Purchased a $3K living room set. They gave us the runaround on delivery and after about a month, they figured it out. They didnt have 1 piece available and told us itd be about 3 days and theyd bring it. 2 months after purchase, they told US to pick it up at the store only to find out its in their warehouse 15 miles away. No communication, extremely unprofessional, and they COULD NOT deliver one end piece. Dont recommend.

I highly do NOT recommend Famsa if your wanting to get out a personal loan. Their interest rate is ridiculously high. I took out a loan with them last year, and got offered $900 at the time. This year, i filed an application for only the amount i needed which was $500. Once my loan contract was up and i made the last payment, i went ahead and applied for a higher amount. Now keep in mind never did i made late payments nor any of the sort. I reapplied at this location. Same information was used (income, address, etc.) and was dissapointed at the fact that the rep who assisted came back to tell me that i was only approved for $500 and didnt even provide me a straight answer as to why. You would assume that because I wasnt a new customer, ALWAYS paid my loan payments ON TIME that I would get preapproved for a higher amount of dollar. NOT! I left and took my business somewhere else. The following day i get a call from famsa stating afterall i got approved for $200 dollars more. They are a joke and just want your money. It was a WASTE OF MY TIME AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, THEY MADE MY CREDIT SCORE DROP and was a hard inquiry on my credit report.😠Definately will follow up with my complaint i filed.

We have been paying right and our couch is very bad, we have been having problems with it they have came to pick ot up like 3 times and still bad. They dont know how to help or they are just very bad at the job, i dont recommend this place.

I do not owe you anything, but my daughter owes you only 135 dlls, she was unemployed since the pandemic began and could no longer pay them, she is an independent worker, and does not qualify for unemployment. They have not stopped harassing her by phone, by letter, in every possible way, even harassing her references. Now they say that they will send her to court only for that amount, she is ridiculous, in these difficult times.
