James was fantastic! It was early on a Saturday and he treated us like we were the only customers hed seen all day. He helped us find a mattress for a picky teenager. I think he got us a good deal on it. We even picked it up the same day at the warehouse. All over fantastic job! Thanks, James!!!

How can you put into words, such a disappointment without being mean? You can’t after dealing with this warehouse. You pay for a bed and frame to be delivered and setup. Yet they send you a full size frame with a queen size mattress. How do you not question that before you send it out? When I’ve scheduled a whole day to be home, clear out the room to make it easier on the setup, just to be told oh well, you’ll have to reschedule. Now I’m stuck waiting almost another week before I can be home on a old mattress when I’m already paying for a new one sitting in a warehouse just cause someone did not use common sense.

It was mediocre to say the least. Location is very hidden when driving into the business park. Finally found a handwritten sign to pull into warehouse. Pulled in and sat there for at least 10 minutes until an employee approached my truck to obtain reciept of purchase. Annoyed with the fact that there was 1 employee anchored to a fork lift from time of arrival, on his cellphone while a young Hispanic employee was struggling to load a vehicle in front of me alone. Cell phone employee stood there watching this employee struggle as you could see in the picture. A supervisor came out and Mr. Cellphone employee finally moved to assist the other struggling employee loading the truck. Sad. Someone needs to discuss team work, professionalism and awareness of Customer service.

The gentleman was nice getting me my furniture, but it took a while. He brought me a mattress that the plastic protector was ripped open on the mattress. I had to wait for him to find a mattress that was not open packaging. Other than that it was a good experience

This place is a little hidden and kind of hard to find, but you shouldn’t have a problem as long as you use GPS. They were relatively quick and easy to work with.

Billy was working when we walked in. He let us take our time to find what kind of mattress would be best for us. He showed us a couple of options and then also let us walk around and try other mattresses. He gave us enough time to look alone and helped us whenever we had questions. It was really low pressure which I appreciated.He went above and beyond for us after we bought the mattress by allowing us to move the delivery date up one week. Definitely recommend this place!

Went over there, wasnt even open. No message on the door or anything, terrible service.

Fairly organized but dont try to pick up your items around lunch time because youll be waiting for a while.

Mike was really nice! He let us try all the mattresses and told us alot of interesting stuff on how and why stuff is made that way. He worked around my budget and helped me find what I needed and not just sell me anything. The adjustable base and the exercises he showed us were super cool, definitely referring this to my friends.

Went to the warehouse to pick up my merchandise on 9/21/2020 and not a single employee there had a mask on. When I questioned the manager she said they were not required to wear one by their employer. Are you serious? We have to make contact with the person that comes to your vehicle when arriving and when loading the merchandise. Not to mention, you have to go inside and fill out paperwork-meaning more contact with their staff. Honestly, disappointed with the lack of respect to their clients.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I bought 2 mattresses and a frame at better-than-internet prices. Couldnt believe it. A+ customer experience.

Do not buy anything from these people! Please tell your friends and family! I have a friend who is going to devote a whole blog to there treatment of me and my wife. Last month we ordered a mattress online to be delivered Saturday, Saturday morning we paid for ours to be removed and hallef off only to get a email from mattress firm the day of delivery that we would not be getting it until next month. The stores will not help no one will talk to you or call . We emailed our situation only to be told the could deliver a different mattress to us at no extra cost. Well that was supposed to be yesterday and no delivery, on top of that the mattress that was to be delivered at no extra cost when we looked it up its hundreds of dollars less then what we paid. Still no phone call or anything from these people. Mark my words if you buy from these people you are going to be cheated.

Rating for this company 4.2.. I was waiting 8 hours for unload!! They told me that my broker didn’t book appointment for this load and I have to wait until they finish with other truckers.. also, one more truck had the same situation as me!

I called the store I bought at and they claimed that the driver waited 15 minutes in his truck but I never received a call. Now they are saying that they wont come back to deliver and that it has been rescheduled. I have never been so upset with a company. They do not take care of there customers. Do not buy from Mattress Firm. ‬

Five parked fork lifts one person pulling products. ONE guy strapping mattresses! Five or Six guys walking around. Two in office doing nothing. Took more than 30 minutes! Ridiculous! Not worth it! Well George made it worth it ... Friendly, HARD WORKING and great attitude in that Hot Warehouse!

They give you a great flyer with the address and information on how to pick up your mattress from the distribution center, but they dont give you hours of operation. Google says the hours are from 10AM-9PM, so I drove all the way over there and arrived at 7:30PM only to find out they close at 7PM. There were still some people working inside and someone answered when I buzzed, but they still refused to help me.PSA: Hours for pick: 10AM-7PM

From a truck drivers prospective, stay away unless you want to unload your own truck, yes they will not go into your trailer you have to bring the mattresses to the rear of your trailer and they will take it from there. Beware the BOL may say driver assist, but it will be driver unload. And the broker will do nothing to help.

You go here if you want to pick up your own matress instead of paying a delivery fee. Which, if you have a truck, is well worth it. I will say though, mattresses are bigger than your realize. If you bought a queen and you think you can fit it into your SUV, youre dumb. Thankfully, the guys at the warehouse have rope or Tweed and they will tie your matress to the top of the roof so that you can drive away anyway. Thats why I give this place five stars. I feel like they could have told me something like oh yeah were going to have to deliver yours which would have sucked, but they didnt do that.Thanks matress firm.

Super rude people. Threatened to lock us out if we didnt show up in 15 minutes. Only to force us into paying for delivery. If you have to go make sure you use the bathroom first and bring snacks and drinks because it will be a long long wait

I usually hate it when Im told that I have to pickup my purchase from a distribution center but at the Mattress Firm center all I had to do was drive into the warehouse and show my receipt and within 5 minutes they loaded the mattress in my truck and I was on my way. Very efficient.

Bought mattresses for my kids and the manager is very helpful...definitely recommend.
