I had so much fun! We got to go to a event weve been wanting to go to for a long time. As well as our first! I got the Blue Hour Drink. It was really good! My friend got the Anti- Romanic Lemonade. She enjoyed it aswell.

Met the owner, she shared her start, how covid epidemic affected her business but how her family and friends supported her. She wants to give her customers a feeling that theyre outside in an inside setting. The vibe is relaxing and vivacious and the food was hot, fresh and hydrating. We had an appetizer and two drinks. Would highly recommend Tea Cup Cafe, lots of choices in food and creative, sensational drinks!!

Glad we found this place. It was a little chaotic at first entry but the employees and even other customers are so friendly. The menu is vast, full of smoothies, milk teas, slushies and coffee drinks. Not all of it is up on the board so I would browse their Facebook page before going in to see all that they have. You can customize your drinks as well, they are very helpful. Drinks were done about 5 minutes before food but they have seating for to go orders. You can add regular or popping boba. We went on a Sunday and I think they had a dj too?

Okay I have to admit.. this place was really good. I see why there is always a long long. We order one of the new flavor special they had. Because after drinking bubble tea a few times a week. You like to try new flavor and if all those bored you.. You keep looking for a few place. Well this place rocks for saving me for searching new flavors to satisfy my taste bud. They also have food here! Which I noticed was a hit here as the entire place everyone was eating. Base on the menu... Since we had already eaten.. I give it a go for sure next time. As far as being pack and amazing drinks. The decor need a little freshing up as it feel a little outdated compare to the ago the other bubble tea place in the area. Which kinda give it off as a pleasant vibe.. Overall a place to checkout and try!

It was definitely not a good experience. The place was very crowded and super hot inside. I waited 45 minutes for four drinks. I also noticed what may be health code violations? While they were preparing the drinks, they let the gallons of milk sit out on the counter (keep in mind I was standing there for 45 minutes in a very hot restaurant) They also store the customers drinks inside an ice chest and use that same ice to put inside the drinks. I also noticed lots of cross contamination. I understand that they were busy, but some of their methods are questionable. They seem to cut a lot of corners. Its a cute place and it seems like it has potential but it doesnt seem very clean. Will probably visit in a few months to give it a 2nd try.

I actually found this place through instagram and everything looked so good and they have some amazing Daily $1.99 Specials! I got the Tiffany Milk Tea, and it looked pretty cool, and was pretty refreshing. Their menu was a bit confusing as some of their drinks arent up on the menu so you may have to pull up the social media post to show which drink you are refering to; However, the staff are very nice and helpful. I didnt order any food but I remember seeing another group order the popcorn chicken and it looked really good! I will definitely go again and take advantage of their daily specials 😁

Service was a miss. There was only one employee working, and it took 25 minutes to get a fruit smoothie, even though he had said it would be quick because he only had one order ahead of ours. In addition to that, we said multiple times that we didnt want any sugar added, but it came out so sweet, that we couldnt drink it.

Discovered this cafe through Tik Tok and it’s AMAZING! The staff and owner are so friendly and helpful! The drinks and food are delicious, I recommend their sweet and sour wings + Tiffany Milk Tea.

Very very slow service. I called my order in 15 minutes ahead. When I got there, they said they messed up on my order and made me wait another 10 minutes. Not coming back here and I don’t recommend this place if you’re in a hurry during lunch. I didn’t want to give them a bad review, but this has happened many times.

The Teacup Cafe is a hidden gem. The popcorn chicken may be the best in Houston. You cant go wrong with the popcorn chicken and tea of your choice for $6. We chose the strawberry green tea. The popcorn chicken is mind-blowing.

Im sure I have reviewed this place plenty before but I want to review it again because I want people to go to this place and often.This place is tiny but the flavors of their food and drinks are BIG AND DELICIOUS.The food is super cheap for such an amazing flavor and the drinks they have plenty to choose from. The place is clean and simple. The girls there a e very nice and funny and help you if you out get stuck on a choice. They have and Instagram where they announce their daily specials so go follow them!!!!

We ordered the mango smoothie, honey green tea, popcorn chicken, fried fishball and some noodles which all taste sooooo good. Exactly the same as what I had in Taiwan.

I love their beef noodle, the popcorn chicken, the fish tofu, and gizzard, and their tapioca, especially their Durian Tapioca. There are much more other items I Love at Teacup.

Food and drinks are great! It was quite slow though likely due to a rush in popularity from Tik Tok.

Went for 1.99 milk tea Friday’s that they promote on Instagram and got charged 10 bucks for 2 milk teas. I also asked for no ice on one tea and both came with ice. I got overcharged and given the wrong order.

Ordered through a delivery app. Extremely slow service. I understand everybody’s having a tough time during the pandemic but how come they could take an hour to prepare a dish?? They also forgot the straw that supposed to come with my drink.Nevertheless, the food tasted quite good. Really hope they can improve the service.

Came by couple weeks ago, was a personal friend with previous owner. I didnt realize this place is now running by a new owner. Same great drinks and food. My fave Milk Tea with Bubba, Coffee slush is also very good. Spicy chicken gizzard is very tasty, beef noodle soup is authentic, and my new favorite dry flat rice noodle in friend onion and pork sauce.

Just picked up the $30 special added a popcorn chicken (spicy) and chicken wings- enough for 3 people with dinner leftovers ❤️ Teas and coffees were perfect and not too sweet. Highly recommend!! Wonderful staff and perfectly packaged to pick up.

Wasted customer’s time.We went ahead and gave this place a try. Again. Called in order and got there 20 min. (Was told ready in 10 min). Literally saw cashier gave my drinks ( special of the day ) away. And said he ordered the same thing at the same time. Really ?! She can talked to me on the phone the same time talking to him 🤦‍♀️. So made me waited another 12 min.Called in order, Was told take 30-40 min for mochi donut to be ready. When we arrived 50 min later, we still have to wait 20 min 😡. Looks like they gave our mochi donuts to other customer then make ours. Bad customer service.

Went here last Saturday the person taking our order was so preoccupied with Dusting crumbs off her shirt we had to repeat our order 3 times!! Then she begins making the drinks but DOES NOT WASH HER HANDS!! She notices us watching and puts on gloves to cut the strawberries... Still unprofessional... The Vietnamese Iced Coffee was the Worst!! Needless to say what they are advertising on IG is way different then what you’re getting in person!!! Won’t be coming back!!

Tried this place out since lots of folks we know enjoyed it. Small shop. Simple. Tried the wings and a few drinks. The wings were sweet. Forgot the flavor we got. It was the combo one which had 3 pieces and a drink of choice. They serve other items there too. There was a group that was eating noodles and various plates. We went on a Saturday evening and had to wait a bit for or appetizers and drinks but there were seats to sit at and wait. Neat place to try out and support but just a little bit out of our way in which we would drive etc.

Such a cute place on the inside. the staff was very patient with us considering we had a larger party (we all wear face masks) the drinks were great along with the food

Ordered donuts for 4pm pickup. Arrived at 4:30 and then waited another 20 min for donuts to be ready. There was 2 girls preparing food and not wearing masks. Would not go back again.

Its kinda just another boba place. Got the fig green tea and its horrendously sweet with alot of loose tea in the drink. I probably wouldnt go again unless i happened to be right next to it.

Ordered food for takeout in their online platform for pickup at 10:30 am (the time posted they are open). Got there early, waited until 10:30 to go in and found the door was locked. The associate inside said they open at 11 am.Suggest to update hours in consideration for people on the move to pickup food.

Super packed 🥵waited 30 min to get my order. It’s a mess! They’re calling out ingredients instead of Oder number or a name on the order, so someone else took my order and I ended up having to have a bad moment with the staff to get another order made.

As far as service, this place gets all the stars. Friendly, fast and accommodating to the current situation! Plus, their teas and food are delicious. Popcorn chicken and wings are a must try!

Food was delicious. Small cozy place to have date night. You would expect it to take long for your food since it’s not that many people thats working the front but food came out in a timely manner. One lady took her time to greet us even though she was in the back and very talkative and inviting. When we got there it was slow but business picked up fast and so did their service. Food well cooked and seasoned. The best popcorn chicken and fish tofu. (It was my first time eating) I loved everything about this place. Even purchased a slush mango drink to go!! Must try!!Do it, you won’t be disappointed!

I took my hubby to get Bubble Tea for the first time. My daughter and I just love it, but he didnt like the texture. The tea and smoothies here are so good.

During these uncertain times it was a pleasant surprise to have the BEST BOBA THAI TEA in town from Teacup Cafe! Now I compare all other Boba Thai Tea drinks to this place and none have come close to this well balanced beverage from Teacup Cafe. If I lived closer I would probably go there a few times a week, but since I dont its always a treat when I do. The barrista was super sweet and took special care to shoot me a smile under her mask while perfectly crafting my Boba Thai Tea. I will come back every time I am in the area so that I support this business. Next time, I will try their food.

The store looks to have been revamped, and I feel the drinks are better. I’d recommend trying it out if you haven’t been here in awhile. The new combo is a great way to have a drink and a snack for a reasonable price.

I usually go here exclusively for their fresh avocado (no powder added) smoothie. Didnt know ownership had changed (became aware while order was being made as I looked around the wall decor) but after the order was prepared it was quite an obvious downgrade.Came here during my short lunch break when there was no client there. I was in a rush. Ordered 2 cups of avocado smoothie and the chicken gizzard dish then left for an errand next door. When I returned the girl had forgotten about my drink and was only then preparing the order placed over 10 min prior.Food was even more disappointing. There was no avocado in the avocado smoothie, only powder; tasted like a milkshake instead of the fresh lime green color smoothie. The chicken gizzard was hastily prepared; was plain without colorful chile and cilantro garnish. Not impressed with these once tasty staples and will likely be my last visit. It was too late to cancel order as I had already paid for the smoothie and gizzard before I ran the errand.

We got the matcha latte and mocha freeze. The wait was way to long, about 20 minutes and we were the only ones there at the time. Other people came in to order drinks and their drink came out before ours. There was only one barista and she seemed new to the job. I read the reviews and this place seemed great last year, but during covid, there’s not decor and it’s seems a little messy. Also, my matcha latte tastes like straight up milk and they forgot my boba.

Best teas and smoothies in Houston. Ive tried many places but this place by far beats everyone. Their chicken fried steak is delicious. I strongly recommend you come here. You wont regret it.

I can not believe I waited so long to write a review for this. This has always been my favorite go to place for a good cup of frozen frappachino. But recently I had felt in love with the avocado smoothie. So so smooth, and avocado is so fresh or maybe its their blender. My friend tried their almond drink, I personally is not almond fan, but she told me it was great.Since this center has been having so many new places open I get to come here more often. Tried several of their appetizer, my number 1 item on the menu is the spicy chicken gizzards, spicy to the right amount for me and I just can NOT stop eating. I can literally finish the whole thing myself. LOL. Second favorite is their pork chop combo meal. Huge portion, lots of side dishes comes with. I usually bring the leftover home and eat it the very next day, still super tasty after microwave. Cant believe it either. Since it has been very cold lately I tried their Taiwanese special beef noodle soup and the simple vermicelli soup, feels homey. I like it.Highly recommended, the owner there was very friendly and attentive.

I have been to this cafe three separate times and each time Im greeted by friendly staff. Ive tried their taro milk tea and slushie and they are both solid choices. Their pokebowl options are tasty and numerous, and their sandwiches are cheap and delicious. Glad this place opened up recently.

Best place for popcorn chicken, and milk tea in Houston, IMHO. This is my family go to place for snacks and boba tea. Their menu is extensive (hot/cold, coffee/teas/smoothies, snacks) and very reasonable priced. Along with snacks and drinks, their lunch/dinner dishes are also very good. A lot of time instead of going to a restaurant for lunch, I would go here for my favorite dish of chicken leg with rice and a cup of honey green tea. Their chicken wings are very good too, the deep seasoning and the crispness of the skin is literally mouthwatering. Overall, a good place to hang out with friends and family that serves tasty snacks and good drinks.

Our food was flavorful and absolutely excellent. The service was amaxing, they ensure they meet all your requests, they repeat it back, ensure youre happy with the product, and still are efficient. We were happily greeted and eagerly served. Food came out steaming hot from the kitchen. It was inexpensive and best of all.... no blaring loud music like any other boba place. Would 10/10 come again.

The absolute best tea house in Texas. I’ve never gotten anything here that wasn’t great, and if you love yourself then you’ll definitely get the strawberry smoothie as well. Words can’t express how good it is...I drive a hour each way just to come here and it’s worth it.

The rose yogurt drink from here is amazing. All the items on the menu are very well priced and I recommend trying the rose yogurt drink, it’s the best drink I’ve ever tried.

The Mango Dragon fruit drink is awesome

This place is amazing. Ive dining here since 2008. I found this gem in high school. Its a family business and they welcome everyone. You will never feel discriminated against and they give excellent service. They have television, tapioca, and amazing food. They have nice personal touches in their decor because the husband does photography so the gave some black and white pictures that let you know a little bit about them without even asking. Every dish served is fresh. They dont make it till you order it.

I come here for two things: Beef Noodle Soup, and Chicken nuggets. The beef noodle soup reminds me of Taiwan, and has the perfect taste to it. We did a blind taste test around Chinatown for the Chicken Nuggets, and this place wins hands down. It always comes out hot and fresh. Also, its more meat than batter which makes it eevn better. The drinks here are pretty good too, and the tapioca is alright. I come here for food more than drinks.

Great variety of drinks + snacks. Got the lychee slushy with mixed fruity jelly. Super refreshing!

Look... I dont usually leave bad reviews after only one visit, but this is probably the most disappointing boba experience Ive had in a long time.First off, the service was extremely unorganized. There were two employees handling the orders and drink making, but it took an unfortunate amount of time for each drink to be prepared. We ordered three drinks, and there were two people in front of us. It was over 20 minutes before everyone got their drinks. Thats a long time for a boba place.Second, our orders were mixed up several times. They forgot to make one of our drinks and they forgot what my drink was. And they almost overcharged us when we ordered their $1.99 daily drink special. I can understand this happening when there are a lot of orders all at once, but when theres literally two other people in the store, it makes me wonder whats going on.And finally, we found small plastic-y pieces in one of the drinks. Not appetizing, and the final straw. Besides that, the drinks themselves were syrupy and not fresh, so besides their $1.99 deal, they dont stand out.So yeah, I wouldnt come here again. In the defense of the staff, one of them was training, and they seemed friendly enough-- but the system they used was extremely inefficient, and the drinks were sugary and powdery.
