Overall, a good experience. I placed an order over the phone because I prefer pickup over shipping. The rep that I spoke with at the Galleria was dry but efficient. Everyone cant be personable. When I went in for pickup 2 days later, I was promptly greeted and directed to the appropriate area. Service was quick and friendly. There was a specific necklace that my mom loved so I was able to gift it to her. She was thrilled. Great company for special occasion gifts.

I was super excited to make my first purchase at Tiffany & Co. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service that I received. I was initially greeted with a warm welcome and then sent to Jenny (Genie) for further assistance. I initially wanted a home decor item but there was low inventory in store. Therefore, I switched to picking a jewelry item. I wanted a bracelet to match the pendant heart necklace. Jenny (Genie) was not as helpful and seemed irritated at my indecisiveness. I mentioned that it was a gift to hopefully help the situation but she still came off very condescending. I love and own a lot of pieces from Tiffany & Co. and was very let down by my first in store shopping experience. Hopefully this was a one off and not the normal experience.

What a wonderful visit at Tiffany & Co. on 12-23-2020. Shopping causes me anxiety on any level. My wife had wanted a necklace this year so I had to come through! After a prayer and a brief wait (10 min) outside the store, I was welcomed in. I was introduced to Simone and this is where my experience took off. Simone was exactly what I prayed for! She asked probing questions to point me in the right direction. Then more importantly, she listened to what I was saying! This in itself was disarming and quite productive. I settled in on a necklace that was EXACTLY in my price range. Knowledge and a listening ear earned Simone my business and Tiffany and co a new customer. All this in less than 40 minutes! I purchased a gift card online during Black Friday and made an online appointment easily and quickly through their website. I received a confirmation email and a text reminder. Love that there is plenty of parking in the galleria mall garage. The collection is outstanding and I loved my experience.

I went into your store to pick up my 3 pieces that I had cleaned last month. If I can give a 0 star I would. After picking up my pieces. I wanted to purchase 2 more pieces. I was at the counter waiting for the sales lady to finish with the other customer that took her about 20 minutes to check her out. While standing there not once did she approach me to say I will be right with you or someone would be with you. She ignored me the entire stay of my 30 minutes totally. She called a manager to help her with a return still with this one lady she was checking out. Not even the manager approach me. It seems this location racially profiled african American people . We have jobs and finances just like other race of people. I never have this problem in New York. Only in the Galleria Houston location. This has happen not once but twice.Trust me a class action lawsuit will not be a problem or hard to do to start to get Tiffany & Company attention.. you have to be careful how you treat people. You have LBGT friendly on your website also include human being of all all races friendly.

I think Ive just made my last purchase at Tiffanys. My husband bought me a necklace, but the chain was short so I went in to see if I could get a longer chain. Unfortunately, it was the type of necklace where you couldnt change out the chain. So I shopped to see if I could exchange something. I told the saleswoman I wanted something as a daily wear. She straight off the bat said I needed white gold and something with small diamonds. She said sterling silver would be no good for daily wear. That sounded completely strange to me because my brother had gotten me a silver necklace from for my 18th birthday and I wore it every day for over 12 years; didnt have issues with it. It was obvious she was trying to upsell me and she wasnt helpful at all. When I wasnt interested in her first choice, she didnt offer any other help. When I finally decided to return the necklace, thats when she actually offered other suggestions. I was just really annoyed by her. She tried to be sweet, but I could totally tell that she was just trying to make a sales number.

This was my first time inside of a Tiffany’s store and I was excited. My bf wanted to buy me something nice for our 1 year anniversary so I told him I would go in and check the pieces out I saw online that I wanted and he could finish shopping around and I would call him when I was ready. Well I tried on the pieces I liked then I asked the sales associate how much would both items be because I had someone who was buying them for me as a gift. She quickly snatched the necklace back down, put it in the case, then proceeded to say well the necklace is $700 and the bracelet is $450 so with the taxes idk about $12 or $1300 and walked away...well since you wanted to be rude about it she missed out on a great cash sale being ignorant because I’m sure she thought I was a “window shopper” and even if I was then so be it. Didn’t give her the right to treat me like I was a peasant because I wasn’t purchasing right then and there...little did she know my bf was 2 stores down shopping waiting for me to call him🙄 I’ll never go back againI’m editing my review today and upgrading it to 5 stars because of the sales associate by the name of Christopher who did a wonderful job with my purchase and treating me how every customer should be treated whether making a purchase or not. I cringed walking up to the door to see if the other girl was in there because I was going to walk right back out. But instead I got Chris as my sales associate and he was super friendly once we were introduced. He made sure he sanitized the jewelry before and after I tried it on. Suggested proper sizing to me and informed me on the charms that go on to the bracelet as an option if i ever wanted to add them on. He had very positive energy. Every time I go to that location from now on I’m asking for him. I felt good knowing that my review was known, heard, and executed the right way for my next encounter and others to come💕

Normally I dont review places but this experience was unique. My family and I went into the location yesterday looking for a single stone Emerald gold ring. The sales associate whos name I did not get he had a weird mohack assisted us. When asked if they had that type of ring he said they had them in the back and they normally dont bring them out. Asked if I could see rings that were similar to compare he showed us to a ring case and proceed to read out script he was given on his first day of work regarding Tiffanys value and the cost of the potential ring and why it is so high. Ok, got its a 6 figure ring...cool I already figured that seeing as though Im in TIFFANYS and not Target. But when asked any question about the potential ring instead of answering he stated that it was a 6 figure ring. The ring he did present was Emerald but it had Diamonds around it which I did not want. When asked if they had any without diamonds his answer was its a 6 figure ring When asked if he had any examples online no because its a 6 figure ring when asked if it would need to be custom made.... you guessed it its a 6 figure ring Not once did he answer to the ACTUAL QUESTION being asked. Instead he insinuated that 3 black women walking into a store looking normal could not afford a ring of that caliber. No, we didnt have the Gucci heels or the LV purse but we did have the money. So you may want to teach your sales associates manners and not to judge before they are able to run the credit card.

Ive had a pen for around 10 years that needed a repair and refurbishing. I took it to Tiffany & Co. I was greeted right when I walked through the door and then directed to the Customer Service section. Mari Perez helped me do the arrangements to send my pen to get it repaired. She explained everything in detail and was very joyful. She also showed me how to take care of the pen and gave me a silver polishing cloth. When I was heading out, Robin Berry talked me into a very nice Navy Blue pen. I didnt buy it that day, but its definitely on my list! She is very knowledgeable about the products as well and very nice person to talk to! As expected, the communication with the company once the pen was sent was always fast and professional. It took around 2 weeks to finally get it back, but it was totally worth it. I received a call from Bob Matang telling me my pen was at the store and I could come pick it up. When I went, Bob was there and he gave me my pen back. He was very professional and also very funny. He mentioned he loves to collect watches. Overall, I couldnt stress enough how good their customer service is. Will definitely be coming back.

Recently went to this location with my boyfriend the sales associate by the name A. Sharif who attended us was so rude he made it so obvious that he didnt want to help us at all once he saw we were only purchasing something inexpensive. I didnt pay much attention to it I simply shrugged it off which is why I didnt even bother to write a review. However my boyfriend got me a gift from there and I asked him if the same guy helped him he said yes and I asked did he treat you the same way and my boyfriend told me not only did he treat him the same way he even went as far as to passing him over to another sales associate. That really bothered me because you shouldnt treat people differently based on how much youre spending or the way you look. He gets zero stars from me. Ive been here other times before and felt comfortable browsing around and had better customer service not buying anything...but this guy was just horrible.👎👎👎

Made an appointment at Tiffany and Co. at Galleria Mall (Houston, TX) and arrived early for his appointment for 12/16 3:15pm.I was met at the door and was directed to have a seat and wait. While I was waiting, I noticed that the sales associate was notified that I was waiting. When she approached me, I asked to be directed to a specific collection and she replied with disgust and like I was wasting her time. I showed her the 3 pieces that I previously saw online but wanted to see them in person. While I was waiting for her to pull said items, I saw a few other pieces that interested me. Again, she replied with annoyance at my request.I then asked her if these items could be shipped and begrudgingly she said she couldn’t find out until she had my information. While I was waiting, another customer leaned over to ask me “what is wrong with her?” I’m embarrassed at this point because she then loudly says what the price of the items were and that she couldn’t guarantee that they would be there before Christmas.At this point, I really wasn’t sure if I wanted her to serve me. So, I just decided to get the items and worry about shipping on my own. She really didn’t want to help me and assumed that I couldn’t pay for my items. As the only Black man in the store, I was embarrassed that she would treat me this way. Her tune changed when she saw that my card went through. The sales associate was N. Le.I’m writing this review because her service was terrible and reeked of racial bias. She does not need to be servicing customers if cannot treat them ALL with equal respect. My hope is that you remove her from the floor until she has completed racial bias training.

Been in Houston a year this past June and have been to this store to see the best salesperson and beautiful human being,Samone! Let me tell you that she will answer your questions definitively. She is the only salesperson we purchase from because she puts customers on an elevated experience. Last visit to T&Co. was Aug 2020 during the pandemic and we were helped by a wonderful person managing the customers coming into the store (Brittany) who also shows exemplary customer service with humility, grace, and professionalism. Ok last thing back to our down to earth and super helpful Samone...been there 5 times in the past year and God willing (my partner goes for 10 visits this year.....). Well Samone we are bringing our daughter in the first week in Oct 2020. See you then! Muaahhhhhh!❤️

Hailey Roberts made it happen, I was against the clock. The Tiffany’s Store in the Woodlands dropped the ball. Eric and Hailey were on the phone with me as I left Tomball at 6:35 PM and stayed 10 minutes late so that way I could get my wife a buzzer beater birthday present. I have her card and I think we’ll become good friends for future presents (not last minute). I highly recommend that you ask for her if your looking for above and beyond service.

Thats a Tiffany 3 star review, which would probably be at least 4 stars anywhere else.Theyve made it difficult to get into the store now that all external doors are closed. Do turnstile doors cause COVID? In any case, you also have to register and wait somewhere to talk to someone.I repaired a bracelet here and it apparently was missing beads (which was not obvious to either myself or the service guy) as it had fallen apart (within 2 years). They charged me to fix it, but never even gave me the option of adding in the missing beads. They just put the beads on a new bracelet (where it was now obvious that beads were missing) and returned it to me.If I were to get beads added, they would have to send it off again for a other 2 weeks and return trip to the Galleria.You dont have to make it this hard to do business with you.

First of all just so everybody knows, because I had a hard time finding the answer to this question they are dog-friendly you can take your dog inside the store with you. Second I told them from the get-go that I didnt have a lot of money to spend, the sales associates were still super duper nice and went out of their way to help me. Great customer service.

My salesperson Bob exemplifies customer service! He has assisted me with repairs, teachers gifts, and jewelry purchases, and I have always been impressed by his consummate professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail. I first worked with him at The Woodlands location (as this is my closest Tiffany store) when I was in a desperate search for end of year teachers gifts. When he transferred to the Houston Galleria, I followed him there because he had made such a great initial first impression that I am willing to make the one hour commute in Houston traffic to continue working with him.

Although they carry some lovely things the quality is terrible. I had two silver/ gold link bracelets and they both broke after not many wearings. I took them back and they said they are not warranted and charged me to fix. And this will take at least a month. The customer service department although somewhat courteous was rushed, unapologetic and not the temperament I would expect from Tiffany’s.I also have large silver hoop earrings that the stem broke off after not very long. I took them to my local jeweler to repair.

If there was a negative one star I would put that. I went into the Tiffany’s at the Houston Galleria to purchase a Christmas present. So I went ahead and spent the money on a nice object Monday. However I got a call Friday to be informed that the item I bought was discontinued. Long story short Tiffanys really need to get their website together for their employees and customers. However the sales associate did not know why the website was not updated. So I wasted valuable time that i cannot get back and Christmas is around the corner. And now is. Waiting for a 300$+ refund...thanks a lot never going to Tiffany’s again. NOT WORTH THE WASTE OF TIME!

Ive been to this location a quite a few times and have several pieces of jewelry. My birthday was coming up so I wanted to check out the jewelry. It was a busy day, so we shopped around gave the sales people time to catch up. We wait around for 30 minutes with no help, it was a busy day so we left. So a couple of weeks later I return to buy my birthday gift, its memorial weekend surely they will be staffed and ready to go. I was So Wrong! 3 staff members, trying to crowd control they a lady greets everyone as a group practically shouting. So we continue to look at the case as people scatter and we wait our turn. Once again waited 30 minutes, someone said they would be with us. That never came, they continued to ignore us. Getting super frustrated we head for the door to leave. We tell security that we couldnt get service so we are leaving. Security says theres a sales person who can help you right here. Ok, Now why would I want to buy anything anymore and why werent they there to help the sales people in the other area that were busy. Bad for business! Well we left, went to Tory Burch spent more & got more and was treated with amazing customer service, left more than happy.

Very poor customer service for a brand attempting to present a high end image.I bought my daughters necklaces at the store on our Disney Cruise. The claps on both necklaces stopped working about a week later. I took them to the Galleria store and was told I would have to pay for the repair because it was obvious my daughters had caused the damage. I asked them if they thought it was odd that both necklaces had the same issue.The lady in customer service told me I shouldn’t be buying Tiffany jewelry for girls under twelve years old.I’m sure Disney would love to hear this considering they just added Tiffany stores to their ships and the demographics onboard.They lost three lifetime customers over a $60 repair. Customer service is horrible. Bought a new watch, came in to have it adjusted, and was told it would take an hour, maybe two, maybe more. Walked away unsure if I should waste an hour in the mall or come back another day. Unfortunately, will still have to go back in the future given no other locations, but the service falls far short of the brand at the Galleria.

I have been in here and received poor service, they do look at you strangely if you dont go to the fine jewelery section of the store. Clearly, I go to the sterling silver section because thats what I can afford on this particular Sunday (6/25 /17) I walked in to exchange a chain and also have a bracelet cleaned. I was informed by the customer service lady that it is now $50 to have them professionally clean your item. They will polish it for free, but for scratches, it needs to be buffed, and sent to New York. Its almost easier to buy another bracelet. Anyway, ROBIN at the sterling silver side, could tell I was frustrated and helped me. She made me feel like I was important, cleaned my items behind the counter right in front of me, and made sure I was pleased. I probably wont go in there often, but when I do, I will only deal with Robin. Thats the reason for the 5 stars.
