Such an amazing spot! The coffee is absolutely delicious! I got the Dutch coffee iced such a hit! The inside of the place is beautiful and there’s a big space outside. A very family friendly/work friendly place. All of the staff is really nice and they even have a taco truck outside that serves breakfast and dinner 💖

Love this coffee shop and the ambiance of it all. Their coffee selection is excellent and I highly recommend the Johnny Cash if you’re looking for that quick pick me up. Can’t wait to go back. Plenty of parking space and outdoor seating.

An adorable experience. Baristas were wonderful in dialing in prior to pulling a shot to give to me. Single origin for the day had notes of raspberries and marshmallows. I will begin to frequent here.

I LOVE the vibe of this shop! The layout is completely unlike any other show youll experience in Houston. The owner and baristas are very cool and welcoming! Oh yeah, and they make a dope Lavendar Latte (Oak milk of course). I highly recommend trying out some of their CBD syrup with your beverage too. Its definitely a unique experience with the upper from drinking the coffee and the downer from the CBD but it makes for a very cool experience. This is definitely going to be the beginning of next generation coffee experiences.

New choice, and a first choice. In the heart of Heights. In a renovated Bungalow a new coffee house. I was impressed. The pour-over was great, I judge by black coffee., but my friends iced mocha was decadent rich with oat milk . I came in during soft opening, the service was friendly and good. Good ambiance nice patio to enjoy your coffee. They not only sell CBD products, but are versed in CBD. Then car park is adjacent to the cottage and large. This is a top choice in an area. Which is chuffed with good choices

The staff were knowledgeable and recommended products that suited our needs.They have extra fresh melt in your mouth coconut macaroons that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🥲 not CBD infused.We were just passing by on a family trip and this was definitely a place we will visit next time in Houston!

Forget that other coffee chain, treat yourself to a great coffee and a chill atmosphere. Outside seating large enough for groups. CBD additives available. 😍🌱

The owner has no customer service skills and seeks attention. He’s bossing around and micro managing employees in front of the customers and conducting interviews in customer seating area instead of the office. Not an ideal place for working as the wifi is routed through a private server which is blocked by a firewall.

Absolutely love this spot. My go to is Strawberry Matcha and add CBD.Staff is always friendly and the drinks, delicious.Looking forward to that reward system so we can stack up loyalty points.

Just a heads up if you go there for CBD coffee its not available right now. Also the speciality drinks arent that great I tried the lavender latte and it neither looked lavender like nor tasted lavender like and it was $7. I did NOT order a chai 9 spice latte but apparently thats what I received which makes sense since my coffee didnt taste like lavender Im going to stick to the basics next time. Love the vibe on the inside and the outside patio is great there are several little bistro type tables set up and this place has its own parking which is awesome for 19th ST. Very clean. The setup is a little odd with huge rectangular table in the middle and at one corner you have a checkout area which is not labelled. The staff was not very helpful either as I was mulling around aimlessly looking to checkout till finally someone steered me. Note there was only 2 ppl inside and the rest of the 3 ppl I am assuming were staff. Very cute place.

We tried this place for the first time a few weeks back and it was awesome! They have a beautiful interior space with seating as well as a massive outdoor space with big picnic tables. They have an array of coffees and teas along with CBD infused items as well. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful… especially when we had questions about the CBD products. They were knowledgeable and were able to make suggestions related to what we were looking for 10/10

Dull ambient and mediocre coffee at best. Their idea of pastry is packaged waffles that you can buy from supermarkets, but with 2 fold mark up. Far better places around to go. Staff were nice though, hence the 2 star.

Nicely renovated, modern themed bungalow coffee house in the Heights. Big outdoor patio, and dog friendly. Friendly staff. But thats about all this place has to offer. Not impressed with the quality of the coffee.Paid double the price of a normal coffee for their CBD Pour Over, but the price isnt justified. The wait time for my drink was RIDICULOUS. It took about 15-20 minutes for the barista to complete my pour over, and this was during a slow time of the day. Not many customers were ordering at the time.In addition, the cups are also extremely low quality. While we were driving home, the coffee started leaking out the bottom of our cups. It made a mess in our vehicle, and we only live less than 5 minutes away.Attached is a photo of our leaking coffee cups. Wasted money and time at this place. Wont be visiting again.

I had no idea they have a huge backyard patio. Clean and organized inside. The staff is upbeat and friendly. They sell some snacks, but allow outside food as long as you but a drink. A welcomed addition to the neighborhood!

Delicious brews, really enjoyed my Dutch coffee and chocolate croissant. Great for meeting a friend or knocking out some work on your laptop.

Wonderfully helpful staff and great coffee with minimal frills. Sadly dropped one of our coffees on the way out and the staff was very helpful and understanding. Definitely check it out!

I love the simple ambiance of this place...it was amazing! The subway tile on the wall and the hexagon on the tile floor made the atmosphere light and airy. Benches lined the wall for seating in addition to tables and chairs. There was room indoors and out for social distancing.I love the fact that they have option such as Oat milk for us lactose intolerant people.The staff was super friendly and made you fell as if you werent a stranger walking through the door for the first time.If your in the Heights area and in the mood for a cup of coffee or pastry...I would suggest you check this place out!

Great place in an original house from 1906. Great coffee! The only thing I didnt like is the chairs and tables arent very comfortable so its not good for studying or working at.

Dog-friendly! I visited a BBQ pop-up and got to enjoy a nice afternoon outside Amsterdam Coffee. The owner is super-nice and brought out a bowl of water for my pup.The interior is cozy and clean, and the kombucha is spectacular. Great addition to the Heights!

I had a flat white and it’s one of the best! Great service, and lots of parking on the left side. Very clean, good atmosphere, free WiFi, and outside seating available. Will be back!

Love the coffee, love the staff, love the ambiance, love the products!However, there is a pesky 2 hour limit on the WiFi that causes interruptions especially while viewing a class or video in general. The internet gets cut off on the device until another purchase is made and the new code entered.Even if the limit didnt exist, I would still end up buying a delicious product every couple hours. The limit just causes inconvenience.EDIT: The wifi is SOOOOOO SLOW!! Even when no one is here. Why?!

Highly recommend! I was in desperate need of a caffeinated drink to start my day - the staff was super nice and helpful and my cappuccino was sublime. Maybe one of the best cappuccinos I’ve had in Houston! I’ll be back soon.

I had an awesome experience going in for the first time. The atmosphere was chill, I could definitely go there and relax after work. They have naturally made teas, coffee as well. I recommend getting the GOAT. Overall it was a great time, the Bossman Mike is a really cool guy. You can see he cares 👌

5 stars all the way across, staff, facility, owners, product...this place nailed it! Espressos are always perfectly pulled and consistent. CBD drip is remarkable & my wife loves their lattes.

I am so excited about this New Amsterdam coffee company. Let me first say I am not a coffee drinker however I absolutely love the smell of fresh brewing coffee. I do very much like hot tea and hot chocolate, which they also have on their menu. I had the nine spice chai tea and it was wonderful. The atmosphere is so relaxing especially with the backyard and its pet friendly so you can bring your four-legged babies with you. They have some wellness products there that you can purchase. I purchased a CBD lip balm and I love it as well as a bottle of the hemp oil. Please go in support this new business, I would love to see success for them.

This place deserves 5 stars, a gold medal, and roses thrown onto the stage. Great employees, gorgeous aesthetics, a dog-friendly front AND backyard, free WiFi, benches for work outside underneath the trees, and absolutely delicious drinks.I ordered the green matcha latte, and my boyfriend ordered the Johnny Cash. Both were *chef’s kiss*.We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, and it made me love this place all the more. He has so many ideas in the works that I cannot wait to see come to fruition, because it’s already so amazing! HIGHLY recommend if you are in the Heights area.

Really expensive for a coffee shop. $20 for two pastries and two coffees. Was put off by the checkout tablet having default tip options of 20, 25, and 30%... For a walk up counter at a coffeeshop!
