Kim did such a great job helping us select the perfect carpet for our home. She made sure that the install fit our schedule. The installers were extremely professional and tidy. Kim was there at the beginning and end of the installation making sure there were no issues. The experience could not have been any better.

I called Mikes company to remove, then replace, wood flooring in our kitchen that had been installed after the appliances were in place. The dishwasher had stopped working, and I had been told that to repair or replace it would require moving the unit from under our granite countertop and would cost $1,500 to do so. Mike came out to verify what I had been told, got down on our floor, and found that it was possible to move the dishwasher without lifting the flooring. He was prompt, very pleasant, and willingly saved me $1,500. I cannot recommend Mike and his company more highly - he is a gentleman that you can trust.

Carpet quality was very good. Installation was fast and flawless even though there were challenges of curves in floor and on stairs. Installation team moved all furniture in and out of the rooms as needed. They worked very hard and were still cheerful throughout.

We decided to change one of our upstairs rooms to a home gym since we are no longer going to the local gym. We had several companies provide us quotes on professional rubber gym floor mats and could tell a huge difference in the companies from the start. Keith measured the room precisely and gave us multiple options for interlocking tile or rolls and discussed the pros and cons of each. He also brought samples with him! We decided to go with the interlocking tiles and it did take longer than expected for the mats to be shipped into town (due to COVID), however the communication was great during the process and they worked around our busy schedule to do the installation as quickly as possible. Due to water damage on our laminate floors, we needed to replace them on the entire first floor of our house. We first contacted Keith early this year but due to covid-19, we were not ready to have them done at that time. Keith was very patient while helping us decide on the best flooring, which ended up being a beautiful luxury vinyl plank. He brought in many samples and worked with us multiple times before we signed up to make sure we had the perfect floors. In addition, we added on the staircase and upstairs hallway, replacing carpet with the same matching floor and stair treads. It was a larger project than we initially were planning to do, but it was all able to be completed in one week and we love the new look. Keith stopped by everyday during the renovation to keep an eye on the project and answer any questions we had as the project went on. Wish we had done it sooner!
