Bought what I thought was a good mattress to help with my back after back surgery. In less than 2 years, the mattress started to sag in the middle and I would wake up with back pain every morning. We tried to exchange the mattress under warranty and the owner refused saying it was normal wear in. The mattress was made by Corsicana Bedding. I will not do business with Beds to go or Corsicana Bedding again.

I got a nice bed for a good price, and it was delivered on time, so I dont have much to complain about.The store definitely seems like a discount store on the inside and it isnt in the nicest part of town, but I figured I could get a cheaper mattress here than at any of these big furniture stores. The owner was quick to help me, and he was very friendly. I bought the mattress and paid about $40 extra for delivery (I live within 5 miles of the place). He told me that delivery would be anytime between 5 pm and 9 pm that Friday. I worried that they would come really late, but delivery day came, and I got a call at 4:55 pm saying they were around the corner. I got my mattress promptly at 5:00 pm and was very impressed that I didnt have to wait around all evening for them to show up.I took off 2 stars for three different reasons: 1) The owner was training his teenage daughter that day to sell mattresses and she was laughably bad (had a terrible attitude that included lots of eye-rolling and didnt help me at all). I wouldnt have bought a mattress that day if she had been the sole person helping me...hopefully she improves before she starts selling on her own. 2) The deals werent as good as I thought they would be. You can get cheaper mattresses elsewhere, but I dont know if they would be as comfortable. 3) When I got the mattress I wasnt sure if I would need bed rails or if I had some lying around the house somewhere, and he said I could always come back to buy some if I needed to and theyd be $60. I did end up needing them, so I went back to buy them a two days later. A young man helped me and he told me they would be $80. When I asked him why, he explained the Twin/Queen rails were $60 and the Queen/King rails were $80, and they were sold out of the smaller ones. Seems weird that they would sell out of those just two days later.Overall it was alright. I might suggest looking elsewhere if you simply want something cheap and really great customer service. If youre looking for a good mattress at a discount, this will probably be a good place.

I purchased a king size mattress 45 days ago. The mattress is by Ashley and it sleeps well. The owner honored a price match for the cost of the mattress based on a flyer that was on the showroom floor. It was obvious that he had no idea that matresss was also featured, but he did honor a sale when I brought it to his attention. We negotiated the price and I likely paid an extra $75 over what I would have paid had I gone to an Ashley store based on the ad (it featured a queen), yet I was satisfied with my purchase. The mattress is holding up thus far and I am happy with my purchase. I elected for pick-up vs delivery. The owner contacted me as soon as my matress arrived and offered flexibility in the pick-up times. I would recommend another purchase from this location. I only wished the matress was a little thicker for appearance reasons for height. But thus far, all is well.
