Great quality shoes and excellent staff.

Two workers were very uninterested. Had a pair (only pair) for many years and was a raving fan. My love is over. If I can’t get shoes, they are of no value. It is a pity.

Great shoes - very comfortable, stylish, and long wearing. Store personnel are very helpful and friendly, unlike outlet mall store.

Ecco shoes live up to their lofty reputation and lofty price point. Ecco shoes are great, this store is not. I could live with the poor selection but the service here SUCKS! Not only could the lady not be bothered to put her phone call on hold, but when she did finally get off the phone she just glanced up at me and proceeded to make another call. It seemed like she was glad when I finally took the hint and left. If you need Ecco, check Dillard’s across the street.

Their models are limited, and the do not have a good costumer service. I have been a ECCO customer for a long time, but this store is not the one I would visit in the future.
