A good shop but limited variety.

I warn you do not order anything online for in store pick up at this location!!! They are unorganized and don’t know what they’re doing. I order something for pick up and online it was in stock. I paid online. The next day there was no update regarding my order so I called the store. At first I was told that the swimsuit I ordered was not in store at all and then they said we found it and we will put it on hold for you. I was confused because their online pick system doesn’t seem right. If you have someone pay for an order why don’t they find the items and have it ready right away??? I had to call and ask for the item. About 30 minutes later they canceled my order. I called again. And a new employee told me they do have the item BUT I have to come in the store and pay again. This wouldn’t have been a problem but I paid online to use Afterpay which they don’t have in the store. So bottom line don’t trust their online pick up service they’re incompetent and disorganized.

Always find something when I go to Pacsun. Clothes are kinda up there but quality matches so I dont mind. Also, they always have great deals.

I’ve been shopping at PacSun, ever since it came out in the Midwest. I’ve bought a lot of stuff online and in store. Today I go into this location to do a simple return for a $18 product that I bought online. The product had a tag still on it and had my online receipt.They couldn’t help me with the return?The two ladies were very nice and empathetic so I don’t blame them. I blame the managers who trained them or lack there of.Not happy with y’all waisting my time over a $18 tank. Train your associates better or have someone who can do returns.Also simple fix: if you know I have all the evidence that I bought it... just do a no receiptReturn.Very poor customer experience PacSun
