was not so over the phone. I paid for a full bedroom set and after many, many calls, empty promises and him avoiding giving answers, he tried to give me a bedroom set that wasnt what I paid for. Ultimately, I wasted time and gas and just had to get my money back cause it was not what I wanted. Would not recommend to anyone.

I went in to the store and ordered my furniture on a Sunday and paid cash. I was advised my furniture would be deliver on Tuesday between 2 and 5 pm. They drivers did not show up until 8pm and when I unwrapped the furniture I noticed one dresser was not the same color as the rest of my furniture, I called the store at about 8 30 and a guy named Mike immediately jump defense and said well we have never had this problem before. He was very rude and not willing to listen and talked over me the entire time. I advised him his level of customer service was very poor. He stated he would call the warehouse to see where the mix up came in at and give me a call back. I asked him how long would it take for him to call me back and he could not give me a time I am still waiting for him to call me back. I will never ever do business with these people again and if they do not correct the issue whit, y furniture I am going to file suit!

I ordered a $1000 custom-made cherry wood bed. Mike told me it would take 2 weeks to manufacture.When the delivery men came, they couldnt get it through the hall and managed to dent/ scratch up the bed, and ruin the walls. They even cluttered my living room in a way that I couldnt access the kitchen. Mike instructed the men to leave without finishing. I realized the bed wasnt fully stained either.After many phone calls Mike assured me he would contact the manufacture and get right back to me about what to do. He avoided my calls, went on a 2 week vacation and never got back to me. I had to get someone else put the bed in the room (btw, all she had to do is stand up the bed and it slid right in). The sellers are very nice, but the owner is DEVIOUS, go somewhere else and save yourself a headache!

Unsatisfactory service after sale i purchased bunkbeds on 11/12/16 i was told there is a warranty comes with 3-4 years of service. Thats a joke no warranty really exist. Charging me $50 or $25 for repairs. The bunkbeds are loose worthless.

The staff was horribly rude. I would never wish this type service on even my worst enemy. The selection if thats what the call it was minimal. Not worth the time it took getting out of the vehicle to even walk in

Dont buy here. I bought a bunk bed and when I received it 2 items were broken. I brought them in to the store and he guaranteed me he was going to order them, that they will be there in 2 weeks.3 weeks passed and I called him. He said he didnt remember but to take them back to him and place it in his hand, I told him I did that the first time. He was no help. I even offered to pay for shipping or even the pieces I needed and that didnt even worked. I guess ALL HE WANTS IS TO SELL WHAT HE HAS. no other piece items

I see that some people have had problems with the Sleep Shop, this was not my experience. Super knowledgable staff, not to mention the free shipping to my house.

They are very rude and disrespectful. I bought a chest for $200 and had it delivered. I noticed that the paint on the drawers was done horribly so i returned them to the store to tell the manager. He was very arrogant and disrespectful saying its not like you bought a $500 chest it ONLY cost you $200. Will never do business with them again.

I just bought a bed 2 months ago and its falling a part and the guy tells me it heavier duty bed but that I have to buy some board in order for it to work he a retard please nobody buy from this guy doesnt know what hes making over there or doing his customer service is shi*** and I will take them to court
