Visited here Sunday afternoon and inside seating was pretty full but there are enough space for placing order. I was interested in shaved iced coffee but they didnt have it, so ordered shaved iced tea instead. The item is supposed to be 16oz but it was a little disappointing that the shaved ice was only a half cup full (maybe thats the right amount). Despite the disappointment, the shaved iced tea was pretty good and the kolache was good as well.

Went here with my sister, mom, and niece. We all got different beverages and baked treats and everyone was overjoyed with their choices! My latte and pistachio muffin were delicious. And the atmosphere is so chill and conducive to conversation as well as work. Update: of course, Beans, feel free to use the photos. Glad you like them!😊

Very nice coffee shop with a simple menu. Got a standard latte and was thoroughly impressed! The place features ample seating inside and outside with custom canvas artwork all around. Quite an enjoyable experience to sit down and catch up with a few friends. For studying, the place can get noisy so bring headphones.

Beans is one of the few coffee houses in West Houston that isnt named Starbucks. It is a nice shop with good amount of space, but does get full due to its popularity. The drinks and food are excellent, I only took off one stars because I wish they expanded a bit on the food. The pastries are great, but sometimes you want to come for a drink, but also want something more than a muffin.Regardless, it is easily one of the best coffee houses in the Houston area

A cute coffee house in the area. I was surprised that the inside of this place was quite small. Seems to be pretty popular because it was almost packed inside. However, they make the most out of their space so you can manage to find a seat.There is free WiFi. Their tables are creative with the map of the world as the surface. A cozy study place although its a bit cramp inside but still doable. They also have additional tables outside. I ordered their iced mocha. Tasted good and the girl at the register was friendly and welcoming. Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere here. You can probably study here or catch up with a friend.

Great small coffee spot. Have a variety of choices and some comfortable seats. Nice location to chill and study. There is also a small outdoor place as well.

Not my first choice of cafe! And not the last one either. It has a nice and rather spacious interior, but some of the furniture is a little old. Outside seats are also too close to the parking and again, some furniture issue like wobbly chairs and table can be expected. The menu is fine, not super impressive though. And the young guy who works there currently (and has been there the last few times I went there), is nice enough, but I think not the best cut for this job.

Really great atmosphere. What can I say, its like stepping into another world - a little haven away from home. Like the bar from cheers or something. But an artsy quirky version. Cozy place.If you havent tried their chai tea with oat-milk, my friend, you have not yet lived.

Its a small place. I was there on a Sunday and many of the seats were filled with readers and laptop people. Sunday is not an ideal to go there as the selection is somewhat sparce. The coffee was good. Two regular coffees and a slice of apple cake came to about $7.50.

This is my first time here in years and now I remember why I stopped coming.Ordered a 16 oz shaved ice coffee and got this garbage that was barely even half full. When asked if it was supposed to be like this, the very unhelpful clerk just told me Its supposed to be this way and left it at that.Worst coffee shop Ive ever been to.

So happy to see Beans back up and running! The rebuild turned out beautifully and it kept all of its charm. The Dirty Chai Lattes are still the best in town. Friendly staff, delicious foods, and great atmosphere.

My husband recently moved to this area & have been scouring Houston to find a great coffee spot - never seeing this one was right by our house AND the best coffee we’ve ever had. We usually just get iced lattes but we have never had coffee so smooth and non-bitter. It literally blows our mind every time and it’s almost impossible for us to try other coffee shops now! We love everything about this place! The beans are roasted locally too which is amazing.

So I’ve been going to this café since I was a teenager and I’m in my late 20s now- I will always go here when I’m on the road to somewhere and can’t make any caffeinated drinks at home or if I just wanna change of scenery to read or study at . The quality of their products are high. They have great coffee! Great Matcha- my recommendations are there Matcha latte, their mocha (hot or iced) and their cortado! The staff that the owner chooses are always really kind and interesting people who make great conversation. If you’re looking for a café that is personable and homey I definitely recommend Beans.

Cute little coffee place. I cant decide what to order but the cashier was super nice.Unlike most of the Starbucks place, this place makes you lfeel cozy and relaxed. The place is full when I was here but people are very quiet when they talk. So you dont feel crowded at all. Theres only one person behind the counter so she was super busy, but still very attentive.They have interesting pairings and different style colors of couches, makes this little place very unique.I like my coffee bit sweet and she suggested the most popular nutty brown cow coffee. The sweetness just to my taste so I dont have to do anything to it. Love it.Bagel came out to be hot and toasty, pretty fresh.Overall very nice coffee house to visit. P

A homey, comfortable space with great service and enjoyable beverages. There are cushioned seats throughout the place and itll remind you of places in the Heights (think small town feel in a friendly urban environment). You could spend hours here!

I used to LOVE this coffee and place (and miss it) but it is a drive for me and I agree with another reviewer that coffee is very inconsistent depending on who makes it 😥 There are new baristas regularly and last couple times its way too strong or sweet or not sweet at all so not worth drive anymore. Please please please cross train your employees so I can go back. Brandon and lady with the lovely accent are pros ☕👍

Great ambience and calm enough to have a business meeting with no distractions. Employees are extra nice and food tasted good. I had a kolache and a blueberry muffin and I would definitely go back for another. The hot mocha was delicious too. The brewed coffee was nothing impressive, though.

Wonderful and welcoming staff. If worried, they abide by the COVID-19 rules. Very clean, accommodating to requests such as sugar free syrups, milks ect. Very nice when answering questions. Some pastries from local bakeries. Outdoor seating available.

Quiet, quaint, and yet bursting with personality. They care about their customers and about their coffee, offering a broad range of delicious and flavorful options. Their baristas are friendly and happy to advise on their personal favorite blends. Ive been here several times and will continue to come back.

Decor is pretty and drink selection is good. The chairs arent super comfy ( personally consider that important for a coffee shop). Also, could improve the ambience by playing more unique music. While i was there, they played only popular music so gave the feel of a bar rather than a Cafe.

I always like to find a local coffee shop when traveling for work. This spot did not disappoint. Great food and coffee/tea choices. Very reasonably priced. Chai tea latte and bagel sandwich were both delicious. And extremely friendly staff. Will definitely be back here again before leaving town!

Everything is great, and the prices are so low compared to every other coffee shop. For reference, the prices are lower than starbucks and yet everything is much higher quality.

Great atmosphere, very helpful staff, no big chain feel. On the go or kick back and settle in for a bit- very comfortable setting. The various pound cakes are great warmed up!

The interior of this coffee shop is absolutely cozy; just what we were looking for before our busy Saturday started. The breakfast bagel I had was cooked perfectly - not too cold and not too hot. I tried the coconut cream tea latte, which was so good (the loose leaf tea had a nice aroma to it). The drink was smooth, and their to-go cups actually protect your hands from hot beverages! Super friendly staff, will definitely come back here to try more things from the menu.

Really really tasty coffee beverages. I would wager that this is the best craft coffee on the west side. You’ve got comfy indoor and outdoor seating areas with an assortment of furniture and board games from which to choose. Friendly staff and baristas and espresso beverages that have real flavor! I’m so glad I discovered this spot: a great find for college students accounted to “coffee shop vibes” for studying.

What a gem! When you first walk in, you are greeted with a bunch of fluffy wing tip chairs arranged like small living rooms. Very comfy. This place is an independent coffee shop that supports other local business owners. The owner knows her coffee and can direct you if you want to try something new. The coffee is fantastic and you absolutely must try the pistachio muffin. I am definitely coming back here!

A good place to study, play board games, or even have a beer or wine with a good book. They have plenty of outlets for devices and there is enough space for you and a couple of friends to meet up together. It was a respite for me when I was in town caring for an MD Anderson patient and I highly recommend.

Coffee is okay but not better than Starbucks. I was hoping for something special and maybe a little different as Im always on the hunt for awesome small, local coffee shops. Cakes are too sweet. The owner could have been more attentive to customers. Limited seating

Prices at this cafe is pretty reasonable - the bagels are nice. Ive tried the Portland (cream cheese with salmon) and the Ham and Cheddar bagels. You can choose which bagel to put it on. Ive also tried the pistachio muffin, it was nice but I wouldnt crave for it. I tried the cake slices they have, the marble slice is quite nice. Coffee I have tried their doppio espresso, flat white and cappuccino. All mediocre. Its a good place to hang out - It gets quite packed during late mornings.

As far as the flavor goes, the beans can definitely compete. The decor reminds me a trendy and colorful atmosphere. Its cozy to relax, the crowd is mellow, yet the menu is decently priced. Fair variety altogether, worth trying if your in the area.

A place to get a solid not bitter iced latte. Not a place to try to have a conversation though. But a great place to sit in the corner and people watch and do what your parents said was rude. Portland bagel on sesame seed is also on point.

Due to most of the reviews, we were excited to drive about half an hour to come here for coffee. Unfortunately when we received our lattes it was extremely disappointing. We were served in paper Solo cups instead of coffee mugs which was very unsatisfying. All the pictures posted had beautiful beverages with latte art and looked appetizing, don’t let that fool you. It was not a great experience for us and don’t think I will ever come back here. You only have one chance for a first impression and this place did not meet my standards. The only good thing out of this experience was the relaxed environment and was close enough to La Madeline to have real coffee.

Ordered a flat white and a berry smoothie. The place was pretty full inside and the patio. Line was short and the order was completed pretty fast. The coffee was good but the smoothie was just okay.I would recommend to anyone looking for a coffee and a place to chill or people watch.

Ive had coffee here only 3 times within 2 years but have really enjoyed the coffee every time.Its a little hard to see from road. Look for the BBQ restaurant and UPS sign. This coffee house is PACKED every time Ive come here and theres an interesting mix of hipster and corporate vibe. I think one time there was no seat so I just had to walk back out with my drink. What I love are the unique flavor combinations and varieties. Their cold mocha is delicious but high in sugar. Would come back.

World maps, local craft brews and wine, local coffee, and amazing staff - Bean Coffee is a perfect little spot for doing some work and enjoying some delicious local coffees. The staff is so down to earth and very helpful. They recommended the Sticky Buns with an extra shot and YUM! I also tried the seasonal Pumpkin Horchata and both are so tasty and well made. I wish I lived here to make this a frequent stop, but when Im back this way, Im definitely stopping in, and you should too!

My only complaint would be the high turn over rate of staff. Everyone there is wonderful. Everything Ive had to eat or drink has been great. I took my husband who doesnt drink coffee normally and Nick made sure my husbands drink had everything he wanted. Great place.

The coffee here is great. I usually just get their regular coffee. Its self serve with unlimited refills. They usually have multiple choices of coffee to choose from and theyre always excellent. The staff has always been very welcoming and makes you feel at home.

Nice place to sit and drink coffee. Remodeled and came back even better after Hurricane Harvey. They have good smoothies in addition to their coffee drinks.

A hidden gem in the energy corridor with comfortable seating and work space. Definitely better than most in terms of utility with the addition of multiple outlets, decent wifi, and even a printer. Coffee is energizing and fairly priced.
