I went to this stores location on Monday to stop in and inquire about their face masks. I have been struggling to find something that suits my needs after searching high and low on the internet for answers. Jessica was working the floor alone while there were several customers in store and let me tell you (as someone who has been in customer service training for over 8 years) THIS GIRL WAS AMAZING. She was able to juggle everyones questions, check out customers in line while simultaneously making everyone feel seen and heard. She is a gem and any manager should feel lucky to have someone of her caliber on their staff.From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank Jessica for helping me and informing me about all of the products. She was knowledgeable and was able to help me correctly identify a product that would help my uneven skin tone.

Usually I don’t review soap stores but this is one to go to if you love scents for a bath. They have very pretty designs and a variety of scents you may have never known of. The associates are very helpful to everyone!

Dont need employees hounding me to douse my hands with hand sanitizer before im even greeted. Was one of the only people in the store with a mask on, infact had just washed my hands in the restroom. I walked back out and will not return. Sad because i usually buy my bath bombs/facemasks in large bulk. Disappointed as I came all the way to the mall just for this store... i understand were in a pandemic. But this should now allow for the experience i had today.9/19/21 approximately 1-3pm.

This is my all time favorite store. I love the Bath Bombs and Body Scrubs. Everything is homemade and free of all the harsh chemicals . They offer a huge variety of skincare and haircare products along with fragrances and facial care. LOVE LUSH.

Staff is very friend and helpful. They teach you about the products and give suggestions workout being too pushy. A good selection of items to choose from. Makes great gifts.

This is a great location. The only down side is that its pretty cramped and not that enjoyable to browse, especially if youre just perusing the products. Now, the employees were absolutely fantastic. Super knowledgeable about the products and made excellent recommendations. Id happily go back to this location and would recommend it to others.

Been shopping this location since 2007 (when inside a department store). This mall parking and entrance is a bit chaotic - plan accordingly. Still outstanding customer service and products over the years.

The staff here is amazing theyre all friendly and everybody is knowledgeable of their products if you have a question they will have the answer with that being said I want to toss in a few pointers myself if you have dry skin and need a relax get the Butterball this thing is amazing it is incredibly moisturizing one ball and you are just good to go now if you need a soothing bath before bed I would recommend the Twilight bath bomb and the shower gel this combo is just amazing every time I drop that Twilight into the bath it fills the water and I dont know the the creation that it makes just knocks you out make sure you got alarm set on your phone because you might doze off in the tub after dropping one of those in now they also have a bunch of shower gels and body washes I would recommend the whoosh for men they also have a lemongrass one called Refresher its more of a lemon sent but it is outstanding long lasting maybe mix it in with the moisturizer it is lemon so if you have dry skin it might make you feel a little dry but the scent lasts forever

So annoying y’all make people wash their hands before you can shop a d they let like 5 people in at a time. Their lotion STINKS and now they don’t let you smell it but make you wait for worker to be free to unscrew the lid for you... which actually may be a strategic marketing plan.

I absolutely love this place! The products are amazing and great for the people who love natural products. My beautiful, spectacular sister-n-law is demostrating one of the many great fresh facemask called dont look at me. It left her skin feeling fresh and smooth. I do have to warn you that prices are a little high but its worth it.

I NEVER comment, but recently I was blown away by the customer service I received at LUSH Memorial. I have NO previous experience with these products, but the Woman I love speaks highly of them and her birthday is coming up. Jessica Kennedy took her time with me, making suggestions based on her preferences and experiences. It made my decision making a lot easier!

I can sniff this place out and have to go in if there is one close by. Literally the only bath bombs I can use. Any place else makes me break out in red spots, no matter where they came from. Lush is the only place that doesnt do that to me. So thankful they are in my life.

There was a employee by Rachel and was very sweet and friendly towards my seven year old daughter. Rachel is one reasons we will definitely go back each time and ask for her personally. The staff was super sweet and helpful. I always love to go to this store every time I am in the mall.

My Granddaughter and I Love LUSH!! The workers are very courteous, patient, helpful in helping us find the different soaps that we would enjoy. The product is natural and feels GREAT!! They even show you how bath bombs fizz in the water and they will give you a sample of the products you would like to try.

I love lush. I stand by everything it believes in and I love their products. What I don’t love, is mean hearted people. Yesterday, I went into lush browsing, giving myself any excuse not to spend all my money. When I met April, one of the employees. Right off the bat I could tell she wasn’t genuine and she was mean spirited. Barking orders to other employees and not doing anything herself. It’s sad to see places like this employ people like that. I will not be returning to this location.

Such a great experience while shopping here. My sister told me she was washing her hair with a bar soup and I thought she was crazy. Today she took me to lush and I just went crazy about it. They have so many fresh and wonderful soaps, lotions, shampoos and other products. The ladies there are so helpful and I was so pleased with the whole experience. Definitely coming back soon. I cant wait to try everything from you guys.

I had a great experience here my first visit. Ashton helped me, and did a few demos with products Id never tried before that I ended up buying. He listened to the fact that Im vegan, and steered clear of anything with honey or eggs whites in it, and had a good nose for which scents I would like given the couple of products I already had that I enjoyed. I think every other employee in the store also said hi, complimented my hair, made conversation. No one was pushy, it was nice and clean and amazing smelling, and I felt like I could trust what they told me about the products. I left with a few samples!

I love lush! While a little pricey I can understand why. Only complaint I have from this particular store is they are constantly asking if I need help which I understand probably shouldn’t be a complaint but they tend to go overboard. I don’t need to be asked if I need assistance more than five times. It starts to come off as pushy. Other than that love the products and all the employees are super kind!

Lush stores a fun to browse, but the scents get overpowering fast. I picked up a couple of bath bombs to smell them and then my fingers felt soapy. Despite the facts that there are bowls of water all over the store, there didnt seem to be any place to wash them off. But the bombs are a lovely indulgence - so expensive though.

Visited this store with my daughter and the staff was very helpful. They were very nice and took time to explain and demo some of their products. Awesome service! Great products. Good thing we ignored the other reviews we read.

Nice clean place, well organized displays with samples out most of the time. Lots of people on the floor to get assistance from. But expensive for the types of things they sell especially the gift sets some of they run $80 for 4 pieces of random products a box and some wrapping paper around it which you can wrap it yourself. My suggestion maybe pick up a few pieces from lush and then hit up Victoria secret & bath and body works and make your own smell good basket so that way you can actually decorate it in a basket and get more products for your money... I make different themed baskets so I know what I am talking about, i wish i could post my grandsons Easter basket and i am not talking about $1.00 store items either, I am talking about quality items...remember Christmas is around the courner.

I absolutely love this place!!!! Thanks to this company my 5 year old has healthy skin again. Our favorite product is the Dream Cream, this has been our savior, thanks to this I can sleep at night. My son has severe eczema at the point of bleeding and he is doing so good since we started using this products.

Chad was such an amazing help during my visit! I came in to buy a gift for my partner to help her unwind from a stressful week, and he showed me the perfect gift box once I started describing the situation and what I wanted. Originally, I wasnt planning on buying for myself, but was intrigued by some masks. He answered all of my questions and asked a couple of questions about my skincare regimen. He thoroughly explained the ingredients, benefits, and how to properly use everything. A truly amazing store and staff. Ps. My mom is a very frugal spender and doesnt mind splurging at this shop because the products are so high quality. Also, she says nothing but nice things regarding the employees. Shes a little hard to impress and I know she can be a tough shopper sometimes, so that really says a lot about how great these guys are!

I enjoy LUSH bath bombs, shampoo bars, shower bombs, and bath melts. I enjoy the seasonality of the products and the products with names and components with connection to nature-based spirituality (i.e. Ceredwyns cauldron, Respect Your Elders, Furze, etc). Staff are always helpful and the stores are an enjoyable place to shop. I only go to the mall to shop at LUSH, so bringing a distinct customer base to malls may be an aspect to tout to your landlord.

Amazing staff, very well trained and excellent customer service and professionalism from my favorite nail artist. Sorry, I got to keep that one under wraps. Lush is friendly, always clean and has a very lux feel. Many different services offered including a private salon room for parties and gatherings. They offer many different loyalty programs and an outstanding satisfaction guarantee. Not a lot of unnecessary chatter, well worth every cent. Ive spent there since I found them over 2 years ago. I now have 3 friends that drive in from the I-10 & Mason area just to get services at Lush. One because of how great I speak about them. Second, their own personal experiences there afterwards. Have many pics just updated my phone. Will attempt to do so once everything downloads. Give them a try any service well be wonderful, and if not they will make it right before you leave.

Lush is the best, and this one is the super best. The employees really know their stuff and are so helpful in demonstrating the products and helping you find whats right for your skin.

Took my 8 year old granddaughter in yesterday and very nice young lady named Alex pampered her for at least 20 minutes. We bought several items for Edie. My daughter was with us and she found items for herself. Sales staff in store were all helpful.

I will not return to this location because of the people who work there. Id rather drive an hour to a different location so I can sample things before I buy.The manager makes up the rules on the fly regarding sampling - you cant have this or you cant try that because we dont cut solids ( I asked for a soap sample) or we want as many people try this product - so I am not gonna give you a sample! Yes- really makes sense,not!I went to a better location in Houston and they offered me things to try - I didnt have to even ask them. From now on I will order primarily online or drive to a different location,but not this one close to me.

Extremely disappointed with my experience today at the Lush Memorial location and will shop only Highland Village or other locations from now. Super sad that I will not visit this location anymore due to the poor customer service I recieved. I spend hundreds of dollars here each year, my husband always buys me their biggest gift each Christmas. I hope you all at Lush Memorial will improve on your customer approach or you will continue to send your biggest customers away.

I love this place. My favorite bath bombs are Avobath and Intergalactic. Avobath for the smell and Intergalactic for the amazing, beautiful show it puts on. The bubble bars that I love are Bright side and Comforter. The pink candy one with a flower smells delicious also. Bright side is energizing and Comforter is so relaxing

Had fun finding out about the products I was looking at for a Christmas gift and had a very nice and knowledgeable associate to help.

Awful, embarrassing experience. Came in looking for hair treatment and toner water spray. Didnt even get acknowledged by the staff, didnt get a hair treatment because the staff just kept saying excuse me to get around me for other customers, while I sat there wondering if the product I was standing in front of was the one I wanted. Couldnt ask them for help, because they flat out ignored me. I finally found a few things I was looking for and even stood at the counter WAITING TO BUY THEM and didnt get acknowledged. After a few minutes standing at the register, even with a sales associate coming up to weigh a product for another customer, I still didnt even get a with you in a moment. I finally gave up. Ill just order online. Even people that came in after me were getting service. I dont know why I was being ignored, I was looking at spending money there, but I guess it didnt seem like enough to make their time worth it. I will never go back to this location!!! I also posted this on their Facebook and on Twitter, but that is being ignored too. Seriously, dont go to this location.

Ive been reading all the bad reviews, and am sad to relate to them so well. This place has awful customer service now that it is its own store. I miss Shelby as manager, she really captured what Lush was all about, and hired people who had that same spirit. I make my own bathbombs and soaps now, so i guess my experiences here are not a total loss, lol!

Overall I guess the service was fine.My issue begins when they denied my fiance sale of the products she had chosen because she didnt have her passport for verifying her card on a Debit transaction.When I asked what there merchant policy stated, I got a blank stare. When I explained to them that according to Visa, which enables them to be a merchant, they cant deny a sale based on that criteria. Furthermore, State law also specifically notes that when providing a PIN they cant ask for ID. Also, our bank does not have a policy like that in place either.I was told, We dont know that. So, as a merchant, they dont even know what rights they have as a merchant, versus the consumer. However still expect me to comply with providing my Identification to a stranger for a sale when no such policy exists in the first place? While also shaming my fiance?We will never come back to location again, in fact, without that there is no reason to come to this mall at all in the future. Just buy something else. If I ever go to Lush again with my fiance, ill bring extra cash, just because their so special.

Horrible customer service. Nothing but teenagers servicing other teenagers. They dont seem to know the product well either. Went in and not a single person greeted me or asked if I needed help. There was no other customer around so there was no excuse. Wanted to give this place a try but not anymore.

Unfortunately another bad experience. I was about to pay with two young children in tow, one of them crying in the pram, and was asked about the picture ID. I dont usually cary my passport or drivers licence with me so I showed them my health insurance card. There is no picture on this as you know. I was very embarrassed and stressed as my baby was frantic at this point screaming his head off and I just wanted to pay and go... I ended up leaving the shop without purchases as I was highly offended by this and lost my patience. As if I look like someone who just stolen somebodys handbag... I have NEVER seen anything like this. I will not be returning to this Lush store again. I like the products but this store is highly unprofessional.

This is by far the worst Lush in Houston. I dont honestly know why it is even still in existence. I have been using lush since it came to the States. I have visited Lush in different cities all over the world. I absolutely love the products. I swear by them to all of my friends, and always give Lush as gifts. My favorite product is the Ocean Salt which is so amazing for your skin. Since there was a Lush at Memorial City mall i go to that one because it is closest to my house. I have had many bad experiences at this location. The employees at this location used to be so fun and enjoyable and they really wanted to show you all the fun stuff and tell you about all of their favorite products. This shop has gone down hill over the past couple years. I dont understand what kind of people work here anymore, the hiring manager must be a complete idiot. The last time I was in there I had to ask one of the employees who looked lost, what the managers name is because I just have to complain about her. When you ask her for samples she SLAMS the sample cup down and sighs like its not her job. She is always standing behind the register. Last year when I was there I heard her talk about her vagina and tampons in the store when I was stocking up on my Honey Shampoo. First of all that is disgusting. Why do employees need to know about this? And isnt that sexual harassment? I was so repulsed by that I bought my shampoo online. She has tattoos all up her arms which are quite beautiful, and actually the only nice thing about her. She tries to rush me out of her store every time I go in and stock up on my facewash. Everytime i go in, i never get a nice hello from anyone. Enough is enough. I will not be back ever again to hear about vaginas, and get samples with an attitude. I now shop at First Colony and Highland Village.
