Michelle was our design coordinator and she did amazing. Very responsive, friendly, down to earth and most importantly patient. She made this whole process a breeze for us!! Her vision and talent with colors were over the top!

This company messed my floor up. We bought a new house and they were contracted to acid wash the floors prior to us moving in. They did a horrible job (wood-looking ceramic tile was very cloudy) and had to come back again prior to us taking ownership of the home in a few days. The floors were still cloudy and a red/pink residue was left in the grout. There were also bristles or something from whatever they used to scrub with all over. These have little red specs, so its pretty obvious where the pink/red stains came from. This was the last few days of July 2015. Now... at the end of October 2015 were still trying to get it fixed. A company rep came out, looked at the floor, and agreed to fix it in September. They showed up to the house, as scheduled, after all of the furniture was moved, and THEN tells my wife they havent been to our home since December. Interesting seeing how my house was a mound of dirt then and not even built. Then this guy tells my wife they didnt clean it or touch it previously, even though weve got documented proof. She showed him the bristle and he said it wasnt theirs. He then said that someone had come in a spilled something on the floors. No time to stick around though and get it straightened out... this guy had to be in Austin in a few hours to do another job! He was also VERY upset that he wasnt getting paid to go to my house to fix their mess up!!The kick in the pants on this is it took them a month to schedule the date for them to fix this... which amounted to some guy insulting my wife and leaving.Avoid this company like the plague. Ive dealt with many contractors. Ive got friends who run contracting companies. Ive never seen anything like this. For them to do a lousy job multiple times and then provide terrible customer service is pathetic.
