He was able to help find extra discounts, which helped me SAVE A LOT of money. I went to many stores to find a mattress and got it here solely because of Jamil. I can’t recommend him more highly!! From Jamil at the store to the delivery guys, each of them were very courteous, polite, and helpful. The delivery guys explained everything to me, and made sure I tried the adjustable bed before they left to ensure it was too my liking. I purchased a mattress on 9/5/2929 and was treated with exceptional professionalism, customer service and respect! Both my salesman, Hayward Evans, as well as the other salesperson in the store at the time, were very patient with me (I ask a lot of questions) as well as informative while explaining why he chose the particular mattress for me. My salesman provided me with the best mattress for my budget and explained what to expect from the mattress. I will never purchase a mattress from any other place! By the way this is my 3rd mattress in 3 years from a different store. I love Mattress Firm and the salesmen they employ! I love my mattress!

8/21/2020....Jamil Nunn was the best! He made this experience supper smooth and easy! He made the visit all about us,what we actually needed. Great customer service. Highly recommend,But I am giving 2 stars as we got our delivery wrong, we paid for a 300 adjustable base and we received a 50 adjustable base.... I went to the store already, supposedly they will change the base for me.... I will change my rating once they bring the correct adjustable base.Update: 8/23/2020...... Mattress firm took care of the situation, they already changed my adjustable base and everything looks good! Thank you mattress firm!!!

I was suffering from lower back pain because of old mattress. Jamil helped me find the right mattress. He was very patient and let me try out each mattress and explained about each one. I got great service here and so I ended up buying additional mattress for our guest room and two adjustable bases. I also got free deliver and mattress covers. They even hauled my old mattresses and installed adjustable bases in less than 20 min. Overall it was a great experience at Mattress Firm Clearance.

Needed a mattress quickly and called several stores and other regular Mattress Firm locations but could only find name brand mattresses in Twin XL here. A bit pricey considering the size needed but a quality but used mattress shouldn’t be over a thousand dollars regular price. Did get it at 50% off though. The salesman Haywood was good and knowledgeable about the products though.

After months of bad rest and back pain I finally decided to take looking for a mattress seriously. I had gone to a few mattress stores but didn’t leave with anything. Hayward was at the location on Buffalo Speedway and was very warm and welcoming. He took my budget seriously and made sure to give me lots of info. In truth I wasn’t planning to buy a mattress that particular day but he made me feel so comfortable and didn’t pressure me at all! Walked out with the one I loved and a smile on my face!

On 8/31/20 I started my search for a new mattress, being that my bed was about 20 years old it was time for a new mattress. I started with the mattress firm near my house on Westheimer 14550 the salesman there was very impatient and did not seem to be a people person, then I thought that I would visit the clearance center on 7320 Southwest frwy much of the same there the salesman there was a loud impatient New Yorker who really had a smart mouth. In was fed up with mattress firm and tried several other mattress places, then decided to order online until on my way to the Medical Center I passed by this Mattress Firm Clearance Center on Buffalo Speedway(9878) I thought just one more try, because a mattress is far to personal to order online. I entered the store and was greeted by Mr. Hayward Evans he began to show me the different degrees of firmness, so then we decided on the medium mattress. As soon as I started to decided two more customers entered the store, Mr Evans greeted all the customers, and began to come back to me I told him that I was still undecided so go ahead with someone else. Mr. Evans was very patient and knowledgeable about the merchandise and gave each customer adequate attention in selecting a mattress. Mr Evans kept a smile on his face and a professional attitude at all times, I was very impressed with his level of professionalism, as for I spent a bit more than I had planned, but Mr Evans has made me a customer for life, my daughter will be furnishing her new home in December and I plan on shopping with Mr. Evans again customer service and professionalism is very important to me and where I spend my money.Thank you Mr Evans for your patience!
