If i could give the place a negative 10 I would. Ive called this place for 2 day without an answer. I am currently at the 19 minute mark letting the phone ring. I order something in Dallas and this store mail it out with the wrong zip code and Im just trying to have them correct it.
First of all I want to say that when ordering from SaksFifthAvenue/ Christian Louboutin, it is a big hassle, besides from actually placing the order, if any problems occur or any changes needed to be made it is almost impossible to get a hold of someone, when you do get of hold of someone on the other end of the phone call it’s either the wrong person that you need to speak to or someone that has no idea how to even help you.I was on the phone for a few hours trying to get in contact with a specific person that placed my order, or even just someone who could help me edit and or confirm my order,It was very frustrating not even talking to a manager, explaining every detail could help me!BUT if you ever think about ordering from Christian Louboutin, Houston Texas, Westheimer rdWhatever you do try to get in contact with a lady named Grace. You wouldn’t believe how easy she made things, how quick she was to help me, as soon as she got on the phone, it wasn’t let me put you on hold or let me transfer you or anything that you normally hear when contacting about an order.She remembered who I was checked up on my order verified that everything was correct, and even went as far as personally contacting me! To update me on my package pick up!.Never in any experience have I had someone contact me instead I was always making phone calls waiting on long holds just to get an answer on what I thought was a simple question.In my opinion SHE ( Grace ) needs to be promoted to a higher position, she is someone who’s hands on ready to get It done!So if you need to make an order for a nice pair of shoes try your best, wait as long as you have to, To get In contact with Grace ! Let her be the one you make your Order with! You won’t regret it.
Great personal customer service. I called ahead and had Ricky hold two pairs for me to try on the next day. When I went into the department store I was not sure where the Louboutin section was and a lady asked me if I needed any help before I even asked her. Elvira took me straight to the section and brought my shoes out to me to try on. She was very helpful in expediating the process. She also referred me to Kenny who was very helpful as well in how to take care of my heels. Overall, I had a very positive and comfortable experience.
