This was my first time ever purchasing a prescription glasses so I was super nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. Giselle did an excellent job in making this process easier for me. I was able to make one of these pairs of glasses into sunglasses which is also going to have my prescription. Do yourself a favor this new year 2021 & SEE Giselle, you won’t regret it - I went in to purchase a pair and came out with a bogo deal -free pair -I can’t wait to get my glasses 🤓 in two weeks.

Great place to get your glasses, they have a variety of name brand names to choose from and the staff are so sweet and very helpful! They make you feel like it was a personal experience just catering to you!!

Dr. Tate is great, but the front desk staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. Taking my business elsewhere!

When I went to pick up my glasses I thought a technician was going to fit them on me but know the reception told me to put them on I did I was able to focus for few second but services was not what I expected I grade them a five not going back

The ladies at the location were exceptionally kind and considerate both to to provide service as well as take precautions for the pandemic. Could tell they work diligently and carefully the whole day to contantly wipe surfaces, re-sanitize tried glasses, and deal with customers. Theyre doing a tough job very well.

Very disappointed in the follow up service. I had a great experience with getting my eyes examined for glasses and contacts. Now I have trail pair of contacts and they are only good for a week. I tried calling to order more contacts and each time I call the person tells me I am calling the Vision work store and I need follow with doctor. They give me a number r to call and that person says I need to call Vision works they will take care the finalization. I just want to get more contacts.

Went in to see what they have and couldn’t pass up such a great deal they had. Sandra was great help with my insurance, selection and pricing. If you go there ask for Sandra, she’s awesome!

Distrustful business practices.I went during a BOGO event and put in my order. I asked the salesperson clearly if that price was with the BOGO offer and she assured me it was. It sounded expensive if I was supposedly getting a set for free, but I needed them so I put in the order.I called and spoke to someone who said I could do half off one pair instead. When I went to pick up the glasses, I was told to come back later when the manager was there to get my refund. On my 3rd visit the manager was there. She seemed unhappy about me doing a return even though I had been told that she had already approved it. As we were discussing my return, she did some calculations and offered to knock close to 150 dollars off my order -- a coupon from the BOGO event she said. It sounded like she was offering me the discount that I was supposed to get in the first place, the one that the sales person had assured me I was already getting. They never bothered to knock down the price until I was returning the glasses.I did my return and have never gone back again.TLDR it REALLY felt like they were trying to get as much money as thei could out of me and not giving me advertised pricing.My father also had some extremely bad interactions with them over whether or not they took his insurance or not. He had to make several trips and calls back and forth. It wasnt until he had an insurance rep on speaker in the store telling them he qualified that they admitted they took his insurance. He took his money elsewhere.

This is my second pair of glasses from visionworks. Ive been to the Pearland office and now Gulf gate location. My experience at both locations where exceptional. Irene helped me at the Gulf Gate location and her patience & customer service skills where Awesome. She took the time while I was tryingon glasses to tell me which pairs looked best on my face and I also walked out not paying an arm & a leg..That was Great!!!Thank you Irene for making my second experience at Visionworks as good as the 1st.

This location has a huge variety of frames to chose from, at all different price levels. I went in and Sandra the general manager was awesome. I told her what I was looking for and she started bringing me a variety of different frames to try on. She also helped me find the best lense for my lifestyle and gave me further insight into my insurance and showed me how i could save even more money next year which was awesome. Thank you Sandra! Friendly staff. Irene was nice and helped me throughout my time there. Went in to get my prescription sunglasses fixed because they broke. Fix was not repairable so I bought new frames which I didn’t mind. Irene was kind enough to swap the lenses into the new frames

I think I was hear about a total of 3 hours I couldn’t make up my mind in which frame to get but they were all very patient especially Gisselle. She was the one helping me the most showing me glasses that were similar to mine. She even gave me different prices if I wanted to use my frame for my new lenses. She was so patience, she didn’t show any hurry or frustration. Thank you so much.

Walked in and immediately was greeted and assisted. Staff was able to answer all my questions and they were not pushy on trying to get me to buy or add extra materials that I thought I needed. They actually educated me on the different materials and from their able to make a wise decision. Very pleased and will continue to come back!

She is also super knowledgeable about insurance and how it works with the different pricing this store offers. I had a great experience here at Visionworks. The staff is great and Irene took really good care of me. This was the only place that I was in an out within an hour. My glasses fit perfect and I am very satisfied with their service.

This is my regular place. First time going in with Cigna Insurance so was unsure what to expect. Still got a great deal on a second pair. Got all the little extras Im used too. Even walked out paying $100 LESS than I initially expected. My associate Irene was exceptionally knowledgeable of her product line & able to give quality guidance on what upgrades were available, which ones Id likely benefit the most from & even demoed a couple options that we both agreed I likely didnt need yet. Professional and fast! Im a happy customer!

On the website it says Visionworks is in the United health Care network but it is not. Staff was vey rude and acted like looking up insurance was the end of the world for her.

I came to purchase some glasses at this location, lets start by saying the customer service here was great. Mrs. Irene was so attentive, kind and knowledgeable. Im am a very difficult customer so with that being said my experience was great. I came in being difficult and picky but irene, and genesis helped me make a choice. I would highly recommend this location I have been to other visonworks and this has been the best location and experience I ever had.

Disappointed of my polarized Guess glasses. The ones they gave me didnt look the same than the ones I chose. When I came back to ask, the employee told me that that was the normal way to look on their own lenses, because they where using their own lenses, not Guess lenses. I think they should say before the sale that they are not using Guess lenses in the Guess glasses and the display glasses they have should have their own lenses already on them so customers will see exactly how they will look; otherwise is kind of deceiving for the customer. Set the right expectations by having the correct display glasses.
