Sure, Hugo Boss is great, iconic brand with European styling for Americans fed up with sack suits. But thats not why you come here. Vincent. Vincent is why come here. Vincent will work with you. He will make every effort to get you into something nice. He will look around the store for that one piece you need. He will make great suggestions on how to improve your look. So, Hugo Boss is awesome. Vincent is awesome. So... Why four stars? The store inventory and inventory is... Bleh.

I absolutely love this store! Sherilyn took great care of my buddy for his wedding and she was not only very knowledgeable but she also genuinely gave us the best service Ive had in a clothing store. They also provided complimentary drinks for him, another friend and myself and created the greatest possible experience.In the future, I will definitely be buying suits from this location and highly recommend it!

I was ignored all throughout my visit

The asian manager is disgusting. I saw a customer returning used underwear and while I was still in the store I witnessed the same pair of used underwear being repackaged in a box and put back onto the floor???????? People are unknowingly buying/trying used personal garments. That’s concerning.

Man(salesperson) at BOSS store was very rude. I asked the girl for a cologne I can smell. I am still trying to decide and smell it but the man who works there comes and tells me to put my mask back on with an attitude and rudely. I was going to buy that perfume but his rudeness made me walk out of the store right away. He has no business being in customer service.

I went into the Hugo boss store in galleria to purchase a suit for my husband. When approaching the suit section I witnessed an Asian woman who appeared to be a manager yelling and speaking disrespectfully to a young African American female employee. Her tone was extremely unprofessional and it made me feeling uncomfortable as a customer to witness. I shop at Boss frequently, however after today’s experience I won’t be returning.

The most arrogant Boss store I have ever been to. I’ve been to a couple of Boss stores. The staff there are usually very friendly and helpful. But this one is different. They are very arrogant and always find excuses to refuse you. Like they refuse to hem your pants, and said they cannot mark it since the tailor is not here, just because you bought it online. Shame on you for lying!

I used to love this store until I met this manager Mariana Holt . I came to the store I’ve been shopping for years for help with a return. And what I got? I wasted an hour of my time and left the store with negative energy all over me. She ruined my day and my and left the worst impression of the store. Will never ever go there again.

Rude employee female. Went in to purchase 2 items. Walk into the area where registers are. A rude female employee ask me to wait outside! Why I didn’t know I needed permission to wait to check out !!! So I just walk out left went to another store that knows how to treat a guest !!
