My experience at the eye lab is always amazing. The two young ladies that always make that possible are Giselle and Crystal. They have always made welcome and comfortable to talk to and go into grave detail about the problem I may be having with my vision. Each time I have gone in with a problem, they always lesson to my concerns. Then together we find the best resolution to fix my problem. So far I have several and they all look good on my face and I didnt feel forced into a pair of glasses I dont feel comfortable in. Eyelab has great customer service, Jennifer was very helpful with all of my needs. From the second I walked in the door she greeted me with a smile & made the whole eye exam great. She not only suggested great eye wear but she walked me around the store and helped me with any questions I had. She had great knowledge of prescriptions and explained to me the doctor recommendations. Explained to me contact wear dos and don’ts even gave me a free sample of contact solution, contact trials and eye drops that felt amazing. Will definitely be going back. Can’t wait to get my glasses.

Jennifer was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful with all of the questions and concerns I had with the prescription I was given. She helped me with choosing the frame that fit me perfectly and reassured me with feeling comfortable with the prescription I was given by letting me check again through the demo glasses. I had the greatest experience at this location. As you walk in the door you are greeted by all the staff members, really nice ladies. After your exam they are ready to help you pick out glasses. Yoselin was such a great help she assisted me with picking out glasses and giving me her honest opinion. She went over my prescription with me and updated me on all their promotions they had going on. I had never worn glasses before and I found it really helpful of her explaining everything. The store is also very nice,clean and sanitary seen it with my own eyes how they disinfected the glasses. I recommend you coming here.

I finally made it to the eyelab store after wearing Reading glasses for a couple of years.The service and help was not what I expected.I got my two glasses and was trying to get comfortable to wearing them all day. After a couple of weeks one of my glasses broke and I decided to go to a different eyelab store on 45 south. This was the best decision I ever made. The manager helped me himself to replace the glasses and recommended me a different style, which felt so much more comfortable. I left the store with 3 new glasses for a great price. The manager knows his business for sure. 👍

At arrival I was greeted by staff. Breanca Woods was very helpful in getting me in the right pair of glasses that fit my face. She was very knowledgeable about how to measure for progressive lenses. I will return for follow up visits when needed. I would recommend everyone to stop by the Alameda location for your eye exams.

For those of you that have never been to an eye Dr., you MUST go to my eyelab @ Almeda.... The staff is FABULOUS and will help with explaining information that you are not familiar with the different issues to make sure that you are understanding, not just selling to sell.... Worst experience Ive ever had. It takes too long to receive your glasses. The lab will text you stating your glasses have arrived. When you get there they are not there. I spoke with the Mgr Breanca who was very polite and understanding. She tried to make things better and I had appreciate that. They need to use another lab if possible because I feel like that is the root of their problems. Ms. Breanca is doing a fabulous job attending to the needs of her customers. I only gave three stars because of the lab delay. If it had not been for that this office would have gotten five stars. The only other problem that I encountered is that the staff could be friendlier by making the customer feel like they are glad that you are there.
