Wonderful experience, came from another store with a salesman who kept pushing products onto us without asking questions. Here the employee asked questions, told us what would work for our skin and what wouldnt, he didnt try to sell us something, he cared about us finding something that would work. Great store, wish we caught the name of the employee, will be back again.

I was so sad to read about all the negative experiences, because I have had nothing but the best experience with this store. I have been using Origin products since 1994, and for the last 10 years have totally used nothing but their skin products. I have extremely sensitive skin, and their products work great for me. I have never had problems with returns. The manager is tops. Ive known him for about 9 years, and of course I always go through him for purchasing my products. I usually call my order in and I get them, the next day, if I order early enough. A few years ago, I needed them for vacation and forgot to order, and guess what? He sent them to where I was going. I got them the day I arrived!! How about that for service. Yea!!!! Kudos to the Galleria Store! If I could, I would give 1000 stars to offset all these negative responses. This store has got me spoiled!! Keep up the good work Origins at the Galleria, in Houston, Texas!!

I love this Origins store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They are all very knowledgeable about the Origins line.

Love Origins products. We could order online, but we drive almost an hour to this store because Shonn (manager) is so awesome.

Went to buy a moisturizer today and got the wrong one in the bag, just saw this at the house💆🏽‍♀️I prefer Origins inside Macys.
