The service here is a1 .. I came in to get the green and white LV trainer that I’ve been wanting a while, but little did I know they were sold out everywhere ! I was disappointed and didn’t really see anything else I wanted until I was approached by Christy . A new associate at Louis Vuitton. She definitely understood the assignment ! She took my shopping experience to the next level by letting me scroll through a catalog of everything I could ever choose from! And when I still didn’t seem satisfied she pulled out a few different pairs for me to try on until I found a pair I couldn’t resist . From the beginning she was very friendly and determined to make sure I left the store happy, it felt as if I had the experience of my own personal designer !

BEST LV STORE IN HOUSTON!!! After my SA @ LV Galleria left, we decided to try out LV store in Saks…BEST DECISION EVER!!! The whole team at Saks is so nice, helpful, and professional (much better than some SAs at the main store)! Especially our new SA, Mike (Asian guy), he helped us find out-of-stock items on the internet by ordering it internally!!! Nobody at LV Galleria knows or wants to do this for us…I really appreciate Mije’s help with return/ exchange items (which we bought at the main store) just Bc he doesn’t want us to walk all the way there!

The store was amazing but the service I was recieved before even walking in at 7:30 the man at the door comes to me and says at 8 we’re closed so we’re not letting anyone in because the people inside might stay till 8. I said no problem and stood in line and waited because I knew somebody would leave for me to enter as I’m standing in line. This man let 6 people go in front of me inside that store while I stood there and watch quietly waiting if he would even acknowledge when one of the other employees we knew the Indian boy recognized us he told hey let them in why you let that lady just walk in while we were waiting. He says we come in and sorry for the wait and I asked see you really sorry? That was the worst feeling ever even after buying 11,100 $ bag to get treated like that ? Because I’m Muslim and I wear a scarf

Traveled from out of town and spent some time at the Louis Vuitton store in Saks Fifth. It was great until it wasnt. We bought two purses and was told about a promotion through Saks - 12 months with 0% interest. However, the store associate Dominic S. said it wasnt available yet but he would still be able to process it the following week. Dominic gave us his business card and said to call/text to remind him about the promotion. Well, no response from him or returned calls. I was told he is on vacation and medical leave. I was in contact via phone with another associate from Saks, Irene. Irene also helped us get purses in the store that day. After not hearing back from Dominic or Irene I spoke to Kendrick who was willing to help but later he informed me that Irene and Dominic both told him it wasnt possible. I was pretty much told they couldnt give the promotion unless we returned to the store to do another process, only problem is we arent from Texas. Dominic knew this. My issue is why guarantee customers a promotion but then fail to do so. The lack of communication and false information made this the worse experience at any Louis Vuitton store/Saks I have been to. If they tell you there is a promotion a week after and youre elgible dont believe them or at least wait to make a purchase. Unbelievable.

Pathetic store. Make customers wait outside while they allow some known folks to jump the queue and walk right in. Few products only available and the sales person was not helpful at all, had a condescending attitude...totally avoidable store

I love shopping at this LV located inside of Saks, I always have a welcoming wonderful experience each and every time. Prefer shopping at this one verses the one inside of the mall.

Our SA was Victor, and oh boy, we couldn’t ask for better experience with LV. He is super polite, amazingly attentive, witty and smart but at the same time extremely professional. He is people driven and keen to understand your style so he offers the products to fit the best your wishes and personality. That was the best LV service across the globe I had in LV, I honestly think French colleagues need to be trained by someone like Victor!

Dominique was a superb SA! He’s got good chat and let alone being super attentive to my needs and my indecisiveness. I’ve been making purchases at this Louis Vuitton rather than the one in the galleria because the line is usually wayyyyyy shorter! If you come to this location ask for Dominique👍👍👍

I was in the store today and was discriminated against. Not only did the rep lie about having what I asked for ( I called in advance to check), he also lied about not being able to place my order online and then completely ignored me by walking away while I was mid sentence. Apparently next time (IF THERE IS A NEXT TIME) Ill bring my income statements inorder to get assistance otherwise, Ill be judged. I have shopped at Saks my entire life and visited Louis Vuitton multiple but this specific store is no longer a luxurious experience. This Luis Vuitton sales rep needs training on proper work ethic as he is a poor representation of the brand.

Line was not long. People were social distancing and masks were worn. The assistant was helpful and courteous.

I have the best customer service at LV SFA. We bought a couple of bags from them. I like buying all my designer bags at SFA, as they have reward programs.

I went to this store on Sunday. And Alexander or at-least that’s the name he gave me was really rude to me when I approached him to ask him a question. He replied to my question with a whats up? What do you need? Which is okay but the attitude he gave me while choosing those words was not. To be honest my blood boiled! You would think that LV would hire professional employees. I was honestly looking for a purse and ended up buying a YSL purse that I love thanks to you Alexander. I hope LV can send you to take some classes on how to have manners and how to appropriately approach customers. As per the store there was no manager available. Hope this review gets to the manager in case this incident is not your first.

Use caution, this store sells used damaged products that have been returned.

SA never communicates back to you even if they said they will. Made me feel like im just one of those many people that come and go to the store and get forgotten. Also it seems like they are extremely short short staffed during this pandemic season.

Although there was a line to go in because of the coronavirus situation it moved pretty quick and the employees helping us where very friendly and professional. Booking an appointment was fast and easy, I will definitely be back at this location!

By far my favorite LV store to go to. They treat you with respect and care. Yazmin is an amazing laid back sales associate and I will definitely be coming back to purchase from this store just because of her great quirky outgoing personality! 😁 this store is way better than the LV store inside the mall. When I went to that LV store on 9/26/20 @ 2:14 I purchased two items and the young hispanic lady gave me a a weird a look and then proceeded to ask umm is it your birthday or is this like a treat your self type of thing? I felt very patronized and I will definitely not be going to that store ever again.

My favorite LV location on the Galleria.

At first I didnt feel like I was being properly helped since I assumed that they didnt think I was going to buy anything. Got two purses on hold so my wife could come check them out later in the day. When we came back the service was great. I forgot her name but she had some black Prada glasses on. She was great helping us.

I bought a wallet and sunglasses a week ago, the employee assistanting me was very patient and kind. I came back, a different employee helped me and they were also very nice. The customer service here is fantastic. I prefer this Louis Vuitton store in Saks Fifth to the store in the main Galleria area.

When you buy a new bag, you’re treated nicely, but if you have a damaged bag, two years only with minor use, all their ugliness and rudeness come out..

Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I have bought several bags here at the boutique LV and every time it is A+ service. I love that the team relatively stays the same each time I go. Recently Wanda has helped me the last few visits and she is very nice and helpful. Another gentleman has helped me there, he is always there when I go, I can’t remember his name right now, sharp dressed and knowledgeable, but he always makes an effort to greet you when anyone comes in. Even if you are just looking they treat you nice and don’t make you feel bad.Edit: Wanda is still my go to SA. She emails or texts me to check in on me. It isn’t too often to be annoying but enough to feel like she cares. Super kind and sweet and still remembers details about her clients.

People work way too hard to spend this kind of money and get no warranty and ride customer service. I spent a total of about $900 and realized when i got home that only my wallet wasn’t enough for my daily uses and simply brought it back to exchange for something more expensive and they said they had no warranty at all and basically were like BYE! Never again! Just want you people to know.
