Great service and amazing prices. I bought a wig to send to my sister in New York. The makeup collection is extensive. Especially the eyeshadow and foundation. It’s in a pretty ok location but it’s safe with easy access to restaurants and shopping.

I have been coming to this beauty supply about 5years now...Michelle(owner)is very nice and she has integrity, has always treated me with respect...I like the quality of the merchandise as well.

Employees were awesome.

I just called them, and they hung up on me immediately when I was talking with the women answering the phone. Super rude. I called twice and the same thing happened. I dont know whats going on, but, that is my only experience with the store and its not a good one.

The Asian lady there, though not enthusiastically friendly she is semi helpful. However, I must admit their opinion or advice is very bias. I was told the hair I was interested in matched the best to my Natura hair (really hard to tell by yourself sometimes, need a second set of eyes). But when I went to my stylist for the install they said it was way too dark and didnt match at all. I felt foolish. Of course they will convince me the color matches. Its no refunds or exchanges. I spent $100 on a bundle of 20 inch hair (nearby places are lower in price $79-90). However, I was nearing closing time and didnt want to drive down Veterans Memorial. This location is more conveniently located for me. I am not satisfied with the quality of hair. It tangles very easily. I constantly have to brush it every hour which causes my beads to slip. And after 2 washes it no longer feels nice and smooth. Feels like dry damaged hair that has been bleached way too many times. You also have to be very very careful washing it or itll get super tangled like a nest! No massaging the head with shampoo or towel drying it, itll knot up. I had to wring it with my fingers, wrap the towel around small strands and gently squeeze. Then let it air dry and when damp, section out and blow dry. In the future I think I would save up the money to buy from Bellami instead. I hear they last for a year and much better quality. I guess you get what you pay for.

Was not happy when I parked my car I was in the store and the Security guard was very rude told me it was not a parking place well I parked behind another car and he didnt tell them to move I figured it was probably his. Needless to say they lost a customer

Love the place !!, and since there’s COVID-19 at this times I’ve seen they tried to keep the same price because recently people try to take advantage of people and charge more so I love how they keep the price. Big place and it’s clean, and employees are very helpful, funny and knowledgeable so I really recommend this place !! The managers are very nice and helpful as well !

Im satisfied with their service, they’re very helpful plus it’s bilingual so when ever i need translation they’re there ! the employees are very nice as well. For the store i’ll say they’re very clean and the place is big

Very helpful and nice. They have everything from clothes, jewelry, bags, hair, makeup and eyelashes. You could literally walk in looking terrible and walk out a 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟

I love it here they have so much hair stuff and it is reasonably priced! Need a wig they got it need pins,bows,hats, makeup, gel,lashes, pretty much anything fashion. Real and synthetic hair products.

I have bought 4 wigs from here and they are very good quality. The ladies were helpful and knowledgeable of their products. I highly recommend them. Their prices were very reasonable. I bought a lace front wig that is very full and my husbands favorite by the way and it was under $25.00 (mixed human and synthetic) I get compliments all the time for it.

I always enjoy my visits, the main girl is very nice.

They have Everything! One of the attendants will come down to help you. Very nice people. Will return

Youll find anything here for not just a reasonable price but better. Good customer service, theyll give you their opinion, a couple famous people (wont say who) come here, and the lashes OMG! So many! If they dont carry what you want, theyll even ask you, and they try to get it for ya. Not very many Beauty Supply stores carry everything they do!

The manager is really nice and helpful as well as her employees it’s always organized and clean it a really big store as well they have a good variety of wigs, hair products and makeup as well as hair itself .
