With the Ralph Lauren brand, you simply will not go wrong, you have the security of style and quality, my favorite brand by far, I decided to go to this store on my visit to Houston in search of some clothes, they were not on display but Omar He was very kind, he told us that he could look for them in the warehouse and bring them, and indeed managed to get them, the truth is that we left with a very good experience in general, the quality of the clothes as always perfect, but the attention gave him that extra that you expect the brand, we thank you for your attention Omar, we greet you from Mexico, we hope you will attend us again in future trips.
The phones don’t work! I had a hard time returning a dress that didn’t fit. I ordered another one and now I can’t get anyone on the line. There is a lot more I could post here, like why three different people had to look at my receipt for my return. And why no one has called me about my dress coming in???? If I could give zero stars I would.
They have great kids clothes qaulity is very good they hold up from my two guys pretty good and there always spilling stuff on them stains always come out
I have been going to this location for years. Actually before when it was on the other side of the mall. It is still my go to for formal wear. Their casual wear is not my style but you cant have it all. The suits are it for me!
Tailor is pathetic, service is horrendous. Been going on for years at this store. Most salespeople cycle thru quickly. You can spend 4K on a suit it doesn’t matter. The tailor belongs at a lower end store. Maybe they have a new tailor but for a major market store to be staffed this way is strange since RL is so good at everything else. I only go to NYC for major RL purchases now bc of this store
Been here twice and staff (asian guy) were not kind at all.
So I was looking for a linen shirt in mens sections and I was told that, it was way too big for me and I said that I love baggy clothes. I asked him to help me because they put pins to keep the shirt folded so he had to do it. While he was doing it, he says, are you going to buy this shirt FOR REAL or you want to try it JUST FOR FUN?I was frustrated and told him to stop and immediately left the store.I can’t remember his name but he was the guy with gray hair in nice suit.I don’t think high-end brands like Ralph Lauren should hire people like him as their sales associate.

You would think being inside one of Houstons staple retail locations you would receive good service, unfortunately that wasnt the case. Everywhere else in the Galleria I was greeted and helped, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I barely received a notice, as they carried along with their conversation. I found what I needed and went to pay. The employee had the audacity to ask if anyone helped. Ofcourse noone helped when the store was empty and both employees were deep in conversation.
First and last time going to this location. Had a horrible experience my family and I. The lady that went by the name of RITA made us feel like we were not welcome in the store. There was also another gentleman that completely ignored us. We felt she was being racist for being hispanics and judgemental by the way we were dressed (baseball practice clothes). The worst part of this is that my kids had to witness this.
Had the worst experience in this store with this person Sparkle Mcphail . If you are from different country you are treated there differently. If you are not American or your skin is not white don’t even think going to this store.

If you are serious about buying stuff here then ask for Melory. She is beyond awesome and the most excellent customer service rep I have met in years. I needed 3 dress shirts today for a gift for 3 different people, good heavens Melory came to the rescue, she was superrrr patient with us, went to the back few times and got us a lot of variety to pick from. Not only that she wrapped them soooo awesomely in gift boxes with a bow tie wrap and made sure each box had a nice tissue wrap with gift receipt inside of a nice polo card. Super friendly, eager to help, loved her energy, this just became my go to polo store and will always shop whenever she’s there!!!

I work in retail store myself and know that if customer loses receipt, we have many options tohelp them. We have many ways to look up the transaction or we can just exchange items withno receipt. My friend had an issue in this store with this sales personPamela Morse . she lied to my friend’s face that the system is not allowing to make an exchangewithout receipt. Pamela you suppose to help your customers - not lie to them.
