I went to Pandora to get my first bracelet and charms. I was not greeted at the door and just got ask what was I looking for and I said a charm bracelet and charms. When I choose my charms and bracelet they girl literally just put it on my wrist and and ask me how I wanted it facing up or the other way. I didn’t have a clue what that meant at that time because it being my first bracelet. My husband got bothered with her attitude and told her what side is recommended and she told us it’s our preference. I am not happy about my experience because I was so excited to get my first pandora bracelet.

Came in for jewelry cleaning. The lady who took care of me did an exceptional job cleaning the two pairs of earrings I brought in. She mentioned they sell the cleaning solution but unfortunately they were out of it. I will def be back to purchase one.

Never go to buy there it is the worst service I was 30 minutes stopped and they never asked me if I need something, it is discrimination galleria houston

My experience was bitter sweet, the person that helped me probably only said 6 words to me. Pulled on my wrist and just added me the machine to swipe my card. I turned around to check out a charm. Why the same person that help me can talk now, she can talk to a male customer and even laugh. I shouldnt have swiped my card. Should have just walked out. This was my first time at Pandora and buying a bracelet.

On the 03/01/2021 at 3 PM. I saw the girl and her friend to buy a bracelet. She very friendly and nice but the service did not do well with her . She maybe scare because voice’s service was loud. And I thought she still student. If the service treats customers at such a young age, that is not right.

My experience with the Galleria store was very nice. Ricky and Charletta were the tag team reps! Charletta was very honest in expressing her concern for unsatisfied customers due to misleading information. Ricky was very helpful in looking for a replacement “last chance” leather choker. He had to dig deep and he found one!! He offered to rebox it and added a personal touch to his service.Charletta, keep smiling with your eyes!!Thank you Ricky for your wonderful customer service!

Charletta and maybe Damien, really nice, fun to engage with. Even though he wasnt the one helping me, he volunteered to clean my bracelet while I looked at some charms. Charletta was very patient with me and even took the time to scrub my bracelet and charms a little longer than he did. Would definitely come back next time in Houston.

You have to stand outside in a line to enter and when you enter there is noone to help because they are busy and you have to wait.. if you been to that location you know is very small and not really much room between people... I will have to say very disorganized process. Besides that it was ok.

Best Pandora in the city! The team is so warm and helpful. They really try their hardest to address your issue. Really treat you like family. Candace, Kailey, and Ashley all went the extra mile for me today. I was so overjoyed with the assistance I received I offered to buy them all a starbucks or something to show my gratitude but they all gracefully declined citing they just want to see me happy! How awesome are these ladies. I will buy from them always.. I hope they never leave this location.

Good selection good service

Stopped by to have jewelry cleaned and it was a complete waste of time. I have had my jewelry cleaned at other locations for years and the cleanings were great. The Galleria location fails at cleaning jewelry. It looked the exact way it did as when I brought it in. I even questioned if it was cleaned because it looked like it had not been touched at all. I cleaned the jewelry myself which was extremely better that what they claimed to have done. I will not be returning to the Galleria location for cleanings or purchases. Train your employees to clean jewelry properly if you are going to offer it as a service.

I went to a different pandora location and they give way better customer experience than in this location. I would not want to come back to this location again.

I just went over there the manager who is Chinese was the rudest ever, it’s just making the shore and the brand looks bad, I just needed to change the side of the brazalete because my mom wanted a bit bigger and she didn’t want to change it, worst customer services ever !!!!

Sometimes they are helpful, other times I feel like Im shopping on my own with any direction. I once visited for to have my Pandora bracelet cleaned. They claimed some of my pendants werent theirs. I added to my bracelet throughout my travels. They were even charms from Pandora Outlets. I found it distasteful and will not be a customer. The one bracelet I paid nearly $400 for, I no longer wear.

I just want to say this is not the first time this as happened. Walking inside the store and requests for help because no one that was working ask if I needed. Everyone was just standing there without saying a thing! One young lady did help but barely, my sister had a question but everyone gathered in a circle and no one noticed us. We were interested on buying a ring. This is the second time service is extremely horrible! I will never come to this store again!

Went Into the store to purchase charm. The young lady was great. Asked if they could exchange my ring because one of the stones fell off. The policy says you can within a year of purchase your item. I asked them to look me up. The assistant manager took over and say the system was down. I tried to look for the receipt in my email which I didn’t have. By then she was using her ghetto attitude towards me. I told her that I was the customer that she needed to focus on that and not give me attitude. Told her to try her system again and she smacked her iPad and said it was down. Then she walked away. I honestly think a person like her should not be working in the galleria mall.

I love the aura in store. Customer service is 100% as usual. I always feel special when I go to that store.

When I walked in the girl to help me sloppily leaned over the counter and just started dangling her keys in front of my face. Rather than explain the products I was inquiring about she basically word vomited false information to me that sounded good to push her sale. (I get it, you work on commission. But damn have some respect).I worked in jewellers row Downtown Chicago at a wholesale store before I moved here so Im not easily fooled.And lastly I do not understand how management allows her to work in not only what is supposed to be a neat professional environment but work with jewelry dressed in very sloppy attire, rolled out of bed greasy hair and very dirty under nails.Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Racist older white woman working there. Helped 2 white people (walked in 10 minutes after I did) that were supposed to wait in line & were helped before I was when she clearly asked them if they were on the waiting list, they said no. Why were they helped before I was when I was waiting for over 20 minutes ... ? Everyone in there had to wait in line besides them. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful & she should be fired for that. Want to personally thank James Q. for all of his help & professionalism.
