I was very happy with my rug purchase. Very friendly staff, not pushy at all. They brought 4 different rugs to my home, so I could choose which one I liked the most for my bedroom. They installed the rug for me, they did an excellent job.Alex and Helena were wonderful.

I recently asked Ashly Fine Rugs to clean three large rugs which we have owned for 35 years.To say the least the rugs were not in good shape, two of the rugs, a large room sized silk rug and a smaller wool rug had a number of spots we had not been able to remove.Ashly picked up the rugs timely and returned them timely.All three of the rugs looked like new, spots gone.I would have no issue with recommending this firm to my friends and family without reservation.They are the top of the market in price, but worth it.Quality for a quality price, but it is worth it.

I did a search on the web for a fine carpet cleaning service and I came accross Alex and his lovely wife Helena, a wonderful professional couple. I conversed with them by email and Alex responded very quickly everytime. I fined out they knew the requirements for cleaning and taking care of my aerloom silk and wool carpet. We agreed on the price and the turnaround time and scheduled the drop of that saved me a bundle on the total cost. Upon arrival at the shop Alex electronically scaned the carpet for hidden stains that were not visible to the eye. They also trimed and evened out the fringes that was icing on the cake. Their prices were very reasonable and their attitude and deminor was professional yet very friendly. I feel that I not just found a carpet cleaning service for life but I made a friendship that will also lasts for life. Their warmth and kindness assured me that my precious carpet was in good hands.

Alex and his team have been phenomenal during a very difficult time after my home and contents were damaged. They treated me like family, took a personal interest, and made the impossible happen. Immediate pickup, speedy job, and very reasonable! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! A+

Ashly does an excellent job of cleaning rugs. I was dog sitting for a weekend and the pup had several accidents on two of my long hall wall rugs. One is about 15’ long and the other is about 20’ long. I was concerned that the doggie accidents were going to stain my rugs for good but Ashly got them out! They were returned me smelling super clean. Very happy with their service. This is the second time they’ve cleaned dog accidents from my rugs.

Alex and Helena have been providing me with the most excellent cleaning services for my fine rugs over the past 6 years. We have had everything from red wine to cat related issues. They have always come through and returned my rugs fresh and clean. Dont hesitate to call them when you havea rug that needs cleaning.

Great work cleaning our rug after our ceiling collapsed with water from the ac drip and got all that wet gypsum and pink insulation. Didnt buy a rug, but the selection is incredible there and such beautiful classic rugs. Very helpful and friendly.
